I live in Reno, and happened to be down in Bullhead for a family event. A day before I was set to leave, my car started having a lot of problems. I was traveling with 4 kids so I didn’t want to risk driving back all the way home with my car like that. And since I was from out of town, I didn’t have time to take it in to get all the problems fixed. I decided to go into Findlay just to see what they had. Jonathan Hernandez was the salesman that first walked up to me to help me out. Let me tell you that I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else! He was so professional and so great with my kids! He helped me understand everything through the whole process, and was able to get me a great deal! When it was time to leave with our new car, he even jumped in the car and helped me install my kids car seats! Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Brought out a truck I had my eye on, he made the transition so much more easier. They weren’t pushy on trying to get me to buy it, they were patient and let me process it at my own pace. When I made the decision to buy, Chris G. Helped me from beginning to end. I told him the amount I could not surpass, and he made it happen. Got me some n and out within an hour and a half. I’ve been a customer at Findlay’s for the past three years. Any time I’ve had my other truck serviced it was done right and if not they followed up by more than taking care of my truck. I purchased a new Trail Boss this year. Although it took more than six months for the truck to be delivered I sure am glad I waited. John Wilson was always professional during the long wait and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. There was an issue with the detailing but John went way out of his way to take full responsibility and to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. I look forward to a lasting relationship with Findlay’s and would recommend them to anyone! And find an alternative source for the chips!!!

I went in there originally to ask some financial questions about the 2019 Dodge Caravan GT that I had my eye on. Bradley was very friendly and knowledgeable. We took a test drive to see Id I would be comfortable seeing over the dashboard in it and I had absolutely NO pressure from him about purchasing the van. (Of course, after I drove it I was hooked! Updated review 09/22/21After the original review, the vehicle once again displayed electrical problems. This would mark 7 out of 15 days of the truck being in the shop from the day I took delivery.The management team reached out and did what they could to get me into a new truck. I’m happy with my replacement vehicle and now can feel safe with my family. Kelly(service), John(sales), Haydn(finance) and Michael(delivery) are highly professional and will recommend them to any anyone. They all went way above and beyond to get this issue fixed and make it right.I still feel the same about sales management unfortunately.β€”β€”β€”β€”-Original review date(09/17/21):Revised 9/19/21*This is my second run-around at this specific dealership and wanting to have a change of heart to shop for a new truck was given.I personally think the sales management team is a big let down when it comes to 2 people specifically. If you don’t want your credit profile absolutely destroyed then I highly suggest moving onto another dealership, other than Findlay. Was told verbally and through text that we will run a credit check through one bank and one bank only. As we agreed and met in person under those circumstances, I sat and watched my credit be ran over 28 times.Secondly, the truck I had purchased had major issues relating to the software within the truck, only 15 days after purchase. Not a problem with Findlay. But rather a problem with the fact that this issue had nearly taken my life, losing all power at 40+ mph, then proceeded to watch the service technician the following morning take it for a test drive. You would think he would take what I said into consideration that just maybe you don’t have to hammer the gas to test if it powers off or not at speeds of 65+mph. The way the truck was handled before my eyes was embarrassing. His exact words were, β€œwhen we took it off-road, it died on us and I was like.. oh sh*t!”Truck was also taken off-road without my permission.I do although want to give a big thank you to John Wilson, Hayden and the rest of the sales team for the awesome customer service throughout this process, but unfortunately I will not not doing business again with Findlay due to the lack of professionalism I had received through-out the other departments mentioned above.

I spoke with upper management and ownership about the other and all agreed its an opportunity to learn and be better. My hood area was dirty and greasy from the work done on it. My door sill was marked up from the boots of the staff. My appointment time was over booked. They did get me out close to the estimated time. The sales staff I think could be more professional while in the view of customers. And Im not sure but I dont think both services that i requested were done but Im not 100% sure. They did add DEF during the service which I would have expected but it wasnt completely filled. Just a total lack of detail and sloppy work. If I saw all these things then what can expect from the service items I cant see?

