Every company out here was 6 months out to even look at my boat…these guys let me come in early, got my boat fixed ASAP and saved what is probably my last fishing trip with my father. If I could give more than 5 stars, I WOULD! Exceptional people, extremely knowledgeable and I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me

I was in need of a simple bearing swap on a raw water pump. It is a easy job that requires a bearing press. I had the pump and parts and they jumped right in to help. My kind of people. Great service. Highly recommend this shop.

Dennis Miller will rip you off! Stay far away from this place! He was supposed to fix our pontoon it was having issues it would start up then die out. He said he knew how to fix it first quote was decent then he did other small repairs that we didn’t even need but before we knew it we ended up paying $2300.00 for a boat that is now worse! It lasted half hour on the water, stranded with our kids then finally got towed out of water by police! He again said he would fix it, kept it over a month and did NOT FIX IT! Took to another mechanic he says boat sounds terrible and carburetor isn’t on right! Stay away from this dishonest crook!

I wont be going back here....Asked to install something simple.. a rearview dashcam/backup camera... they said it would be $200-250, when i showed up at the scheduled time (9am)... they said leave the car and it would be done end of the day... (i live in needles.. that was an extra $50 taxi ride round trip...) then when i went to pickup they said $375... and they didnt have the power cable hooked correctly, (so it had no power...) and said it was end of the day and to bring it back and they would fix it later... I ended up just fixing it myself... they had installed the fuse in backwards....

Awesome got my underbody box installed at his shop. And did not lose any downtime with my vehicle everybody was very friendly and I love the dogs. Will definitely return for more work.

Worst customer service ever. These guys had bad attitude to begin with and zero patience. Stay far away from this place, there are way better options out there for boat repair with mechanics that actually care.

Out for the fourth hose broke on the boat. Called a million places. Almost gave up and than I found this gem. Look no further they are the place to go. Help us with no problem, hooked us up with the hose man and let us use his tools.

Overall great experience! Rebuilt Berkeley jet and motor. Very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Highly recommend as my boat has never ran better.

Theres a reason why this shop has the lowest rating in town. Dennis is dishonest and lacks integrity. He leaves the crafts out in the weather uncovered, doesnt return calls and makes excuse after excuse why the job isnt done. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Its not worth the price or more importantly, the head ache! On a positive note. I believe he knows his stuff. But I wouldnt know. I took my craft out after 6 months and had it done elsewhere . 6 months. Absolutely nuts.

Huge Thanks to Dennis and Co. at Total Performance. Brought my boat in July 3rd when no one else would take it. Him and his guys stayed late that day and pulled out all the stops to have it ready the next day. The shifter cable had gotten corroded and stuck. Talk about a scary boating day. Him and the guys showed me what had caused it and helped me regain trust in my boat. Real class act by these guys. I was able to take my family on the water and really enjoy my weekend thanks to Total Performance. They were even kind enough to store it for me so I can come back out with the fam. Had such a good time. Thanks again !

Dennis is a liar took my buggy here to get axles put on I did have the wrong part but Dennis should have let me go exchange the part instead he charged me double what he quoted me plus the. I took it to the VW shop in Kingman and found out Dennis had cut the ends of my axles so I had to buy new axles another $350 please beware of this shop

Great shop, easy going how it should be. Worked on my el camino, swapped a cam and corrected some other issues with the motor. Dennis is a solid guy and tells it how it is. People are to soft nowadays. He stands by his work. Cant wait to do business again. Thanks dennisP.s. should have wrote this soon lol

Purchased a boat from the seller who said engine was rebuilt by Dennis recently. Engine threw a rod on 2nd trip to the river. When contacted Dennis he verbally said he never rebuilt the engine. I call the original seller who states Dennis was incorrect and gives me a list of what Dennis did. I then call Dennis to get a sales receipt for justification. He says absolutely not and told me a completely different story from my first conversation with him. Along with verbal harassment, vulgarity and hung up on me when I called him out on his dishonesty. Now after reading the reviews, it is impeccably clear he and his business cannot be trusted. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from here.

