Diamonds are cheap, look good in glass but when you take home after a few days looks cheap, only 10k gold and gold is more metal than gold found that out after I got checked elsewhere, then they say 30 day warranty no longer because that’s how long it last then the little bitty stones fall out, with no return or money back, you want quality go to Jared these people are a mess lol fold once never twice, don’t let them fool you with the 50% off or what ever the deal is because that’s all it’s worth they garbage only thing good is a watch and it’s over priced, now after reading this if you go there you crazy

Do Not visit this store, you will be racially profiled. My husband and I made our first visit here today and after we decided to not make the purchase after a series of offensive and rude comments. He used the term “bungi” to describe us, thinking we didn’t know what it meant. We happen to be multi-lingual but this salesman was clueless as he is about his fading jewelry and cloudy diamonds.

Do not shop here they are over priced. The son is a liar!

My husband and I purchased both of our wedding bands here! Mark exceeded our expectations within our budget and had the perfect ring to match my unique engagement ring. We had visited every other store in and around the mall and nothing else compared.Unfortunately, my husband lost his wedding band in the ocean on our honeymoon so we returned to Markezza for a replacement and were well taken care of. We purchased a supposed 14k white gold and diamond engagement ring and it turns out what we received was not white gold. They refused to refund our 3+k. I had a very experienced with this company.. I always wonder how is expensive the jewelry in the mall but it is not at all. The price is written on the display is expensive but the owner Charlie and the wife they give me a good deal mostly like 50% discount plus the lifetime warranty. They are trusty seller and honest. I will highly recommend their product and price is reasonable. I will go back again to shop with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! After a month of purchasing an engagement ring, one of the side diamonds fell out. When I dropped it off to be repaired they said it would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and I go to pick it up just to see that the diamond was never fixed!! 2 weeks and nothing was fixed on the ring. Now, the ring is being repaired and we are on week 2. Every time I call to see if the ring is there they tell me next Friday so of course I call back and then they tell me a different date. All and all this process has taken over a month to fix a tiny diamond and I still havent gotten it back. They are extremely rude when I explain to them that the diamond was never fixed and try to argue with me about it. So either the diamond was never fixed or they sold me a cheap ring that is falling apart! Will never do business with them again!!!

Great prices & amazing customer service! I went there to pick out an engagement ring and found the perfect one for my fiancé and they were even willing to work with me on the price even tho it was already on sale. I told my now wife how great this place is and she went to pick out my wedding ring from there and unfortunately we guestimated what size my finger would be and it was way off but I had to go back 3 times to get a new ring and they never gave me any hassle about it and even let me pick out a more pricy ring that fit with no up charge. I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else but here first!
