My fiancé has been using this Jared location for many years. When he decided to pop the question he knew just who to call. He contacted Angel who he had always worked with in the past and she helped him over the phone before he ever even came into the store. She knew of a high Quality diamond she had on sale and that was a must-see. When he came to the store, she helped him find the setting and made recommendations for the Hearts Desire Collection. My first time meeting Angel was after the proposal when I came in for a slight sizing adjustment. They had the ring back to me within a few hours and Angel took personal interest in hearing about the proposal and helping add wedding bands to the wish list. I have been back for two cleanings and always make sure she is available when I come in and she has been a joy to work with. We went to get my ring resized and I was worried it was going to cost a lot and take a long time. The lady we talked to, however was super sweet and was able to get us my ring back later on the same day, and the price was very reasonable!!

Gave 2 of my Tag watches simply to get batteries replaced. After almost 2 months I still dont have my time pieces. Called and spoke with Tiffany at the store who had a very nasty attitude. I dont believe I will ever purchase any items from this location again!

It was a very pleasant experience. We had two stones replaced In a ring we already had and bought a channel set diamond and white gold ring. It was all very reasonable, no pressure as no very knowledgeable. We would go back again.

They got my fiancé ring size absolutely wrong…they measured him in store before THEY ordered the ring. Had to reorder the same ring and it was more money for some reason and they told us to pay the difference…. THANKFULLY after he argued with the sales person a manager stepped in and did the right thing. One star because it shouldn’t take fussing to get the right thing done… especially if the store was the one to make the mistake.

I will never shop at this location again. I am a 20+ year customer of Jared and I have never had this kind of experience. The Manager John should not be in leadership for anyones business. If you want to be treated like a customer never visit this location. Angel is an amazing employee and has sold countless jewelry to me and my wife, but it is sad to say I will never step foot in this location again. I had to have my necklace fixed. The jewelry that I bought it from wanted to send it out to get fixed and could take up to 6 weeks. I went to Jared because I heard they did great work and do it right there. I picked up my necklace the necklace day ;). They were VERY nice and helpful.

The process of designing a custom ring can be nerve racking but Jareds provided us enough information by showing us a molding and a CAD image that we knew we were making the right choice.

My wife and I just went there to have her solitaire sing checked and I mentioned that we were going to upgrade her diamond nest year. We talked to John, the manager and Mum, It turned out the Mum had a diamond put aside for herself and she offered it to us. We couldnt believe it. It was a gorgeous diamond and she and John agreed to sell it to us. We got it mounted in our setting and it is gorgeous. Also there was a mothers day promotion going on so the next day we went back since we saw another gorgeous diamond engagement ring there that we both loved. Mum had put the ring aside for us and with the promotion we saved hundreds of dollars and we could not turn down the fantastic price for that gorgeous ring. So MANY MANY THANKS goes out to the manager John and the wonderful MUM for her great care in making sure we were totally satisfied with everything. My wife is in 7th heaven with her 2 new gorgeous diamond rings from Jared. We will be life long customers thanks to MUM and the manager John.

Very poor company. Ordered an item indicated in stock for delivery, and payment was processed that day. Received email 12-23 order was canceled due to lack of availability.Then 12/24 they processed a SECOND payment through my bank account!I do not appreciate fraudulent tactics tying up my money for their use, especially during the holidays in a tumultuous 2020 year.

It’s ridiculous that they won’t perform repairs due to COVID-19 but they will allow you in to purchase jewelry. Makes absolutely NO sense!

Angel Bland is amazing. We first worked with her over 2 years ago and she helped select an updated ring for our 25 wedding anniversary. We were so impressed with how she has stayed in contact that we even sent our future son in law to see her and she helped him select the perfect engagement ring for our daughter. We went to visit her again just two days ago and she helped pick the perfect upgrade for my wifes 50th birthday. We will always go back to Angel as she is just like family to us and knows our taste. Pick something good for us Christmas is just around the corner. We have also recommended her to several of our friends that loved my wifes ring.

DO NOT SPEND your hard earned money here. I purchased my wife’s ring, diamond ($2200), and the insurance. They never informed me of the crooked stipulations they have what so ever. The diamond feel out and of course they will not replace it or do anything to make this right. The worst part is is this is after they lied and took advantage of us on our financing as well. They lied to us about it all from the very beginning. This place is a scam and will make you feel wanted to take your money. Very disheartening

My boyfriend and I went there last night to look at engagement rings. It was our first time looking at engagement rings. We were greeted and helped by a woman named Mum. She was great! She was so helpful with answering my questions and so patient while I tried on different styles. She was not pushy at all, even when we told her that we were going to take some time to think about it before purchasing. Our experience was fantastic and if we decide on that particular ring after looking a little bit more, I will definitely be asking for Mum again!