We took our boat to Dennis for a complete new stereo and speakers. $2500.00 for all the work done. The young man who did the install was great at what he did.Dennis on the other was another story:We had 2 oval speakers installed in the front of the boat, when we got there he told us that he had to order the grills. That was in June. I called two weeks later, left a few messages and didnt get a phone call back. Then I got a voice mail I am out of town, you calling me numerous times is not going to get me to call you. I dont get reception where I am at. He then text me and said he would ship the grills to me. Needless to say he never sent them.2 weeks later I called again he said he was going to ship them, they would be here by the end of the week. I waited until Friday no package! I called him he said My wife shipped it and I will find out when she get to the office. Second excuse The package was at UPS a mistake in shipping. My wife works for a air plane and helicopter parts supply house. They ship all over the country. You should have them by Thursday. That was on August 18, 2018 and still to this day no covers.I text him how I thought his commitment to his customers should be followed through.His response: I agree, totally stupid as I said you will have them we do great work and dont usually have issues like this. My apologizes.I still have not received the grills. I have told him that I will take him to small claims court. It is more the point of the matter and less about the $20.00 grill covers. When you have a business your customer are what keep you going. He obviously doesnt care about the satisfaction of his customers.I can only hope others will see this and not do business with him.If the post office refused the package, show me the proof. Funny how quick your are to respond to this post, but yet trying to get you to send the grill covers takes over 2 months (picked up the boat on 6/2/18) an still nothing. Even told you we would come by and pick them up and we also stopped by 2 weeks later and no one there knew about the covers. Send the grill covers and I will remove the post. Its as easy as that.

I went into Total performance this morning to have Dennis check out why my stereo wasnt working. He found the problem (shoddy installation by someone else) and he did it right, My A/C wasnt working and he figured it out and made it right. Also my horn wasnt working. He tested It and determined that the horn was bad. I had an extra one and went home and got it. Dennis installed it and had to re-wire it. It is an old truck. Thank you again Dennis for the outstanding service for someone who just showed up without an appointment. I will be back if anything else goes wrong.

Dennis Miller, Owner, promised to rebuild my Jacuzzi Jet pump on my jet boat. Took 6 weeks paid $2K. 6 hours of lite use and pump jammed. Bearings were not replaced. In fact my new mechanic said Nobody has done much to this pump ever. All original parts he showed me the scored shaft with bearings frozen on it from years of use. Definitely not 6 hours of putting around the Lake!BEWARE

This guy serviced my boat got it done then I threw a monkey wrench at him and asked him if he could repair my dry rotted floor he totally restored my boat flooring in a week put a audio system and had me on the water for my labor day weekend great work great people person and a hell of a crew nice work guys thank you

Rocking stereo, custom mufflers on the scarab, machine work/welding.....all done on time and on budget, stereo was actually an awesome deal and my truck rocks!! Dennis is a good man to know, thanks for the great work.

Im only giving a 5 star because 6 isnt an option. This shop will get you back on the road or water as soon as possible without charging you an arm and leg.

Although the end result was desirable, getting there was not. In an economy such as ours at this time, small businesses often depend on repeat business and word of mouth to boost their business. Comparing me to a customer you had a problem with last week wasnt very good customer service. Telling a customer that if they dont like the way you do business they can go somewhere else isnt very good customer service. If my car hadnt been in pieces, I would have gone somewhere else. I appreciate that you had to do some repairs to install the radio, I brought my own new radio and speakers. I think that $30 a pair to install my own speakers was execessive, but what choice did I have after they were already installed. Really not very happy with the experience.

Denis Miller very dishonest scammer. Paid him 2 grand to fix a out drive. Almost a year later he said it was repaired. Boat was left out doors in sun. oil was stained on new carpet. Took boat out and out drive failed right away. The housing also got cracked. Took back and he said it was my fault and that he would only weld the housing and that we would have to pay for him to rebuild AGAIN. We had no receipt so we couldnt take him to court. Had to sell boat for $450. Complete loss. Never been scammed this bad in all 69 years of my life. I am retired and am a Veitnam Vet with little $$$.

Poor communication, awful time management and bad business practices! I would not reccomend this shop at all.

Only go here if you have a $70000 boat otherwise itll sit in his dirt lot for a year. Dennis the menace will yell and scream on the phone and he will as go as far as to threaten you.

My pontoon boats motor wouldnt start Saturday at the river. We found Dennis place at 2:30pm that afternoon and, even though they were getting ready to close for the rest of the weekend, he stayed an extra 2 hours and got the motor running. We were able to take it out Sunday and at least get one days use out of it. Thanks Dennis.

Dropped a broken Volvo Penta out drive part with Dennis on Saturday for repairs. He did an awesome job and had me back on the lake by Tuesday...