We bought a certified preowned GMC Acadia. Let me first start off by saying our sales experience was great and Jonathan was very helpful. We originally came to look at another car that happened to sell the night before, so we looked at the Acadia and decided to go for it. After spending a few hours negotiating and getting ready to leave a few times we came to a deal. We were told that buying a certified preowned was the next best thing to the car being brand new. We were told the car had a 171 point inspection and everything was replaced and manufacture new. So we felt confident spending a bit more than expected. Once we got to financing that was another story, the finance manager was very rude once we told him multiple times we did not want gap insurance or an extended warranty. He was not very professional at all and didn’t even want to go over the paperwork. Once we asked to see the paper work and go over it before signing, we noticed they did not discount the price like they said they would out in the sales office. So that was another go around. We finally got everything done and we were off. Not even having the car 3 weeks I noticed when braking it was squealing like crazy. I went over the paper work and looked at what they installed new, which was brake pads. Also the 171 point inspection said rotors were good. That was not the case I’ve never heard a car sequel so bad. Took it to the mechanic sure enough rotors were totally bad. So 500 dollars later finally the squealing has stopped. On top of that the back right strut is leaking which from the inspection was checked off as good to go. I’ve never bought a car and had to fix it within the first month especially a 30,000 dollar car that was certified preowned. I’m beyond upset and will tell anyone I speck to not to go to any Findlay dealer. We also went to a couple in Las Vegas that seemed totally shady as well.

I just did my self and my oil filter was not been changed by the dealership. I have a tire issue. I was here a week ago for a new battery. Service is great. However, no one in the sales department is wearing a mask. There is a sign on the door of the service department. They were very professional and efficient in doing so. We flew into Las Vegas Nevada from California where we were greeted with a driver from Findlay Chevrolet by the name of Monte. He was a very polite and professional driver and we arrived safely at the dealership. Chase Merrigan took it from there. He set up all our paperwork seamlessly and closed the deal with us. Chase assisted in setting up all the Onstar/Sirius XM and thoroughly explained all of the features that my vehicle had to offer and ensured that we were familiar with it as we prepared to drive back to California. Overall our experience with Findlay Chevrolet Bullhead City, Arizona was an excellent one! I brought my truck into the dealership to have some work done on June 21st.this work consisted of an oil change, Have the laps in both headlights replaced and get an estimate on a new front grill as well as replacing the driver side door panel and driver side door lock switch. The oil change and lamp replacement went well. However do to a lack of parts and availability in the supply chain i was to pay for the parts (for the above estimate) to which i agreed too (was told i was I was getting a complete door panel and i was under the impression i was getting a complete front grill) . My parts arrived and and my truck was dropped off at the dealership on July 9th for a Saturday scheduled appointment. So Far things are going great. The afternoon of July 9th I got a voicemail from the servicemen (which was garbed and I couldnt make out any of the information,perhaps a bad connection)I called the dealership back and was amazed when the person answering the phone didnt offer to try and help find the serviceman who had called me. Instead I was asked to listen to my voice mail again and call back that way I could be directed to the proper person ( at which point I hung up in frustration). On Saturday Morning (July 10th ) I called the dealership again to check on the trucks progress and was told the serviceman (Steven) in charge of my truck was busy with another customer (this is acceptable as i am not the only one having a vehicle serviced) and that they Steven to call me back with and update. Since I was in the area I went by the dealership to physically walk into the service office for this update (this is about a 20min span from the call to me pulling into the dealership) as I was pulling into the dealership I received a call saying my truck was done. This is great I was there to pick up the truck and pay my remaining balance and that is well I found out that the grill was not complete. I didnt get a new GMC logo because it was not part of the grill. I was then offered to get one for I think $90 ( never in the process of the esitmate was this mentioned as not a part of the grill). Frustrated I paid the balance and got in my truck and drove way. I got about 1 mile from the dealership when I looked at the door panel and you guessed it saw missing a piece ( I expected a new complete door panel) . I turned around and went back to service to see Steven whom at this point was dealing with other customers. I waiting patiently within a few minutes Steven was inspecting my concerns. Steven then went and found Aaron one on the mechanics that was working on my repairs, thats when I was informed that the piece in question was not included in the repair. I then informed them that old piece in the old door panels cup holder when I took the truck in. I was told at that part they would have to ask around and would notify me if the part turned up. As of July 20th I have yet to hear from anyone in regards to missing parts or pieces to complete my repair. I believe that Steven has good intent and that Aaron gave me the best information he had at the time. Disappointed there was zero follow up and this survey allows me to share this experience.I would not recommend Findlay to anymore, Nor will I being bring my business back.This in unfortunate as Findlay in the only game in town for GM.
