My cashier was great and so helpful the restroom could have used a bit of sanitizing 🤷🏻but other than that its a good place to shop 😁

Get prices and a wide variety of items. Comparable to your chain warehouse clubs. Most items found here are below the warehouse prices which I really like and appreciate. The best item Ive found so far has been the dry ice. They are the only folks in town that sells it. At my last purchase it was $6.99 a pound. Membership isnt necessary to make purchases either.

Store is clean and good bulk pricing without the membership. Last few times we have gone in for rotisserie chicken they didnt have any. The cashier told me their oven was down and they had been waiting for parts. They had the chicken this time and I bought one. Normally it is fantastic, but this time it was dry as the desert.

Basically a smallish supermarket. Great prices on store brands of many items from trash bags to nuts and candy. I bought beef, sausage, bacon, eggs, cream, salami, cheese, yogurt, bread and butter. You can do all of your weekly shopping here.

Ive never had a bad experience at this store. The employees are very attentive and friendly. They always seem to be busy stocking, but always take the time to greet and help anyone with things! Its always very clean and well maintained. Gotta say, its a great store with a very comfortable environment.

Stopped in just to get a couple of cold drinks.If I didnt carry an emergency inhaler I would have required a trip to the hospital immediately after.The cashiers bathe in fragrance, if you have allergies or are asthmatic i dont recommend.Other than the almost killing me thing, the place is awesome, clean, good prices and friendly staff.

Came in today to buy some Ripple Milk but wasnt able to find any in the back. I rang the bell in the back and Susan came up and asked me what I need with an attitude. I asked her if they had Ripple Milk and she went in the back for less than a minute and told me that they discontinued the product...I expected better customer service.

Nice experience today. There was only 2 checkouts open but once it stated the lines for 2 people in each line, another 2 checkouts was open. I like shopping here, I can always find what I am looking for. Besides its so close to my house so convenient.

Was a lot more than we expected, very clean & well stocked. Prices were very good, some lower & some higher than the competition. Employees were also very pleasant. We definitely will be doing more shopping at this store.

To me they are one of the best stores on this River and I would truly recommend the roasted chicken its 699 for twice the size of a chicken that you would buy at Walmart or Smiths or Safeway and they taste great and with the leftovers you shred them and then you can freeze them and when youre ready you can make tacos or you can make chicken enchilada to me and my family it is the best chicken I dont think that you would go wrong if you bought that or buy one and go down the river and then you have the chicken already made but if you go and try it I hope you enjoy it

Okay guys I have a big family that is mostly boys growing boys. Not only did I get my sugar fix and great meat selection. The price and quantity made me feel like I was at Clubhouse but without the membership fee. I like the fact that I can buy in bulk but if I need some small like one pair of rubber gloves. I dont have to spend 15 dollars on a pack of 6. 4 stars because the produce is by the pound and some are wayy to heavy to baby the pound with high price per lb. Customer service was great i didnt get followed around like some places do here or questioned about what my kids have.

Smart & final is a nice friendly convenience store they seem to always have everything I want theyre always willing to help you find it and theyre always friendly and great prices

Its okay, prices arent any better than anywhere else locally. The first thing you smell is bad oranges, or something like it. The best part about shopping is the staff is knowledgeable and the cashiers are very friendly.

Excellent store with good prices. Small format but has everything that I need from small sizes to large. While a few have panned their mandatory mask policy, that is exactly why they are getting ALL of my business. Its one of the only places that I feel safe inside. Appreciate them doing that.

Sadly I am going to have to stop going to this store because of their MANDATORY mask requirements, I dont agree and think that all stores should uphold our Constitution. I used to like this store very much for their great prices and produce but now I dont think I will be returning until they stop requiring masks. #John316 is the solution to all the worlds problems. If more people read the bible and believed that Jesus is the Son of God, they could rest in Gods Loving Promises and not be afraid of any illness. Hes our ONLY hope, not wearing a mask!

The shopping was great until we went to check out and the checker didnt care if we had health issues wearing a madk or not. If you want people to wear masks then employees need to wear them correctly.

Purchased some French bread from this store and found hair in the bread. The store is over 50 miles away so returning it was out of the question. I sent an email in to complain and received a ticket number back to monitor or keep track of the complaint. After four follow ups all of which I get new ticket numbers for I still get not response and except that I would be contacted within 72 hours. It has been over 432 hours and still counting. Wish I could post the pictures but I guess I will do that on another site. Has to be the worst store for customer service.

