Have to say the customer service was good. Bought my daughter the cutest pink vapor maxes!! Thank goodness for the military discount, just had an issue where had I not checked my receipt the young lady would have not gave us our discount! Make sure you check your receipt.. Happy 🛍

Best selection in N. GA accompanied by poor customer service. The store is 35 min from my home so I called first to make sure they had my size (11.5 or 12). The young lady that answered told me that she has an 11.5 but would not verify if they had a 12 or the price. She said it was too busy for her to check and that only 3 people were working. I said its 11:30AM on a Tuesday. There is no way all 3 employees could be busy. I hung up and got in my car. When I got there a little after 12, I was the only one in the store. The shoes I wanted were on sale so it was definitely worth the drive but it would have been nice to have been told in advance that they did indeed have my size. It doesnt end there. I asked one of the young men for my size and he returned and handed me the box without saying a word. I tried them on myself and when I was ready to pay I again asked for his help. I dont think this is an isolated incident but more of the norm. The employees are not very helpful and downright lazy. I assume the shoes must sell themselves in order to keep their doors ooen.

Good deals..pgs are only 50 bucks..if a shoe is on sale and they do not have your size. They can order it in store on line

Selection was large and customer service was great. Two associates assisted myself and my daughter. No lines and no sales tactics used. Good experience.

Me and my daughter came in the store at 8:55pm the store closings at 9pm. The association was caring and kind. They help us and got us the style we need and size. My daughter was happy with her shoe. We was out of the store at 9pm.

Very average selection of colors for shoes. As big as they are you would expect to find shoes here that you cannot find elsewhere. Although I did find the money green air more moneys there. Those were the only unique colored shoes I have find thus far. Step your shoe game up!!

The manager and the assistant both bullied their employees. I wont state more information at this monent because the corporate office got my complaint in an email this morning. I just cant and wont allow anyone does bullying because it is flat out wrong.Just a reminder to the manager at this location that any retaliation toward a certain emplyee ( my daughter) i will take further lawful action and civil action. I hope i get an email from the corporate office first concerns my complaint then i will be glad to state my thoughts here.Dear manager instead to bullying someone under yiur supervision you should train them lead by example and teach them but you dont bully them at the work place.

Sales associate Evander was an excellent help, and Khwaji rang us out with a chipper attitude and smile.

Drove an hour to this Footlocker because mine didnt have the product I was looking for. I got there 30 minutes before they open and I was first in line. They were 45 minutes late opening just ridiculous. Also I got what I was looking for but I wanted to purchase more and I think they were hiding some in the back for themselves.

Poor customer service, had me waiting at register for 30 minutes and not acknowledging me and my son.

HORRIBLE. I have literally been calling for the last hour. They let the phone ring for approximately 5 minutes then pick up and hang up. This has gone on FOR AN HOUR. They are not that busy. They have to be some of the most incompetent people not to be able to answer a phone. CLEARLY customer service is of no importance to these people. When I called the Gwinnett Place location the young lady said Oh yeah they are horrible at answering the phone. Obviously this location has no issue being sub par.

Employees had poor attitudes and made me feel as if they could not have cared less about me at this location.

I couldnt be more dissatisfied and disappointed in my local footlocker than I am this evening. I have had myself snd my two brothers sitting in line since 8 this morning for a 6pm release. at 6pm she came outside and gave me one chance to play the guess your size game and because I didnt answer correctly, quickly went to the next group of guys to give the shoes to them instead. this isnt first come first serve procedure.. I cordially waited all day without once harassing an employee, but because one goes in every 5 minutes pestering employees and taking time away from other valuable customers, one already knew the size that was available. I am extremely let down today. thanks footlocker for another spoiled release.Jake major.

Bought a pair of vapormax gold and black here. Had the shoe for 20 days, obviously has wear on it. But for a product that took 7 years of development and expirementation the gold bands on it were already wrinkling and coming off. Will never shop here again.Receipt says you can return unworn products within 45 days, and what if its a defective shoe? Manager went on about my complaint. Oh it feel so disrespected. Well when you sell someone a $200 shoe with obvious defects you should..

You show up at 8 am to gey the new release and they tell you the shipment didnt come in. Could be today or Monday. You call back at noon and no answer finally at 1 they answer to tell you yeah it came in and we are sold out. Worst experience.
