I am so happy with the work & service! I was so worried that the damage on my car would be too difficult to fix, especially because I have an older car…..but my God, the paint is a perfect match and the work is done to perfection. These peeps are our go to body repair shop. We went there about 10 years ago when our Focus was T-boned in a parking lot, and again a few weeks back when our Camry (while parked) was rear ended. Fix Auto was our 2nd call (after calling the insurance company). I wouldnt trust anyone else to repair our vehicles. These people are honest, professional and fast. After the Catalytic Converter was stolen from my car, my insurance company referred me to Fix Auto Burbank to get the car fix. The staff was super helpful and communicative. They were very clear on what to expect and handled things with my insurance in a timely manner. Insurance told me it could potentially take 3 weeks due to parts delays but Fix Auto got it done in 2 days! When I came to get my car, it was even washed inside and out! I really appreciated their efforts in finding parts and fixing my car in a timely manner. 2 thumbs up!

I dropped my car off on Tuesday for a bumper repair and was told I would get it back by Monday. The whole bumper needed to be replaced from an accident I had months ago. I got a call today that my car would be ready early by this Friday afternoon and I just picked it up! My new bumper is beautiful and Im so happy to have my little cute car all fixed up. Customer service was excellent and the shop even buffed up my headlights so they are clear again! Im very happy with the service and repairs I received.

Took our car here twice, as it is part of Geicos network. Car came back in top shape. Nice service, great manager, and when the insurance didnt cover more days of rental, they did.

The staff was very nice but the time of the repair and the repair itself was disappointing. First I was told it would be ready on a Thursday. Then it actually wasn’t ready until Monday afternoon. I went in on Monday and there was still a little more work to be done so I waited. I paid my deductible (I did the Geico express and don’t recommend it because Geico never checked in) and when I was handed my keys I saw dried paint drips on over the back lift gate of my car. I was told to bring it in so they could fix it but I literally have no time to bring it in and wait more days for them to fix this. It should have been done right the first time. Again, the staff was nice and accommodating but the workmanship was poor. I also got an aftermarket bumper on a vehicle that is only 2 years old. The car was still dirty on the inside too and they made me wait while they wiped it down (only after I mentioned it). Just wish it was done right the first time. I will take it in to get it fixed again because they have a lifetime warranty on their work but very disappointing.

I went here to get my car fixed after it was dented while parked in the street. I will say that Im normaly hesitant to go to a place that is recommended by my insurance company (Geico). I just always felt that places recommended by the insurance company do a more rushed job as they try to crank out cars as cheaply as possible. But I couldnt be any more wrong about this placeFirst, Ill start by saying that they were extremely professional throughout the wbole process. They really answered all my questions and kept me posted the whole way through on what was going on. I deal with Wilman Medrano who was great in communicating with me and explaining the whole process. I couldnt be happier with his service.Second, they did a GREAT JOB with the car itself. I was very nervous that they paint would not match the original paint of my car but it looks as if nothing ever happened. Wilman explained to me the type of paint my car has (3 step VS 2 step for most cars) and what they did in order to get it to look as good as it does. I honestly could not be any more satisfied with the job that the did. All around a very pleasant experience.

This review is a little late, but trust me when I say you need to bring your vehicle here! Not only was the service excellent, but the craftsmanship stellar. Being new to Burbank I had no idea where to go for repairs, so I took the recommendation of my insurance company. My truck was virtually totaled with over $6000 worth of damage! This truck was inherited after my daughter’s father passed, theres an emotional attachment, and she wants to drive it when she gets her license. Fix Auto Burbank did everything in their power so the vehicle could be hers and that meant the world to us!!
