Visited Singleton store after seeing them at the Atlanta Boat show. Impressed with groups knowledge & help in finding the best boat for me. They have a huge variety & styles to choose from. They took time to listen to my family needs. Going on demo ride when weather permits. Alot of business talk about award winning dealership.. They show in actions and all the darn awards they have on display too.

If you live in Georgia, reconsider buying a Cobalt. You will then be locked in to dealing with Singleton, which is a nightmare. Definitely expected more from a high end dealership. The salesman took us for a test drive in the rain and no one had put gas in the boat. We shouldve taken that as a sign. Now they have had our brand new boat to correct warranty issues for over a month and no one has contacted us with an update despite several attempts to reach out. Thought I was going to be a lifetime Cobalt owner, but ready to sell after one season.

My husband and I are avid boaters. Having never purchased a new boat we relied on a referral from our friends as to who we should speak to about this very large purchase. The recommendations were unanimous, Eric Bentley, at Singleton. We introduced ourselves to Eric at the boat show earlier this year. Immediately I could see why everyone was so impressed with him. He’s incredibly down to earth, honest, and clearly desires to look out for your best interest. At the boat show we were expecting this purchase to be at least a year off. He still spent ALL the time with us. He never shuffled us off, he didn’t look at us as not serious. (We are young. Many people may not take us seriously.)In June, we got bitten by the new boat bug bad. Having decided to move up the purchase, we went over to Singleton and Eric walked us through all the options. I was SURE I wanted a Cobalt R5. Eric wanted us to know all the options and based on what we wanted he helped us decide on a Regal LS6. We could not be happier. He located the boat of our dreams at another one of their locations and was able to get it to town in a very reasonable time. Financing was going to be the last hurdle to cross. Having never had a “pleasure loan” we were unsure of how to navigate these waters, no pun intended. We were honest with Eric about our financial situation and he went to town helping find just the right bank to get the deal done. Eric was with us every step of the way. I’m sitting on our new LS6 writing this review and I can assure you, we will only allow Eric to work with us in the future. You will not be disappointed.

I have been a customer of Singletons for several years. And recently, I had a few issues that could have left me very frustrated as a customer. Instead of ending up frustrated, though, Singleton came up creative solutions, stood behind the products they sell, and provided me with above and beyond customer service. At the end of the experience, I felt valued as a customer and do not want to replace this customerdealer relationship with any other dealership. Thats pretty high praise.

I will say this place stays extremely busy but the people here are great. Leslie is a true asset to this company and although they had no space on the lot, she arrange for a quick service call at my dock. Chad, will, konrad, and one of the main owners anthony all called me to help out. Hard to find a company that puts this much effort in to making sure people are happy. Im very thankful for all the help guys!

Recently I purchased a 11 year old 302 Cobalt for $89,000. Needless to say it took some skill to get it financed but Ryan Albertson handled it like a pro. The sale and the demo was skillfully handled by Tommy Johnson. I can be a difficult buyer but this team GOT THE JOB DONE with professionalism. Had a small issue the day after purchase which was SUNDAY and Tommy Johnson called me back AFTER the sale at 9PM on SUNDAY evening and assured me that Singleton would handle the issue which they did. Repair shop ripped me off and would not compromise on their price. I had a fishing graph installed without asking how much. $634. Bass Pro Shops does it for $220. They didnt do it right either, so I had to take it back! It was better the second time, but they had no compromise on their price. I gave them a chance before I wrote this review. Great boat service from what I understand, but dont go there for repair or warranty work IMO.

Our family of 5 bought our first boat from Singleton Marine We had it narrowed down to a handful of makes and a couple dealers before-hand, but Singleton was the best to work with, and the least pressure. Devin, our salesman, was patient, discussed the pros and cons of the different makes and models, and helped us narrow down to a few we wanted to test drive. He didnt try to steer us to the higher-priced boat or put any pressure on us, just took us out on the lake, let us get a feel for each, met us after-hours, stayed in touch throughout, answered all our questions, and had the boat delivered to our dock. Reuben, the Business Manager, took care of the financing and documentation, and that process was a breeze as well.

We had the most awesome experience buying our Barletta tritoon at Single Marine in Buford, GA. Captain Devin was very knowledge of all the different models of tritoons and took a lot of time guiding us through each boat. Once we decided on a “the boat” Captain Devin took us out on Lake Lanier for a test drive. Then he helped up find the specific model, color and configuration by searching their expansive inventory across all their locations. Our boat was on the lot in just a few days! Our circumstances were where we could not do the sales transaction until we closed on our Lake Burton house. Singleton Marine & Captain Devin was so patience with us and held our dream boat for us until we closed although 5 other people tried to buy it. I highly recommend Single Marine and you must ask for Captain Devin! We love our Barletta tritoon! FYI, the President of Barletta sent us awesome gifts for Christmas!

These folks are very knowledgeable in the boating business and sell new and use boats from run abouts to yachts. If youre interested in a boat you owe it to yourself to stop in.

The absolute worst service experience...theyve had my boat now for 6 weeks with still no timeline in sight...i bought the boat new from them...even routine service is a nightmare ...the service manager Jarad...refuses to except any responsibility for his position or the people under him...would rather argue on the phone with the customer...no results...horrible prices...and just plain disrespectful...im ashamed I spent my money with this establishment...dont do what I did!!

VERY helpful, very friendly. We rolled up from out of state and tried to launch at night and our bout would not start due to a bad battery connection, we brought it here looking just for a diagnostic and the next morning Matt Black had us back on the lake in 20 minutes. Saved our vacation!

This is the place to buy a boat. Eric Bentley was phenomenal to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. Not many places or people stay late, take your calls on sunday or follow up with your experience like they do.

Excellent service! Twice this summer Morgan has gone out of his way to help me with parts. Morgan and Justin, in service, also helped save our vacation after a mishap on day 1. They have come through every time I have needed them and have done what they said they would do. Highly recommend.

UPDATED, we have our boat back. I would like to personally thank Will in service for knocking it out of the park. We are ready for a great summer.They ( Singleton Marine as a company ) had our boat for 3 months and 2 weeks. Upon receiving our Malibu 23 LSV it was in no way shape or form ready to be delivered to us. We will update with a full review but at this time, 2/9/18, they are begging to keep it for another 6 weeks and make us whole as a returning customer. We are giving them one more shot to complete the repairs as promised. Hopefully they do the right thing. Again, we love our boat, but the service aspect of dealing with Singleton and its Managers have been a joke.

They said if I drop my boat of it would only take a week... dropped the boat off November 24 didn’t get it back till March 23rd. It was kept outside which I never do. They didn’t clean it up at all. Poor customer service. I won’t be using them again.

They have the best selection of boats We went for a surf lesson with devon and bryan they took us out on an awesome boat gave great surf tips we had a fantastic day cant wait to go again

We had boat problems on the Fourth of July weekend. We called the service department at Singleton Marina in Atlanta and BJ in the service department talked to us on the phone and walked through the whole problem and ways we could fix it. He stayed on the phone with us for thirty minutes. He was so knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Thank you so much for your help. BJ is the man!!!!
