Came into town from Needles shopping for a mattress and this was the furthest from my place but worth it compared to the other mattress stores in town. I went to a few other stores and they were either laughable prices or didnt have our price range in stock. Here we paid $800 for a king that was in stock and it is the most comfortable mattress Ive ever had. The gentleman working were nice and helpful not like the cheesy salesmen at the big box stores.

Thought it was an alright place at first. Had a problem with the mattress.... Return policy is Well order you another firmness and charge for delivery again. All the furniture Ive ever bought had a refund policy. I would have even been okay with a restocking fee.Its Bullhead City, so maybe I had my expectations set too high?I always found it interesting that Google allows companies to reply, but not the original reviewer. Best customer service in town is laughable at best. Youre the only place in town without a refund policy. You only have 5 reviews and one of those is from an employee. Seems totally legit.Edit 2...It absolutely is not illegal to sell used mattresses in Arizona. I can link that if you guys want, I know the internet is hard.Nothing in your reply was true, regarding my bringing my wife back etc... Thats okay though, its not like Id expect integrity from a business in Bullhead. At least not one that looks like a crack house from the outside. My fault for not listening to my intuition.Best any mattress store can offer lol. Doubtful. Its super easy to replace a mattress when you charge the customer.
