Came here to return 3 pairs of pants because they were the wrong sizes... The staff was really really nice and we got to exchanged them for a different sizes... well be coming back again really soon...

This store needs to go out of business - please do not support them. I am all for supporting local businesses, but this company is so desperate to keep their doors open that they are resorting to lying. The other negative reviews are correct. Appalling customer service, no oversight, no accountability, and the final draw was when they suddenly changed their gift card policy and did not honor a gift card they had issued in the past because it allegedly expired when they said there was no expiration date when it was issued. This is a poorly run business that deserves to fail.

This store does not value their own advertisements. The discount for sale items were clearly printed, I matched the code to the jeans and at the counter the Manager said No its not that item. I aksed her to come look at the item. She refused and stated she knows what is on sale. Rude and unfriendly customer service. Ill do my business elsewhere.

I enjoy coming to shop for clothes at this New Star store. The owner is very friendly, and she realty makes me feel good by the suggestions and help to get the right clothing for me.

Selection is average at best. Its a good place for work attire mainly. Scrubs, dickies, tees, etc. However the costumer service is just terrible honestly. The owner needs to learn to not watch costumers like they are going to steal. A very unwelcoming environment. 👎Update : Still the same terrible costumer service and unprofessional behavior from owner. Just order online and avoid the stress of this place.

I came to this Store today and I had an Amazing experience, before entering the establishment they handled me some hand sanitizer, and help me with the questions I had, they were very warming people .Right at the register they Were so nice, smiling and happyThey also gave me a free Mask 😷🖤I’ll be back for sure, Stay safe everyone

They have everything here thats worth having. Dont matter if your gangster skater hipster tripster or just plain weird they got it here. Great prices. Jewelry skateboards and other items. Overall I come here a lot. They used to have the most reasonable and awesome prices on hats. They had good hats. Really good ball caps. I dont know if I can mention the brand but they were really good kind of flexible if you know what I mean. The only place where this is falling short is they went to a very cheesy brand of hats and started charging way more. Now I dont buy caps there anymore. Dont even look

The deals here are pretty great and the guy helping us was really polite and just hustled. We really appreciated it. Dont know his name but hes talk and thin with curly hair. Nice kid and a good store.

My go-to spot for t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and jeans.The quality and feel of the New Star branded items is remarkable. And the price is super low!Their black 50% rayon /50% polyester T-shirt is the best T Ive ever owned! And its like $7.New Star puts Supreme to shame.

This location does carry good quality clothing but their prices are high. The very same items can be obtained for much less elsewhere. Its always a good thing to shop around for those who are aware of the value of a dollar!

The worst customer service I have experienced in a couple decades. There were 3 employees and only one other customer in the store. The employees didnt acknowledge me nor appeared to acknowledge the other customer. Its too bad though because I probably wouldve ended up spending a couple hundred bucks in there. Never again would I step into that store again.

If you cant say hello or acknowledge a person when they walk in the door, dont expect them to spend money at your store. 3 employees all too busy with their computers or talking to each other to ask if they can help. Your loss. Would have bought shoes for myself, wife and 2 year old! And was eyeballing a Nixon watch as well.
