Excellent staff! Very clean and well organized shop compared to others that I have been to. I priced out several independent shops and this was the best price. I was explained the issue, the estimated cost, and it was on target. Manny, the main tech, is extremely professional, courteous, knows his BMWs like the back of his hand and has well over a decade of professional experience and is factory trained.

I had a thorough inspection done on my 06 325i. The problems were so extensive, I decided not to do any repairs and donate it instead. Manny listed all the problems in order of importance, was very courteous and understanding, and when I offered to pay for the inspection, he refused. Ive been to plenty of repair shops, and this was one of those rare ones that I felt were honest. I would definitely do business here again.
