Jeremiah was great. I accidentally scratched the side of my parents car pulling in the garage and he came right out and fixed it for me for free. He is also very kind and was reassuring to me that it could be fixed. Highly recommend.

As someone who is in the automotive industry as a technician, I naturally try to find every little issue I can with my own vehicle to nip any issue I can in the bud. Finding a body shop I approved of was difficult enough already but I’m very glad I chose Hendrick Luxury. I used to only trust myself to work on my own car but they have earned my trust. The paint and mechanical work was perfect, looks brand new off the dealer floor. JC even helped get my vehicle back to me on the promised date which is a daunting task with today’s parts and and staff shortages. Hendrick Luxury is the only shop I’d trust my vehicles with. Special thanks to JC and the staff who stayed late so I could take delivery of my vehicle to go out of town!

There is new shop management that started after our repair. Clint did a great job assessing the issues and preparing a plan for Hendricks to repair the truck properly with as little inconvenience as possible. We are awaiting parts and a repair so I will completely update the review when everythings done. Clint will be personally overseeing the process. Im really pleased with his customer service skills and how timely he addressed the issue. Im looking forward to changing this to a 5 star and having a well repaired truck again. Thanks Clint!***Kept my husbands truck for almost 30 days and did a horrible job on the repair. Had to take it to another dealership for assessment of the work and now have to work with insurance to have it fixed properly. Hopefully Hendrick will do the right thing and I can adjust the review. The truck is a 2020 and shouldnt have been allowed out of the shop with that work.

Unfortunately I’ve been to a few different collision centers in recent years and I got to say that my best experience by far was at Hendricks in Buford. I was impressed with the communication and guidance I received during the entire process and the great quality work performed on my vehicle. Getting into an accident is no fun but Vedran sure did make it an easy process for me and I appreciate all the hard work of all the folks who had anything to do with getting my vehicle repaired, thank you all!

Nick Black took care of me from start to finish. I had a wrecked brand new truck I wanted fixed right. 15k worth of repairs-3 pages long. They took their time to get it right. Rick Hendrick Collision repaired my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado after I rear-ended a tractor trailer. They did an amazing job getting my truck fixed. I can honestly say it looked better after they got done with it than it looked before the accident! JC Brodeur and his team are truly professionals! Austin in the shop did out-standing work! I am very please with their work. They even repaired my vintage 96 Rock tag and put it back on my front bumper! There was a small problem with the AC afterwards and they fixed that right up. I have been using Hendrick’s Collision for years. Although I don’t own a Chevrolet, I would never go anywhere else for body work. I have taken both my Mercedes and BMW there and have been pleased every time!! I’ve known Kendall for sometime now and was use to working with him so when he told me he was now the manager I was so happy for him. However, that meant I had to deal with a new consultant. Kendall put me in perfect hands with Trent. He stayed in constant contact, was very friendly, personable, and professional!! Vedran Udovicic is The Man! The amount of time and effort that this man put into my vehicles repair is unmatched. I am an extremely picky individual when it comes to my vehicle but Vedran was very patient with me and catered to my needs. Both Vedran and mines work schedule collided but he made himself available by phone both on and off the clock so communication was always at 100%. When I met him he had told me that he wouldnt be happy with my vehicle unless I was happy with my vehicle and I am 100% totally satisfied with my repairs! We took our vehicle for repair after a collision and they did the worse repair could ever possible. Now our front bumper is misaligned. I doubt they put everything properly. Very dissatisfied. The repair contact person wasn’t very communicative. Also when we went to take the vehicle I showed him the problem and he was like it’s not gonna be like before. Do not take hour vehicle there if you care for your asset.

Kevin coordinated towing, appraisals for insurance, mechanical repairs, body shop repairs, painting, extensions of a rental car, return of a rental car, and the insurance companies quirky payment mechanism. Always Kevin updated me on the work status, expected completion date, and research to answer my questions about novel features of my all electric Bolt. I’m glad to have my car back but will miss Kevin’s calls when he not only updated me about my vehicle repairs, he went beyond and showed concern for my personal health recovery. Had a tree fall on my MINI in February 2021 and took my car to JC Brodeur at Hendricks since they are a MINI certified repair center. All I can say is WOW! I never imagined that it would look so good when I got it back. It looks like brand new again! Repairs took a little longer than I expected, but then again I didnt know what to expect. We had a little snafu when I went to pick it up but JC made sure it was right and even went above and beyond due to the (minor) mistake. I will recommend Hendrick and JC to anyone.

Such an amazing turnout after dropping off my CX 9 with damage from an accident. The panels line up perfect, paint looks great and all in all looks like nothing ever happened. The service was great and the vehicle was completed a lot faster than expected. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Kendal was incredible making sure that my vehicle that I bought brand new at another dealership was restored back to its original condition. He was highly communicative and endured how detailed I am, offering to redo any work that I didn’t feel it was perfect. When I came back a month later asking for advice and help on something with the car he immediately answered and provided tremendous service at no charge! In this day and age I often feel customer service is dead, and even though he didn’t sell me the car at his dealership, and technically it wasn’t his responsibility, he treated me as though I had been a valued customer of his for years!

