I love this store and its staff so much, everyone is truly wonderful. My time working at this store was brief, but I loved it. The store crew are kind, funny, supportive, knowledgeable, and make it a pleasant place to be. Veronika is easily the best boss Ive ever had in my life. The staff at this hot topic is always on point and happy to help. Selection is good however if you are looking for bigger sizes you should get there when items are new in stock.

Ive been coming to this Hot Topic for over a decade and the quality of their store has always remained respectably consistent with very friendly, welcoming, and helpful employees, nice deals, and an impressive selection for such a small store. However, its small size and plethora of merch stands makes it a bit of a tight maneuver through parts of the store so I would keep a mask handy for this particular location. Overall its one of my favorite stores in the mall and Ill keep coming back as long as I come to this mall.

Everyone is always super nice, Ive never had an experience in hot topic where someone has been any kind of rude. They seem like great people as well. Though, it can be a bit hard to find some clothes like pants and skirts, some shirts if your bigger than an XL. But thats in store, Im sure if you find something you can order it online. The chokers do run somewhat small but most chokers do. But other than those small things its honestly very nice, it also feels safe and gives off great vibes.

I love the t shirts but they need to stock more 2XL size shirts for some reason they never have my size.

This store has SO many cool items. You could spend a TON of time in there and might not see it all. 😉

My cashier Courtney was really rude, I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what but I hope she doesn’t treat all her customers this way. After she cashed me out she didn’t even bother to say thank you or have a good day or anything she actually walked away before I grabbed my bag. I have never had a negative experience at a hot topic, that’s why I was so surprised by her poor attitude. I’m not sure if you HAVE to sign up with Hot Topic in order to make purchase but Courtney did not give me a choice which made the transaction worse because she continued to be rude.

Looked for a hat or shirt for my son. He loves a certain show. Found a hat HALF the price Spencers was selling it for. Great deal! Loved it!

They have always had some cool band shirts. Even some of their boots and other clothing is pretty cool. Unfortunately, the rest of the store is merchandise for whatever show/music/movie/etc might be the most popular at the time. oh well, at least HT still carries a lot of cool band stuff.

Its changed a lot over the years unfortunately. But still has nice jewelry and vintage tees.

The 2 taking care of the store this day were amazing. Very informative. Very nice. I ended up with almost $50 in free stuff from the sales they were having. I also highly reccomend the rewards program here. I get discounts and free stuff all the time. I came in to use my $5 free birthday gift when i visited last time.

So i am not sure if she is new or not but, there is a short girl name amanda that is SUPER rude!!! Like seriously dont ask her anything about returns, go straight to the manager veronica! Veronica is the sweetest! But that amanda makes the experience shopping there AWEFUL and UNCOMFORTABLE! She was eyeballing me the whole time and then got scared when i ask for her name.

My daughter loves this store. But, the help needs to be more friendly and acknowledge other types of people regardless of appearances such as parents who are spending their hard earned money on merchandise such as is sold at this store.

It was my first time in Atlanta and I can say that the mall was my favorite place to be at, and Hot Topic had a big part in that. They literally have all the hot, new and freaky clothing and items that youd like to get while shopping on the weekends

We as a family always have lots of fun. This has to be one of the cleanist facilities I have been to. The staff is great very helpful.

I love this store, mainly because they carry some items I cant seem to find anywhere else, plus the manager is fantastic!! Phenomenal customer service and for the items I like, theres either a sale same day or a coupon for the next visit. They carry tons of merch for all sorts of styles, and loads of other neat trinkets. I will defintely be back!!

Hot Topic has a great selection of unique items. You will spend hours in this store looking for the perfect item. They have popular character items such as hats, shirts, vinyl figures, bags, perfume, hair accessories and more. Just a great place all around.

It made me feel old to be in this store. But they have good deals on tshirts. Also the staff was nice.

I just wanted to buy a shirt and the cashier kept trying to up sell me at the register and sign up for memberships. I get it, my hours were determined by my membership sales at my past retail job.. and I still work in sales. But I told this girl 5 times no and she kept harassing me to sign up for their promotion. She wanted way too much information than I was comfortable with, including my email, phone number, and date of birth. I know she is probably pushed to promote their memberships. But if a customer is clearly not interested, do not harass them into signing up. I will never return to this store.

Pricey, but wonderful staff and plentiful selection.

I went in looking for a dress and I found one on a 25$ rack. It fit well and when I went to checkout the woman said it was $50 and I wasnt willing to pay that much, but out of curiosity, I looked at it online. It was $25. But the shipping is $25 for the day I needed it to be there. Either way I ended up spending 50 dollars on a 25 dollar dress.

Ive taken up the new hobby of collecting POPs and one I was looking for was on the website so I popped into the store to see if it was there, it wasnt but the friendlyand helpful staff got right on helping me order it and get it shipped asap. I personally like Hot Topic however there was a blonde female in her early 20s. She kept staring at me like I was going to steal something. I dont know if she still works there but, I stopped going to all Hot Topic locations after that. Now I mainly stopped going simply because I outgrew the need to shop there. The merchandise is mainly for teenagers. The staff is normally friendly in most places except for that one instance.

Hottopic always has some type of sale going on. Merchandise is of good quality, but its very easy to spend a lot of money without meaning to

I used to love going into hot topic when the previous manager was working...unfortunately now every time I go in the new manager has a horrible attitude towards me. She has also been very rude to my friends giving them very hostile comments and a horrendous attitude. I now make the drive to sugarloaf mills to shop at their store where everyone is friendly.
