We had an appointment for new tires to be put on our car, but they were suddenly unable to because of equipment failure. There was no offer of a solution nor anything else.to make it right for us. We traveled almost 2 hours for this appointment only to be treated like this. Luckily we were able to find a place in town that could get us in last moment on a Saturday.We wont be using the autocare centers at Walmart any longer.

Called to get tires, phone rang for just over 5 minutes before I hung up and shopped elsewhere.

Called, gave me a quote,got to store rang up a whole different number,I called back the number and the person answered who rang the expensive tires up .they offered some excuse,all a lie to real me in.i had to tell my elderly dad about the scam.because it was for his car.got me,wasted my time and lied to.,talked to two people in auto motive.i just wish I was a person who did this for a living so I could unraveal more of these people.wrong

My son got a flat in Walmart parking lot, I have Wal-Mart tires on the car, he went around back and kid told him he couldn’t help him he had to clean up as they were closing in an hour, my son tried to stay calm he took the donut out and put it on the car, the young man came up to him and said “since you have that tire off I can fix it now it’s under warranty, “ so the young man took the screw out that my son got in Walmart parking lot cause he was on a first date next door at the restaurant, with a girl and car was fine til he drove in the lot and flat when he came out. I bought the extended warranty but I guess I was in shock that my son had to then change the tire back from the donut after the kid fixed it. Check out your warranties!!! This was in bullhead city AZ.

Lady there was very helpful. Ok price on tires. Good price when on sale. It was so fast. Literally sat down and my 1 tire was completed in 2 to 5 minutes.

I was used Walmart all ways to change the oil in my car. This time after I paid the service. The light of the engine still on, I return to one of the guys, he goes inside the car press some bottoms and he says its ready. I got in the car. The light was on. One more time talking to the guy he said really He got inside the car press the bottom get out and brought a book show to me, before he said anything I walk inside the store talked with the manager. The bill shows the clean the carpet in front but they didnt.In this time how I know if they for real change the oil in fact the light still on and the carpet was duty???Im not coming back

Employees are VERY rude and they NEVER get anything done by the time they say they will. I was 2nd in line to get an oil change as soon as they opened & spent 3 HOURS waiting for them to finish a basic oil change.. only to find out hours later they forgot to tighten the oil plug, so I had to have my cars undercarriage detailed to clean oil & have another company tighten the plug & add oil. When I brought the issue to their attention they acted like it was no big deal & never offered to fix the issue other than saying I could bring the car back to have the plug tightened, but Id have to purchase the additional 2 quarts of oil needed to refill what leaked out. DO NOT USE WAL-MART TLC CENTER!!!!

Apparently, wal mart hires idiots. These morons stripped my oil pan bolt on my mustang. Use the right simple tools you morons... 6 point socket. not a 12 point, not a crescent wrench. A 6 point socket...