Confronted as soon as I walked in, how their out of state corporate offices have decide that we the people in Arizona are too stupid to know whats good for us, therefore have decided we have to wear a mask in their store. I am extremely disappointed with this store. When they first opened the new store it was awesome!!! Not anymore they are not stocking the items that are in their weekly ad. The produce department is now the worst in town. I went there Saturday morning at 9:30 am ears of corn were on sale 5 for 1.00 there were none to be found. No Roma tomatoes. Only 3 cucumbers. No romaine lettuce. This is not the first time I have encountered this it’s very disappointing. I won’t be back for a long time.

Let the buyer beware. The stockers have a habit of putting sale stickers on large, slower moving items. You think youre getting a great deal but are paying full price for a more expensive item. Its no different than putting their thumb on the scale.

Love the ease of shopping here even during this pandemic I can get in out and on with my day. Great for last minute dinner add ons and the rotisserie chicken is the best price and can feed my family of 5 quickly and easily if Im in a pinch for dinner.

*there are now class action lawsuits against smart and final for discrimination against disabled persons all over California, Nevada and Arizona.I grocery shop MAYBE once a month, usually every 2 months. When I do shop I cant wear a mask due to my PTSD, Im a combat veteran medically retired. I was harrassed by an employee with an attitude about not wearing a mask and I stated I was disabled and continued walking towards checkout. While in the line I was told if I didnt put one on I had to leave so while in a complete anxiety attack thanks to the employee I took my baby out of our cart filled with 100s of dollars of groceries and my husband and I walked out. The store apparently doesnt care about ADA or veterans with disabilities.

I LOVE THIS STORE! The produce is always fresh and always reasonable. The staff is helpful and friendly. Today I went and bought groceries for the week and also bought a bag of ice and walked out without the ice. It was 100 degrees outside and an employee ran and found me loading my car and brought me my 10 lb. Bag of ice! I thanked her twice! Best grocery store in town!

Its a clean and well stocked store but, its a little bit pricier if you compare it to Safeway or Smiths. A plus to this location is that its never too busy compared to the other two.

With the covid situation going on it must be hard to get food items stocked. Several things I was looking for were not in and lots of bare shelf space.

SMART & FINAL is an awesome place to do your grocery shopping. Their prices are very competitive and their cuts of meat are outstanding for their price. They also have some not your ordinary everyday frozen entrees which I especially found very helpful, coming from the busy working moms perspective. Their oriental cuisine selection is out of this world and its making me hungry as I am writing this😀. And last but certainly not least, their customer care and service is some of the BEST I have had the pleasure to partake in. The store is immaculate, the layout and product placement has an easy flow AND have some of the nicest and most informed employees. If you have a question they will gladly give you the correct answer which at the end of a hard day makes life that much sweeter. So if you have not yet had the pleasure of the grocery shopping experience at Smart &Final Foods then I suggest, take the time you will be thanking yourself😁

New/larger store has many great deals and sales. I was really impressed with the quality of the produce. I stopped by here late afternoon on Sunday (Labor Day weekend) and the shelves were well stocked. They have a nice mix of name brand and store brand products. I wish I lived closer to this store, there were many great bargains in the meat department.

Nice, new, clean smaller grocery store that carries the usual grocery and dry goods selections plus a few items that are not usually available at Safeway or Sams Club. They have a nice selection of produce, cold foods and some organic choices. Prices seemed within the normal range but on a few things seemed a bit higher than larger stores. It is definitely worth stopping in and cruising the aisles to see what they have.

Great wholesale prices, knowledgeable staff on industrial cleaning and restaurant equipment. Fast efficient checkout, excellent produce and dairy.I go here at least twice a week. Never disappointed.

Not impressed. If you liked supermarket shopping in the 1970s, with narrow aisles, small selection of products, and ridiculously long lines to checkout, you’ll love it. Hate self-checkout? This place is for you, since it doesn’t exist here. No 15 item and under aisle either so if you only need a few things, better bring that book you’ve been meaning to read, because you’ll have the time.I like none of those things so will never be back.

I went shopping here yesterday the produce was awful, the bananas were either way over ripe or way to green then the avocados were so mushy i wouldnt even use them for guacamole then I went for the grapes and they were not looking very tasty so I decided not to get any fruits at this store.the best place to get fruits and vegetables in this town is at SAFEWAY. I do have to say the rotisserie chicken is really good and the store was clean. Prices are a little high from what I can tell, most stuff is higher than SAMS CLUB.

Closed 15 minutes early first day open, good start. Ill change the review if someone gets back to me and can explain why. I can understand a small business closing early/ opening late but a big business like this closing early on their grand opening is laughable.Edit 4/4/2019 : I am changing this review to a 5 star review, its been quite a while since I last posted and I enjoy the service here more than any other grocery store in town.

Smart &Final may be a tad more expensive on items but I feel their produce and meats are superior to most stores in my area.