We have been loyal customers to this Jared for several years. It is where my husband purchased my engagement ring and first wedding band as well as other jewelry gifts. He had to special order a second wedding band to match my set because it was a smaller size. It took a couple of months to come in and when I opened it on Christmas morning it was the WRONG band!!! All that wait for nothing. We took it back and unhappily acknowledged that people do make mistakes. They apologized and ordered the band again but must not have been too sorry because they said it would be March before the new one would be in. What kind of customer service is that?! So they finally call a couple of weeks ago and we go to pick it up. They had ordered the exact same wrong band as the first time. Not even kidding. We got our refund and cancelled our Jared account. We are going to a quality jewelry store who will pay attention and take care of their customers from now on.

Ive been there for new jewelry, repairs, links taken out of a watch and because my husband and I bit off more than we could chew, Jared allowed us to return my set and his band (totalling $7000.00) and return our credit card to a $0 Balance after 6 months of owning the rings. They treated us with TOTAL RESPECT and welcomed us back a year later to purchase wedding rings and helped us to purchase beautiful rings to be proud of and remain mindful of our budget. Took my new watch in today to have a link taken out. The sales man took the watch and worked on it for 15 minutes and then took it back to the watch maker because the original sales man could not complete the work. The watch maker in the back room took 5 minutes and then he was done. When I arrived home and was looking more closely at the watch I noticed a sizable scratch on the body of the watch and several more tool markings on the band. I just received the watch yesterday and looked over it thoroughly and those scratches WERE NOT THERE. I am very dissatisfied with the work they performed and charged me 20 for.

The customer service is perfect. They are a little pricey but worth it because as long as you keep up with the biannual inspections/cleanings they warranty everything you get with them. Which is amazing because who wants a dirty piece of jewelry anyways.

Mark at Jared Mall of Georgia is the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with, not only in the field of jewelry, but out of every salesman in all fields I’ve done business with.I wasn’t initially going to purchase a wedding ring when I first met him, my interest was only in simple, inexpensive couple rings. I showed little to no interest but just wanted my fiancé to try a few different types of diamond rings before she makes her mind. Mark wouldn’t mind spending good bit of his time to show us their collections, WITHOUT any kind of uncomfortable comments, and when we decided to leave without purchasing anything, he wouldn’t comment a bit about it unlike other 99.9% trying to hold their customers with “today only deal” or “special price for you.”After bothering him for a few days, I bought a pair of inexpensive couple rings from Jared that I needed to again bother him for a few more days because of exchange and numerous resizing requests(this was after wearing the items for a few days, too). He wouldn’t mind assisting me at all, I could see he’s purely willing to help customers, instead of seeing customers as their money source.I’d like to also add that every other jewelry specialist and the security guard at Jared Mall of Georgia were also very friendly and professional.Like mentioned earlier, I was going to purchase my wife’s wedding ring at elsewhere, but their customer service alone changed my mind. Wedding ring is something you promise to wear for a lifetime, you’d definitely want to make sure it’s from someone trust worthy.

I came in with my husband to upgrade my wedding ring. Mum helped me find exactly what I wanted and within budget. Upon receiving the first bill my husband noticed a mistake with the monthly payment. It was 100 dollars more than what we agreed on. We went back to see John the store manager and he handled the problem immediately and didnt give us the run around. My advice: Go to Solomon Brothers. Better pricing, professional, and quality you expect from jewelers.My soon to be husband and I went to Jared to look for rings. When we first walked in they politely greeted us, which was the only pleasant thing that happened after walking through their door. Long story short, they ushered us around instead of actually letting us browse. When trying to size my boyfriends finger the gentleman helping us got the sizing ring stuck on my boyfriends finger. While looking at settings without stones, the woman now helping us told another associate, no, that diamond is too much for them, we hadnt even told them our budget. By the end of our visit we had been helped (harassed) by three different associates and badgered to apply for their store credit after we told them repeatedly we didnt need. We found rings we both liked but decided not to give them our business simply on how they operate.

I went in the other day. I am in my early twenties, and I was looking for wedding bands and diamond earrings. At first the older male told me that I looked to young to get married and that he would sign off on the papers for me. Then when I went to look at diamond earrings I informed the women consultaultant that I only wanted spiral back because I sometimes forget to take my earrings out. She looked at me and told me that it is part of being a big girl. Then I called back later to and was scuffed at. Yes I might be in my early twenties, but I am still a customer and can afford a great deal of your jewelry. They were extremely rude and I felt as though I wasnt mature enough to wear their jewelry. I have also heard terrible things about trying to get rings fixed from their store. I will not be spending my money there and they should probably invest in some better consultants, but I have talked to others and they are starting to get a bad rep about their customer service.

