He asked what price range I was comfortable with and what type of mattress I was looking for as well as what type of sleeper I was in order to find the most comfortable fit. I was able to test out a number of different mattresses and didn’t feel rushed or pressured whatsoever to make a decision. Jose Arenas and the other handsome Persian gentleman were equally as professional and gave amazing customer service. Usually when you go to a car dealership or mattress store, they size you up and only give you proper service if you look like youre spending BIG $. That is not the case here. I was honest that I had a limited budget for my mattress this round and Kirby treated me like I was spending thousands. Thats good customer service. I have been looking for a new mattress for a while now. I keep seeing all these advertising for mattresses online, but no way to test them out until you purchase them. I decided to go to Mattress Firm to test out mattress and I didn’t know there was so many different things I needed to know about mattresses. The people at Mattress Firm know so much about the different types of comfort for you specifically. I went with my girlfriend and we both had two different types of comfort. We got lucky we talked to Keith at Mattress Firm. He was really knowledgeable and funny. He made it really easy to understand what we both needed and which mattress was best for both of us. He is the type of guy you want to go out with over the weekend. We talked about mattresses, earthquakes, design, and even his experience with working at Zedd’s house. In the end, we found a new and amazing mattress at an amazing price. I highly recommend the Mattress Firm and just ask for Keith, you will know who he is.

The store was very clean and there was plenty of parking. There were plenty of mattresses to choose from and they have it all set up so that you can figure out what mattress is the best fit for you. Jose helped me out and was very professional. I let him know i was on a very low budget and he did not try to push any extra things on me that I did not need but let me know what options I had available to me if I did want to upgrade. I bought a full size mattress and was very pleased with the free delivery and two day turn-around for the delivery that was offered. I would suggest Mattress Firm to anyone looking to get a new bed.

I got a new apartment and have been struggling to find an affordable queen firm mattress that won’t take 2-4 weeks to ship. Not even IKEA had the one I wanted in stock. So after a few melt downs and a week sleeping on a couch, I called Mattress Firm and spoke to Jason. I explained I was frustrated and needed something ASAP. He told me to come in and he’d fine me something nice. I was skeptical that mattress firm would a) have anything affordable and b) Jason would truly be able to find me something nice. We went to four mattress stores before going here. The stock at all the other stores was limited and the fastest we would be able to get something was two weeks away. Additionally, everywhere we went before we came here, the salesmen were phony and tried to sell us something we didn’t want. One guy even brought out something which was the complete opposite of what we were looking for and told us, “You gonna love this. It’s amazing.” and it was junk.When we arrived at Mattress Firm, I expected more of the same, but the young man, Jason Cameron, who helped us was the the total opposite. I placed an order in store on Aug 19 for a mattress delivery & ended up cancelling my order the next day before my order was ever processed or shipped because I found a better deal at Sit N Sleep. I called this Mattress Firm store Aug 20 to cancel the order & had to call several times to get anyone to answer, then kept being told that they didnt know how to process my refund & that theyd leave my information for someone to call back. Nobody ever called back, so I called a few days later (again, takes a bunch of tries to even get this store to answer) & finally sounded like someone could help me. Now its Sept 29, over a month later & I have yet to see a refund or get an update from anyone about my refund, or even be able to get this store on the phone again. I havent gotten any delivery notification saying the original mattress ever even shipped, my money is just in Mattress Firm limbo & god knows if Ill ever see it again. AVOID this store at all costs & just save yourself the trouble & go to Sit N Sleep 2 streets over. Sit N Sleep was able to get me my mattress the next day, for less cost than Mattress Firm & with no headache.
