I went with my friend to get my phone fixed but the lady was super rude saying I needed to have my insurance fix it when I was just going to pay for it myself. While I was dealing with the lady my friend (who is 14) was looking at phone accessories for her phone and the lady says “you’re just as childish as the little kids.” We did nothing to the lady for her to act this way. It’s safe to say I will not be going back there and I will let everyone I know to not go there as well. If I could put less than 1 star I would.

My review will be a little different than most, because Im going to focus on the quality of the product, not a particular store. (Service was excellent at the time of my purchase, by the way.) Im not sure where they acquire their products, but I found the quality and longevity lacking. I purchased a couple of AGM batteries for my 2011 Sierra 3500 back in 2016, and paid over $200 apiece for them due to their supposed longer life, and lower lower rate of decline. I only got 4 years out of em, and thats unusual for me. (Im 51, and have owned several cars and trucks.) These batteries failed their latest load test, at a little over half their life.

Buyer beware, do not buy anything here. Paid $600 for golf cart batteries. They went bad in less than a year. The manager refused to honor the warranty. What a rip off.

Have been here twice for an iPhone screen and battery replacement. The guys who have helped us were both very nice. Price was reasonable and even got a discount for booking an appointment for the repair online. Their hours are very friendly. Getting a screen replacement later in the day on a Sunday didnt seem reasonable, but turns out, it was! Totally recommend this place for price and service.

This is the only place to go for Batteries (Plus Bulbs). Needed a key fob battery. The gentleman (not giving his name) had helped me earlier on another battery need.The gentleman had a little trouble opening, fob was a little dusty, went right to the battery needed, had a little trouble getting the fob closed. I tend to think the fob was the issue and not the installer.

Went in to get my s10+ screen repaired. during repair they cracked my back glass. upon receiving my repaired phone they offered to replace the black glass under warrenty. on multiple occasions i was told i would be receiving an opal white backing. the original repair was done in April 13th. called multiple times about my phone backing and was told i was waiting for it to arrive. found out in August it was never even ordered and we are now in September. i picked up my phone after finally getting my backing replaced and it is a pure solid white backing which wasnt the color i was told. it also has an air pocket in the bottom corner which has been there since i picked my phone up yesterday. you would think before returning a phone you repair to the customer there would be a series of inspections to make sure the job is done correctly. had i been told the backing would not been opal like my original i would have begrudgingly opted to a different color. i do not like the white color without the opal effect to it and i am highly unsatisfied with the repair i have received. called the store manager and explained the situation and was told there was nothing he could do to ammend the situation. he emphasized the fact that the repair was done to no cost to me, yet had they not cracked it during the first repair the second wouldnt need to be free to me. it isnt about the price it is the principal of the fact that they broke my phone and gave me a color im unsatisfied with while leading me to believe it would look like the original.

Gary was great in his word in that he put beside 4 batteries a week ahead of when I was to purchased them, I really appreciate that. He even put them in my vehicle when he didnt have to, great salesmanship.

Poor customer service, went to the store. I asked if they have bulbs for my car, he started to ask me what model number for the bulb? Told him exterior brake light he kept reading numbers. Said thats it couldnt figure out what I needed after I gave him make, model...Waste of time. Boooooo

***PROS*** Very easy to order online, and receive a discount. Receive an email when order is ready for pickup. Friendly staff.***CONS*** Only one register available, so employee wasnt able to assist me with an exchange (the wrong battery was pulled, so an adjustment needed to be made). While browsing the store and waiting for the register to free up, another customer actually swooped in ahead of me to return his battery. No worries though as the other employee soon finished their transaction and was able to help me. Team work. The batteries were a little pricey ($16 compared to $10 at 3 other local shops) BUT we are so glad Batteries Plus Bulbs is here! They carry many hard to find batteries such as the batteries for our electric gates.

