We were met at the door by Ms Dee, and she was exceptional. She is very friendly and receptive to her customers. We were shown various options and allowed to take our time and ask questions. We tried several mattresses and decide without any pressure from Ms Dee as to what we felt most comfortable with. There was no pressure and we were allowed to pick the price where we were most satisfied. The whole experience doing business with her was enjoyable.

Miss Dee was extremely helpful. Miss Dee asked questions about my sleeping position(s) and any pain or discomfort that I experience. Miss Dee took the time to have me try out a number of beds to ensure I get the perfect one. Miss Dee showed me beds that she currently has on sale and informed me of the finance program that she offers. If you have any lower back pain, Miss Dee will put you on a bed that allows to to elevate your legs/head to alleviate some pain and stretch your back out. Miss Dee informed me of the warranty that comes with the mattress and set me up with a mattress cover to keep the warranty valid.The bed that I chose was not in stock however, it only took two days for it to be delivered to my front door. The bed came in perfect condition. I could not be any happier with my bed and my experience at Mattress Firm with Miss Dee. Thank you Miss Dee.

Wow! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with amazing Customer Service! Being from out of town, we did not know what time furniture stores opened. We arrived at Mattress Firm 20 minutes before opening. As we were walking back towards our car to wait out the 20 minutes, Dee came to the door and welcomed us in. She immediately greeted us and began building that relationship. She asked a lot of fact finding questions and listened to what we really wanted. She had us try out several different bed types and firmness’. Even when we didn’t know what we wanted, Dee kept track and reminded us about our needs, not just our wants. Ultimately we ended up spending our budgeted amount but got so much more than we bargained for. We actually saved more than we spent. And we left feeling positive about our purchase experience. Dee was amazing. If we ever need to purchase mattresses again, we will be back. Go see Dee. You won’t regret it.

The Bullhead City staff was great. However, it is a bad corporate management practice to put an item on sale when its not immediately available for delivery.Apparently, delivery dates of FOUR MONTHS OUT were given for delivery of the Sealy mattresses. Interestingly, though, the highest prices mattresses were all available for immediate delivery. Hmmm....bait and switch???I was able to be put ahead of the line by paying in full for my mattresses, and Id receive them as soon as theyre received from the factory. So now, you get use of MY MONEY for a product you cant even commit to a delivery date. The FTC would surely be interested in this practice.I have no issues with the Bullhead City crew. The corporation itself, however, leaves a lot to be desired.

My husband and I had an excellent shopping experience at Mattress Firm today. We arrived approximately 15 minutes before the posted store opening time and thought we would need to wait outside. However, the door was already unlocked and DAndra welcomed us in the store. She gave us her personal attention throughout our visit, advising us of the benefits of various mattresses. She listened to our comments so that she could offer mattresses that would suit our needs. We initially had planned to go to a second mattress store after Mattress Firm to make a comparison. However, DAndra put so much effort into helping us choose a mattress that we purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm without doing any comparison shopping. Mattress Firm in Bullhead City will be the source of any mattresses that we may need in the future.

The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. However we bought a bed that supposed to be coming from the warehouse in vegas. We waited for this supposed to be wonderful mattress. First night we slept on it felt like sleeping on a bed of rocks. The mattress we originally wanted was not in stock so we agreed to get this other one. BIG MISTAKE! THIS MATTRESS HAS BEEN HERE SINCE JULY AND STILL FEELS HORRIBLE. WE WERE TOLD GIVE IT SOME TIME AND IT WILL GET BETTER. GUESS WHAT NOW WE BOTH WAKE UP WITH PAIN ALL OVER AND STUCK WITH THIS MATTRESS THAT WE ARE FINANCING. WE NEED TO SPEAK TO SOME ONE HIRE UP TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. Lydia was just amazing, we told her what budget we were looking at and what type of mattress we were looking for. Unlike other mattress locations Lydia didn’t take us to her most expensive mattress but instead understood that we had a budget to work with. She let us try the mattress out and try different types to find the one we liked, she even demonstrated different modes available and cheaper options.
