Horrible horrible horrible experience. They messed up my clothes in so many ways.For one i ordered trucker hats and got baseball capsI asked why he said my stitching would’ve made the trucker hats look weird. He never contacted me about the changes either.When i went to store i said i needed money back for the changes he then says “you’re not wrong but im not Wrong either” . As i was looking through the clothes he said he needed to wait outside because he is closing up. The man picked up my box and set it outside And locked the store behind him. When i got home he changed a lot more of the things thst i asked. The clothing looks rushed and you can’t read words on clothes. The work is not neat. I requested a refund and he ignored me for almost a week. When i get a response back he told me all sales were final and never mentioned that to me. Speaking thst when i talked to him about getting some money back from messed up hats he told me that the only way to get money back is to return hats. So that means he’s changing up his story. I spent $1000 to get nothing that i asked for. His work is terrible his communication is horrible and i never signed anything Saying all sales were final

I’ve attempted numerous times to give this business a chance to fulfill orders of mine but I’ve been disappointed every time. The owner Abdul portrays to be a nice gentleman but will use every excuse in the book once under pressure which puts a delay on orders. I would honestly consider somewhere else if you need things priority.

This was one of the worst business transactions Ive ever had. 1.) he was late on his promising dates 2.) The communication was terrible every time I tried to get in touch with him he would ignore my calls and lastly a customer of mine told me that the shirts are starting to peel and theyve only had it for a week and Im very upset about that because I actually have a connection with my customers and I want them to have quality work. I went to another business to get shirts made and asked them for screen printed shirts and showed them the shirts he made and they told me that the shirts he made isnt even screen printing its a picture print which makes the shirts fade and peel quicker which makes me lose out on even more money. Do better and learn to communicate when you have questions.

A hidden gem in Oak Lawn! Owners are great people and prices are amazing. Quality is better than expected and they’re very flexible! Just found them about a month ago and already did several runs and they just keep getting better and better! Highly recommended!

Worst customer service ever. He takes forever with products. Tried his hardest to ditch you, rejects phone calls from customers, doesnt read emails. First time with working with Dzines Clothing was fine. The 2nd and 3rd time was a huge failure.I handed him instructions on how I wanted my shirts to look AND sent an email just in case.I come back a few days later, on a Tuesday, just to see that he messed up 3 of my shirts. I explained how it was done incorrectly and he decides to talk over me, telling me that I made a mistake.(REMINDER: My email was detailed and I had everything written on paper.)He finally decides to remake the shirts. He made a promise to compensate me for the mess up to have them done on that Friday. I come back Friday, at 11:00 AM, since the store opens at 10:30 AM, and I saw that he was there. Once we got to the door, we realized that it was locked.I proceeded to call the number that was on the window of the store and the number that was on the business card. No answer. I called both numbers twice.We come back 20 mins later and saw that he left. I sent out a text saying I was at the shop. Of course I received no answer.The next day, Saturday, I showed up around 11:00 AM with my father. He walked in first and then I walk in behind him. The owner sees me and tells me to wait by raising his finger. Of course he wasnt happy to see my face.At this point, he didnt realize that the guy in front of me was my dad. He asked my dad if there was anything that he can help him with. My dad told the owner that he was with me and he went to get my order without any question.As we were checking out, I reminded him about the compensation, because he was going to charge me the full price. He goes to say we both messed up right?Before I could say anything, my dad projected and told him that he should give me the discount he promised to avoid further back and forth and he did.He agreed to give me 20% off the entire transaction. In addition, he stated, Im only doing this because I respect you.Before changing the price on his iPad, which is what he uses for transactions, he asks US, whats 20% off 45?I didnt know that you could be a business owner and not know how to do math.We told him it was 9 dollars off, but he just took off ten.Even though I finally had my shirts, they were not perfect, but I just wanted it to be over with Dzine Clothing store.I wouldnt recommend anyone doing business with Dzine Clothing. Worst place Ive ever been to.Stop spending money with people that dont respect their customers. Especially the customers that are African-American women.

I went to this business and ordered 5 tshirts with a logo to printed on the front. I placed my order and expected everything to be fine. I called them 3 days later to check on my order, and they informed me that they would contact me when it was ready. Another week went by with no update and I called them again. This time they asked me to give them my phone number again and to call them back in an hour. I never called them back, they never called me back, it has been almost a month and I have found another business to print my tshirts.