I took my car to Rick Hendrick Luxury Collision center at 4510 South Lee Street in Buford Ga. I was primarily dealing with Bret and dealt with Kendal and Trent. All 3 of them did an excellent job staying in constant communication and keeping me updated about my vehicle. They were all easily reachable by phone. Bret advised me my car repair was a 3 week job but told me he’d have it started right away. My car was completed in half the time they provided. The car looked excellent. It appears to be in better condition prior to the accident. When I came to pick the car up I was greeted by Bret, Trent and Kendal. They walked over my car with me, showed me what they did and advised me they also warranty their work. The level of professionalism and excellence is not less of extraordinary. I would bring my car back for any repairs and would recommend all my friends and family. Thank you Bret, Trent, Kendal and the great technicians staffed at the Buford location. I chose this shop to repair my Mazda 3, after getting in a pretty bad fender bender, because it is the shop that Mazda Mall of Ga uses for body work.They did very precise work.The representative in charge of my cars repairs, Jayce (spelling is surely wrong), was professional and gave me a thorough breakdown of the timeframe it would take as well as what all they would be doing in fixing my car. This detail really put me at ease on getting my car back to normal. It made me feel involved and I really appreciated the diligence and care in doing the job right. Ultimately, my car looks new again, as if the wreck didnt happen.Also, while I was in the shop I inquired about doing a paintless dent removal on a different area of my car. They quoted me a favorable price of $200 for a pretty decent size dent, around 3 that they made disappear.When I first called about setting up my appointment, another representative, Hannah, explained to me how the insurance process goes when you file against someone elses insurance, and that Hendricks would actually do all the communicating with that insurance company for me. I had never gone through this before so she essentially taught me how the insurance process works. Very good customer service all around.I do not want to be in another wreck, but if I am I will go here again for repairs.

The people at Rick Hendricks collision center had some of the best customer service I have come across in years. From the jump it was easy to schedule the time to drop off my Tahoe and they were tinting they front windows and also fixing a minor blemish on the rear bumper (they just replaced it and the step plate). The customer service we received when we dropped it off having our children with us was awesome and they knew we traveled 1.5 hrs to the dealer to come pick it up and we struggled to make it by 6:00 pm closing time but they offered to stay late if we wouldn’t make it in time and that meant a lot considering it was my wife’s car that she needs to transport the kids daily. 10 out of 10 on service

I dealt with Mr. Nick in the collision department and he was “very professional” and kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process, even though the insurance company did not stay in communication with me at all. Nick was kind enough to return everyone of my phone calls and he took the time to explain to me what exactly was going on with my vehicle and what parts they were waiting on for repair.Also, Nick coordinated with the estimator/Adjuster from the insurance company and worked on getting my car repaired as quick as possible. Nick stayed in correspondence and provided updates with the insurance company, despite the insurance companies lack of follow up communication and support.

The whole entire staff is awesome here however Todd Higginbotham just stands out as his attention to detail, great ability to communicate with you in terms you can understand along with the SUPERIOR service I would not take my Truck to any other place mainly because of how i am treated and the knowledge that Todd provides. Progressive insurance had me bring my truck here for repairs after a small parking lot collision. The whole process was very smooth. They kept me updated on the repairs and when it would be finished. Repair work looks great and you can’t tell there was ever damage.

From the day I dropped my car off until I picked it up, Brett was there for me. No more than 2 days went by before he’d get in touch with me with updates. And it wasn’t a robotic feeling call. This guy was really into repairing my car and making sure that nothing was left undone . He was always courteous and thorough. I highly recommend Hendrix. The whole team was great. While I’m not sure if Mr. Davis will be available, you may want to ask the manager if Brett can be your service tech.

The type of work they produce is state of the art and the personnel is nothing less of professional as they display their expertise and provide quality work. I have 4 cars one of which is a chevrolet, but I take all of them to this location for any needs I have just because of the excellent work they do. Had the unfortunate experience of needing to get warranty paint work done on my brand new Z06. Not thrilled, I went up to Hendrick Luxury Collision in Buford and had a great experience. Kendall and his team are very professional and do the necessary work to get the job done right with no shortcuts. They repainted a few body panels and the work they did looks factory. The paint and clear are laid down smooth and the body panels are aligned with precision. If I did not know what was repainted, I would have never known they are that good. I hope I never need there services again, but if I do I’ll go back without hesitation.

Brought my car to Hendrick Luxury Collision Buford and I was not disappointed - bring your car here if you want to be taken care of (especially if its a Hendrick Automotive Make). Bret Davis and his crew did a fantastic job on my cars drivers side. I have a complex paint job, so I was worried about how it would look - could have swore it rolled out of the factory. When I picked it up, there were a few minor issues (Im very detailed - sorry Bret) and they fixed EVERY. LITTLE. THING. and put me in a rental car for the trouble. Repairs took two weeks (repair doors and repair) with them working with insurance (they were not a partner shop, so I didnt expect high priority), a third week due to insurance issues, and the fourth week to fix my minor issues. All things considered, super fast for the level of detail and quality - if you care about those things, bring your car here. Customer for Life.

I am so thankful I called Hendrick! The ladies on the phone answered all my questions and I know I had a lot of them! They were patient, answered everything I ask and very friendly. When I came to drop my car off, Brent came out to meet me.. he walked around my car with me not once, but twice. The ladies at the front were again, just as friendly and kind. Brent even called me to touch base while my car was being fixed. He was going on vacation and gave me the name of 2 different people I could call if while he was away, I had questions.. Again, he called me before leaving for vacation just to make sure I didn’t have questions. My car was hit by a deer in November. I had just gotten it on October 26. Ok GM was on strike so they said no parts. They got parts the first of January and said car would be ready the end of the month. So mind you I havent had a car for two and a half months. They fix the car then all of a sudden the check engine light comes on so they keep it longer to fix that. I finally get my car back and the check engine light is back on. WTW (what the world) so lets see how this will work.
