This was my third visit to the Burbank location; this is located on West Victory Blvd just east of the 99 cents store. They have a great display of beds with lots of room to browse. Their prices are negotiable and their sales staff are willing to negotiate. Ive just made a purchase and Im truly satisfied with the choice I made. Deliveries made within 7-10 days of the purchase date which gives the buyer a bit of time to prepare for the new arrival. Giving props to the sales staff for their patience, professionalism, and above all the willingness to negotiate pricing. Will definitely be referring a few friends. Mattress Central Burbank is a fantastic store! Shoutout to Aaron for the amazing customer service. Aaron was able to describe every mattress in detail, including how associated products (Like foundations, pillows, mattress covers, etc) were. I also got a much better deal here than I would have if I had bought the same mattress online. Highly recommend this store!

Great Place To Buy a new Mattress. I was waiting for cafe De Olla next door... ( Had about two hours to kill ) and met Richard Falcone. He let my wife and I check out the mattresses on our own without any pressure, and when we finally decided on a mattress, he hooked us up. I was honestly dreading having to do the exchange process since returning a big purchase is not something I enjoy doing (as with most people, I am sure). Mattress Central in Burbank is awesome. I stopped in just before closing the day before Thanksgiving and Aaron was patient, giving me time to test a number of mattresses and guiding me to options within my price range that suited my comfort level. I had narrowed my selection down to two mattresses, but could not make a sound decision between them that night. Aaron did not pressure me to buy anything that night and informed me that Kyle would be in on Thanksgiving and throughout the weekend when I told him I wanted to make sure he got credit for the sale. He informed me that the employees are a team and that Kyle is the one who had trained him, so I would be in good hands when I returned.I came back on Black Friday evening when Kyle and Robert were working. I had found one of the mattresses on a Black Friday sale at a department store for a lower price and they were able to price match the lower price. I wanted to lie down on both mattresses again. Robert took time to explain the differences in the mattress construction of the two mattresses I was attempting to decide between and informed me that he has a similar mattress to one of the two, which he has had for a few years and with which he is still pleased. He told me to take my time and joked that if I needed to take a nap on them, they’d dim the lights for me. Well, I just about fell asleep on each of them and still had trouble deciding between the two. As Robert was leaving at the end of his shift, he took a few minutes to stop by my “test” and check in with me.After Robert left and after I finished my “test,” I still couldn’t decide. Kyle reassured me that this is normal for people to come back a few times so that they can make the right choice. He also reminded me of what Aaron had informed me two nights earlier, that Mattress Central has a 120-day trial period and if the mattress is not the right one, it may be exchanged for another and the customer will either receive a refund or pay the difference depending on the cost of the two mattresses, plus, Mattress Central will pick up the original mattress being exchanged for free. Kyle answered my laundry list of questions and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my decision.I returned to the store two days later having made a decision with which I am comfortable. Robert and Kyle were both there and both remembered me. Both were friendly and supported my decision. From my first visit at the last minute before store closing to my third visit when I purchased, all three gentlemen - Aaron, Robert and Kyle - built a relationship by being available with product knowledge, store policy knowledge and supportive patience to let me come to my own decision. They were all three friendly and none of them made me feel pressured into a sale. The price, the exchange policy, the free delivery, free set-up and free pick-up if an exchange occurs all make Matress Central attractive to a consumer, but it is the care taken by the sales reps to build the relationship that is cause for me to write a review. I highly recommend Mattress Central if you’re shopping for a mattress, box springs or pillows. These guys exceeded my expectations.

This store deserves 10 stars if could give it to them, and I highly recommend them and ONLY them. This place has gone beyond what I ever expected from any company. After noticing a defect that I would never have known about while my warranty was good and only chose opening up my boxspring years after the bed was purchased and noticed the defect. After I showed some pictures of the inside to the guy at the store with my original sales receipt I am now even happier now than I was the day that I purchased the bed. This company ROCKS!!! They should give business etiquette lessons to many others businesses out there on how a company should really be when it comes to handling situations. I thank the owner personally for going above and beyond for a customer from several year ago and his choice for the way he handled things. I wish I could have shaked his hand personally but I didnt get the chance to, so note to the owner: I am very happy with buying a bed with you guys and would not recommend anywhere else but you guys to anyone in the future.