Ordered on web for 10% discount. Picked up battery at store. Excellent service at store. Although I brought in the core, I was still charged for the core deposit thru the online transaction. This required the store personnel to generate a refund transaction for the core deposit. Next time I will buy at the store and tell them that I would have ordered online, but didnt want to pay the core charge, etc. and I think they will give me the 10% discount.

KIND OF A RIP OFF!!!!Two stars for customer service, they were very friendly and quick but I came in for a iPhone 8+ screen repair and paid $160 or $180 I cant remember the exact price but i do remember it was pricey. They replaced my screen with what seemed like a screen you would get with a 30 buck screen repair kit from amazon (I coulda did that). The quality/glare was very very bad its not something you get used to. On top of that the screen broke easily from a short drop. The replacement screen was completely shattered to bits but the original glass backing on my phone was scratch free.. had to travel 2 hours to Apple and was given a whole new phone for only $99 thanks to Apple care+.

Bought a battery online yesterday. After I picked it up, I got home and started to install it, I noticed it was not the battery I had ordered. (Right size, wrong CCAs.) I emailed the company asking if they had changed their specs and forgot to update the web page. Turns out the store had given me the wrong battery so Gary, the store owner, delivered the correct one to me the next day. Very nice of him since I am 45 miles from the store. Excellent customer service from the company and the store. Ill recommend them 100%!

I called the Mojave store looking for (6) 8 volt golf cart batteries. Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful and suggested I place the order online and pickup in store. I did exactly that, ordered (6) 8 volt Duracell Ultra golf cart batteries. I almost immediately received an email stating my order was ready for pickup. I drove to the store and unfortunately there was an issue with the electronic inventory system and they actually only had (4) of these batteries in stock...So, I took the (4) and they are ordering the other (2) for me. This was quite inconvenient as I was not able to get the battery replacement project completed, and will have to go back again to the store, and get back into the battery area of my cart to replace the last (2). I will say that Tyler did call me back to inform me of the system error but I gave him my home # and was actually away from home when he called. I am quite disappointed that an online inventory system failed both myself and Tyler...Not sure how this still happens in todays digital inventory systems...but it did. I am giving 3 stars because of this issue and inconvenience, but Tyler did great, was knowledgeable, very helpful and apologetic when we arrived to learn the bad news.

Everything went very well, except for the fact that these people are missing out on the very most valuable free service that they can use in 2017, I am a vlogger and asked if I could include my visit to their store on my Vlog.and they said no. My viewers look forward to my episodes, and hundreds of people could have seen not only their store but how nicely I was treated, and with the videos and the mention of their store, who knows how many people would have been informed and would have undoubtedly gone to the store for their next battery needs. As it was they refused to allow me to film it, and it seemed a shame for them to turn their backs on such an opportunity. I am only a few viewers short of having retailers, INVITING me to visit their stores just for the free advertising value. This guy is not as old as I am but he is certainly missing a great benefit by staying blind to what is going on in marketing these days. He is undoubtedly getting all the business he wants, or he would be taking advantage of social media to promote his store. Well, good for him, but he not only shortened my presentation of what is going on in this old mans world, but missed out on the benefit of my visit. So I must say the transaction could only have been better if he would open his mind to TODAY and quit living in the past. Great folks to deal with. I had the battery replaced in my Iphone 5s. Their price is $59.95. The online add said that if you will make an appoint, they will send a coupon by e-mail for a $10. discount. So I made the appoint for 10am. I received an automated email with the coupon. When I went in for my appoint, the owner, a nice guy said that their tech. does not come in until noon. They had not received the notification of the appointment from the service. This was no problem for us, even though we had traveled 75 miles from Lake Havasu City to get there. We had shopping we planned to do in the area. The reason I mention this is so you know to call the store for the appointment and there will be no problem. They honored my coupon with no problem and they will for you too. Just call them. The work was excellent. The phone and battery work as good as new. Take a little advice--DO NOT TRY TO CHANGE THE BATTERY YOURSELF. It may cost you a lot more in the long run.
