I was out on the town in search of some luggage! I went everywhere and could not find a good deal! but oh boy as soon as I stepped foot here I hit the motherlode! Prices that cant be beaten. Not only did I get a stellar deal I also got wonderful help from a wonderful girl I believe her name was Aubrey or Audrey? anyway she assisted me in finding the perfect luggage and I will now always remain loyal to this specific Burlington! great team you guys got here AWESOMENESS !!!!!!!

Half of the store is closed on first and second floor. Looks too crowded messy and my opinion, feels desperate horrible. Used to be the nicest one. Now it’s just probably like a dds without merchandise. My 3rd time comming here and not comming again. Feels dirty.

I came here to bring back a few items and was pleasantly surprised to see the store very clean and organized (not their usual MO).  I ended up finding a couple great deals so rather just do a return, I decided to an exchange.  The lady at the register acted like she’d never even seen a debit card before, let alone knew how to do an exchange.  I asked if there was someone else who could help me, since she seemed to be having such a hard time, and she looked at me like she just ate a lemon.  Hey lady, not my fault you suck at your job!

07/13/2021 at 5pm terrible staff on the second floor. Instead of assisting customers they are talking together, and trying to serve as slowly as possible.

12/27 Manager Candy(old white woman) would not let me return perfectly fine items that were unworn. 12/29 a different lady working here helped me. Get rid of bad managers here.

I love this store! I go in just to look so I tell myself (& my husband, who isnt with me - heehee) and off I go! Starting in the home dept., my arms were soon full. I then head to the shoe dept., my favorite part of all stores! I first go by the purses since theyre along the way. Then toiletries, make up, etc. and am running out of arm room again but I dont get a cart because Im still in denial. Im not shopping, Im just looking... Luckily the store is closing, ITS II:00 PM!! Just another thing I love about Burlington! Youve got to go! Heck, youll probably see me there! Happy shopping! I mean looking (wink, wink)

This is probably my all time favorite store. They literally have stuff for the whole family here at absolutely fantastic prices. In shopping here also to purchase things from my home and they offer very competitive pricing and have very similar things to Bed Bath & Beyond. Or bought toys here I have bought all kinds of a home furnishings and décor and shoes and jackets and really wonderful shoes that have lasted me a long time. The parking is super easy and right across the way. They also have an elevator to go to multiple floors. I love it that they have shopping carts that you can use and fill that basket up to the top.

Always found great deals. Its a hit or miss. I usually find cool things.

My wife and I gad a day to ourselves. We spent all day in Burbank, Ca and most of our time was consumed by all the great products they have on their shelfs. The store was very well managed and organized. Thank you!

I bought a few dresses here for my nieces but one was to big and to small should have a better way for the sizes. Because it says there 4t but it really isnt. But in general friendly fast work place and a variety of clothes

Burlington is definitely the store to check out! They have a variety of things, that are affordable, from name brand clothing to everyday household items, to baby depot,& items for your pets! Visit the Burbank store in the Burbank Town Center Shopping Mall!

Burlington Coat Factory in Burbank I think they have great deals for those of you who are looking for deals I would recommend Burlington..... I bought some shirts there I was pretty satisfied

This coat factory has childrens clothes, pants, shirts, dresses, toys, watches, luggage, and just about everything you could imagine.... except coats. In terms of mens coats, they had only one rack about 6 feet long, mostly in XXL and larger sizes. There was exactly one coat in size medium, and 2 in size large. To the manager of the store: You guys need to change your name to Burlington Clothing, because you really dont sell coats.

EDIT: I went, was wearing flats. Stepped on one of their security tags and no one has taken any responsibility or even has apologized. I never even got a copy of the incident report and their INSURNACE company was very rude. I wasn’t even asking for compensation just proof if I got an infection because of my low immune systemWay too overpriced he other Burlington’s are way cheaper... they do have good things but their women’s selection was hideous this time around. A bunch of mustard colored clothing. The bras looked nice but the underwear and everything else no :/

I purchased a very nice suit and pair of CK dress shoes there today, very happy w/ items. However, Burlington has changed A LOT since it had The Coat Factory name attached; perhaps its just this location though. The last one I went to was in TN or NV back in BCF days and I recall it being well-priced as today, though sleeker. Now, if I didnt see the name, Id have swore I was in a Ross Dress for Less (I shop for deals and love most about that store, too) -- the bad parts being extremely messy (shoes were in piles everywhere, everything sized on wrong hangers, wrong places) which is because of corporate scaling employees back too much that the ones there are too swamped doing necessities & the clutter and chaos is the trade-off. When in a hurry or on a schedule, know it advance, youll be frustrated finding what you want in the piles. Great friendly staff! I do recommend with those caveats.

