I had a great experience at this Micheals. Ive had a few pieces of art framed here and all of them have been fantastic. Most recently, I worked with Daniel who took excellent care of me as I decided which frame to buy. When I came to pick it up he held it behind the counter a bit longer while I continued to shop. Very friendly and patient! I also had a great register experience with Cam. There was about 6+ people in line and Cam was the only register open but she didnt rush any of the customers, she was friendly and kind while still being efficient. This is the only Michaels I like to go to because the staff is so great! Thanks Empire Center Michaels!

The people that work at the store are very nice the managers are very nice person Ray they go above and beyond to make sure that the customers are happy.

Pretty decent selection and usually quite busy! But the cashiers get through lines fast. Just need to go on the right day since they sell through their stock quickly!

I love Michaels. Theres plenty of parking. Im inspired every time I walk in there.Theyre doing everything they can to keep everyone safe under their roof. The cashier was great! Very helpful, answered a couple of questions I had. Good advice. The store is well stocked and clean.I think there will be more employees on hand with crafting skills eventually as more people are able to go back to work.

Since Hobby Lobby is closed on Sunday I decided to go to Michaels, unfortunately Michael does not have a selection for people who are coin collectors. Hobby Lobby has a way better selection, sorry Michaels. Also in the process of looking for items for my coin collecting there wasnt even an employee to ask, it took 10 minutes of wandering around the store to find someone coming out of the back to finally ask and still no success.

There was so much on sale! I only had money for what I was looking for. The store was pretty well stocked. I will be back i need more paint.

Wish they had a more substantial sewing section (especially better zippers). But had no issues and everything was nice

Although I enjoy shopping at Michaels, this location has suffered in being maintained clean and organized. Been here a few times and the store is always a mess and shelves in some departments are bare. Cashiers are always friendly when I come shopping.

Very unhappy with the level of customer service at Front checkstands.. I came in to pick up an Online order, and the young lady with Blue colored hair seemed very lazy or jus hated her job didnt bother to really be interested in thoroughly looking for the order, even Requested coworker assistance, keep in mind I was the only person at the front for 10 minutes.. this person need better understanding of customer service training or maybe she needs to find a job that suits her..

Its Michaels. I dont really know how to rate or explain this store if you dont know it. They have craft stuff for every imaginable hobby. I went looking for Holiday decor. Its August 9th and they already have Halloween through Christmas.

Pulchritudinous, lovely, exquisite items that you cant find anywhere else. It leaves you saying, so this is where the Whos go to get those wonderful toys.Theyll bang on tong-tinglers, blow their foo-flounders, theyll crash on jang-jinglers, and bounce on boing-bounders!

This location is large and has a wide selection. They have a quick and efficient pick up system for online orders as soon as you walk in the double doors.

I mean its Michaels!! Its definitely a crafters dream store, carrying everything from scrapbooking, paints, florals, wood, kids crafts, teachers picks, yarn, etc. I am disappointed that they took away the 40% off coupons & gave us only the 20% since Michaels can be a bit pricey for things. And in store availability is definitely an issue for many of the items I go for but if I plan a head, it can be a one stop shopping trip.The store in Burbank at the empire center is very well organized & considerably easy to navigate. Con is definitely the public restroom. Either toilet paper not stocked, no soap in dispenser, urine on toilet seats. I have unfortunately found this out numerous times. But hey, I didnt go to the crafting store to idolize there restrooms.

Good store for finding everything prices a little costly but with discounts they are affordable.

Open during the pandemic and taking reasonable precautions, but not enough staff. They were letting in fewer people than they could have according to government guidelines while the line outside was getting longer and longer simply because they didnt have enough checkout stands in operation.

They need to fill some empty shelf spots but still here and open during the 2nd stage of Covid19mmmm

Super friendly staff! The lady that rang us up was AMAZING. I unfortunately dont remember her name but she had a little bit of purple hair coloring. We found everything we needed for my upcoming wedding and even had a 20% off coupon!

I love this store and am there weekly. They keep their shelves stocked and are always getting in new merch. Highly recommend. I also use their online and app a lot also.

Very friendly associates. Everyone is in a great mood and happy to help. One thing I do notice is that theres not enough floor associates especially when I need assistance with items behind a glass/caged door. Please add more floor associates or atleast buttons to call for help that would be very useful instead of walking to the front of the store. But again, very good service and wonderful staff.

This location seemed a bit claustrophobic for my taste hence the 3. I would give them 3.5 for going above and beyond at the customer service line but the aisle you stand in while waiting for a cashier seems to be a bit too closed in.Their clearance racks upon entering and on the right all the way to back is very unkempt and disorganized. Also, there werent enough associates on the floor to help others who had questions about their items inside the store.

Helpful and efficient staff in a well-stocked but a bit messy arts and crafts store on a busy Saturday afternoon. Buy online pick up at store counter easy to use right by front door. Easy free parking (no valet parking.) Discounts available through website are useful even in-store.

I highly recommend the Burbank Michaels over the one in glendale. customer service is much much better and its not a mess like the glendale store

Good for sewing supplies if you’re into that stuff. Sometimes some stuff is out of stock also it is really fun to go to when shopping by yourself but can be a drag and really boring when not shopping for yourself and accompanying someone else.

Very concerned about the way this location is handling it’s virus transmission precautions. I ordered online for pickup so I didn’t have to go into the already crowded store but they asked me to come in anyways then left me at the register by the exit for 30 minutes while they tried to figure out where my order was. They allowed limitless amounts of people in, many without masks. Absolutely no social distancing occurred. They didn’t even have sanitizer for carts or at registers.After seeing that I am concerned for the health of their employees. It’s shameful such a large institution can not provide even minimal precautionary efforts. I will not return.

Evelyn answered the phone & she had excellent customer service skills. She was helpful, insightful, friendly & was able to help me w/ my questions & concerns. Please hire more people like her. 🙏

Highly recommend looking up prices and coupons on the site first. Sometimes there are online only sales, but you can pickup in store so you save on shipping

Always have great customer service here. The first time they gave us a refund at the store for an item that was discounted a few days after we bought it. The second time we needed to return something and even though it was only accepted at the warehouse, Wendy was very generous and went out of her way to assist us with the return. Will come back to this Michaels, customer service is great!

This store is always well organized and the staff is very helpful. They just recently reorganized but I was able to get it and understand where everything is pretty quickly. The cake decorating section is bigger than other Michaels stores which is why I chose to come here above other ones.

Michaels offers probably everything you need for craftingm. Has more stuff than convenience stores. Great place.