I bought my wifes wedding band from the Perimeter Location last year. We came in today to look at anniversary bands today. While we were looking around, we got my wifes rings cleaned. We went home and realized that one of her diamonds were MISSING! I was freaking out, especially because of some of the negative reviews on this page. We came back and they replaced the diamond, no questions asked. I had counted the stones while we were there the first time because we wanted to find a similar band with both diamonds and sapphires and wanted them to match. It mustve fallen out when they were cleaning. They could have easily told us to take a hike, but they were calm, courteous, and professional. We will be back!

Customer service is pretty bad here. The rude attitude the last time I was there sealed the deal for me. I was buying a pair of earings that had to be 14k gold (because of metal allergy) but on a budget of under $300. I found 2 pair. One had a diamond accent. While checking out the man helping us asked if we wanted the warranty. We said yes! The lady beside him said they dont offer a warrant on those. He asked why and the last scoffed and said because those are cheap and will break. I was shocked. Had it not been 12/20 and my father sending me to get these for my mother for Christmas, I would have left them there. These people are snotty and rude.

The return policy is a joke. Bought a set of matching watches for my wife and I, they took some links out for us. Now 10 days later (within the 30 day window) they wont except them back because the watches have been altered... the store manager, John, didnt want to look at the watches to check their condition because the links were taken out.I have been a Jareds customer for at least 8 yeard...no more...you guys just lost 2 customers...my wife and myself.

Id give this place negative stars if I could. My fiance and I walked in to look at wedding bands at 10:30 last Saturday. We were met by a gentleman who came across like a bad used car salesman than a professional merchant looking to sell one of the most meaningful purchases we will ever make. He then goes on to start spewing stereotypes such as women are expensive and I know she had to drag you in here. I love my fiance, and am extremely excited to be marrying her. I am also a realist as to the commitment and work that goes into a lasting marriage (parents married for 42 years now). As I listedned to this jerk spout off these stereotypes I could see her body language wilt a little bit. Im getting angry thinking about it. We told him we were just in to look at a couple of rings we saw online and would ask for some help sizing our fingers. Before even trying to assist us, he opens a credit application and starts explaining to me what store credit is. Then he asks me if Im over 18! Im 30 years old and work in the finance industry for a living!! We got our sizes and left. I tried to call the 800 number on their website to complain and couldnt get through after about 10 minutes so I gave up. Jared should fire this store rep. I have never been so insulted by a customer service sales rep in my life. I will be taking my hard-earned money elsewhere to purchase our rings. Stay away from this place unless you prefer to veiled insults where you and your money arent valued.

Terrible experience every time I go in. Never again. Go to Guvens if you are shopping for jewelry. They say diamonds are forever yet they fell off my wifes ring some many times. Jared doesnt stand behind there jewelry... they make you purchase insurance in place of good workmanship. On the other hand, Guvens when a stone fell off one my wifes ring, a much more expensive stone than the ones that fell off the Jared purchased ring, they stood up with no questions kind of attitude and bit the bullet and fixed it. Had an Excellent experience at Jared Mall of Ga Mum,Sarah, and Tiffany were all great and worked well together.

I went in a few months ago to look at engagement rings with some girlfriends; Tiffany helped us and was excellent -- very patient, went through different styles/sizes and discussed diamond cuts (pros/cons, etc). We narrowed down to three, and she contacted my boyfriend directly from there to arrange him coming in to see them (he and I had already talked about that so it wasnt a surprise to him!). He also had a great experience with Tiffany, narrowed down to THE ring and we are both very happy with our purchase! She also found us a wedding band that matched (my engagement ring wasnt a set) very well. Overall had a great experience with Tiffany (5 stars) and with the technician who helped to resize my ring.The 4 stars is due to my (now) fiance having been unhappy with some of the male sales people he encountered prior to sitting down with Tiffany. His impression of them was that of uncaring and bored used car salesmen. If you go to this Jared (Mall of GA), seek out Tiffany!!

Their techs are horrible.... Both Buford and Gwinnett Place. Long rant short... My engagement ring prong broke. GP claimed they fixed it but it broke again. Came to Buford thinking I would have better experience. Ha! Went by Dec 23rd and the tech lady insisted a different style head and I told her no... But if there was no other option then to call me first and I would decide. Well... Had to call today, January 9th, because I had yet to hear status. It was complete with a new head... Sure enough. Its the style I did not want and its joined onto the band, CROOKED. Having to come back, yet again, to get it fixed and get in a managers face.... No more of our hard earned money is being spent at Jared! Maybe the tech shouldve paid attention to a customers request rather than doing their own thing and keep talking about purchasing the protection plan on my wedding band... Which by the way, my ring set doesnt even match now!!! Thanks alot you guys....

Female Manager was not accommodating nor kind about me making an exchange. I did not have my receipt with me, but they were able to find the record of the sale in their computer. However, it took about 25 minutes on their antiquated system. The service was slow, judgemental, and rude for someone who was already unhappy with a purchase. Never shopping with Jared again.