Burlington is my go to shopping store, alot of great designer stuff for a fraction of a price, from furniture to fashion, medical scrubs and all. They also have lay away options.

It was nice.. but they didnt have ANY coats. A whole coat factory with only two racks of womens coats?? Your time and money would most likely be better spent at Ross.

If you know exactly what youre looking for you can save oodles. You need to know the value of thing though because most items are still priced to earn a profit. Shop wisely grasshopper!

I honestly love this place, I never walk out without buying something and its never just one thing. I shop every department from babies to home, men and women, I spend hours in here. Im Only giving this place a 3 star because every time my family and I walk in here we get followed around like if were Shoplifting, guess what were not!! Maybe its because were two young adults with a baby in a stroller?? I get it, its your job but its annoying to be followed and stared at around the whole store. We never get this kind of treatment at Macys. Anyways At check out we always end up paying over $200.Well be shopping at a different location now.

Black friday deals were ok, the merchandise was not up to the quality I have come to expect.

This place is like a step up from your typical discount stores like Ross and TJ Max. I found this particular Burlington Coat Factory to be on the untidy side. Lots of items were out of place, which is understandable when its a weekend and hundreds of people come through every hour, but does turn me off from shopping there a bit. Staff seem helpful and bathrooms were clean.

This place has great prices, but dont expect a great shopping experience. The lines can be long and the selection sporadic, but thats how they keep prices low.

Mapquest must have a problem with me posting my receipt because I tried several times but I still dont see it.Trust when I say I paid for all my items almost 100.00 dollars worth .My problem is that 🙄! #1. Loss prevention was on me from the time I walked in the store 🤨! Which made me very uncomfortable to say the least 😖! I tried to ignore them but it was hard to do because they stayed on me until my spree was over . Let me say just because I was in Burbank and in the Mall doesnt mean anything this store is horrible to me or prejudice one & mostly all their cosmetics and toiletries, shampoos and so on were picked over, damaged, open and half empty 🤨!! I had to really go through them to find something decent enough to buy 🙄! Very time consuming especially with loss prevention breathing down my back😤! I dont steal, I have money and was one of the most well dressed individuals in the store so why they were on me so tuff is a mystery🤔?!! This store didnt have a wide selection of clothes in my size so that took another 40 minutes looking through every rack to find a style I like and that can fit. I wanted a pair of shoes but 7 to 7 1/2s were ugly or very made in China looking.. I passed on their tired selection 👎! I went to try 4 tops on, I hollered out for an attendant or clerk to assist me with a number there was no one to be found. So I took my basket in the dressing room with me because I couldnt take a chance that all the merchandise it took a hour to find would still be there if I were to leave my basket unattended.. Thats the only reason I took it in with me then ten minutes into trying things on here comes some lady banging on the door like the Police 🤣😐🤨 ! She finally noticed I had a cart in with me but by then I was finished just sitting down in there activating my new credit card before heading to the cashier $$$🎫! My only good experience was the young man Brett who rang me up Super polite, handsome and genuinely helpful showing concern for my things the way he should bag them. Just doing a great job without making me feel like Im a criminal because Im not but thats the way all the jerks following me, spying on me through clothes and merchandise and then the crazy lady banging on the door.. I wouldnt recommend this place to shop I love Burlington coat factory in downtown Los Angeles and Fallbrook Mall. I never once got harrassed at either of those locations. I am not HAPPY WITH THIS LOCATION ONE BIT 😤😒🙁🤨!!

Lots of gift variety in the shop. Today it was a one stop Christmas shopping day for me. The check-out queue was long since only 2-3 stands were open at first. Then the rest opened up and I breezed on thru.

Surprisingly, there were only a few racks of coats (which is what I was looking for) at the coat factory I did find some nice shoes I bought, but this is more or less another Ross, Marshalls or TJ Maxx.

Food is great, cafe de olla and the chocoflan are a must try

It sounds like a coat factory and yes only for the winter it is. They got clothes similar to Ross but more expensive and brand name brands are carried here. The store itself is alright but alot of the things you see here arent mostly what you want to buy. Yes its cheap and you save more thats true. But Id never walk out of this store with anything in my hands unless I go to Ross. And the last time I went to this store it was very disorganized and had one cash register open.
