Been renting from them for close to 15 years now, my go-to for equipment rentals. I can usually pick up the equipment and use it for the entire weekend for the price of a day, provided that you dont exceed the daily usage, if the machine has a timer.
Needed to sand my hardwood floors, ACE & Home Depot did not have the equipment. Went to Harco - they had exactly what I needed, at a great price, and the service was quick and efficient. I will definitely come back for future rentals. Thanks.
I called to check on renting a sod cutter for my contractor and talked to Billy at the Buford store. An hour later he called to make sure I still wanted it because he had others backed up waiting for it...but he had promised it to me and didnt want to let me down! Great Customer service. He didnt know me from Adam or take my number...he just backed tracked on his phone to reach out to me! Going that extra mile...:)
Worst place to rent from. Staff absolutely sucks and is extremely rude. They hang up on you and will find anyway to increase the price. Glad I bought my own machine so I won’t have to deal with these clowns anymore ever again.

Great experience, Had craftsman mowers my whole life and they let me try a Dixie Chopper and I surprisingly was hooked!! My credit wasn fair but they were able to get me financed and at a great rate. No more Craftsman for me, I am A Happy Dixie Chopper owner now? Thank You Harco

Ive actually had several pieces of equipment over the years. I cant say everything worked perfectly all the time, but when and if I had an issue, they resolved it that day. Usually, they would swap it out. And I was always given extra time to finish. Always treated fairly.
Wouldn’t waste my time going here called and was told they had what I needed drove 15 minutes to get it they don’t have what I needed wasted time and place for good business
You know for the price and customer service you get, you really cant beat it. Id rather go here than any large corporation. The people here have been helping me for about 12 years and will continue to do so. Thank you harco for the great business. Btw the gravely lawn mowers are great i got a zt hd 48 and its been great so far will keep you up to date.

I have rented many times from Harco and never had any problems until today. I brought their log splitter back 4 hours late aftrr the weekend rental and expected to be changed for another half day. Instead they charged me for another full day because I put 16 hours on the splitter. When I questioned the guy at the counter he was like, you ran it for 16 hours! I said I thought rentals were by the day. Then he lied and said that he told me when I picked it up and its also in the fine print on the back of the contract. I asked if he could give me a break and he smugly said NO, and repeated You used it for 16 hours! How do you want to pay? I told him to change my card and mentioned that there were 24 hours in a day, not 8. Then he suggested that I rent from Home Depot in the future. I said I would and thanked him for being a jerk because he was acting like one! He didnt like that because he came out from behind the counter spewing vulgarities at me and said I had better get the ***k out of his store before he threw me out. I left!In response to the reply post below: I knew the owner would take the side of his employee. It may have even been the owner I felt with for all I know. I read his reply below and hes half correct. I did pick up the rental at 4:45pm Friday, NOT afternoon as they told me to come back right before closing to save me some headaches Saturday morning. I really appreciated that gesture. This is the kind of service I have come to expect from them. Hes also correct that I returned it Monday before Noon and as I previously stated I expected to pay for another half day rental (not trying to get something for nothing). Thats when the response below goes wrong. The attitude came from the employee (or owner) behind the counter. He must have been having a bad Monday because hes the one that came with the attitude when he saw that the machine had 16 hours use. He immediately got all uppity about it and was giving me the smart mouth. I didnt give hime attitude until he lied that he told me there was an 8 hour use limit on the machine when I rented it. Hes also correct that I also told him he was an a*****e but that was only after he came out from behind the counter, threatened me and then called me a m****r f****r. You would never be treated like this at Home Depot but they are a large corporate company with policies, procedures and an HR department. Its unfortunate that sometimes the local businesses feel they can treat customers any way they like. Very disappointing.
Awesome company that goes out of their way to make sure the job gets done. We wont go anywhere else.
They were very unprofessional and deceiving, they charged to diagnose a repair for a piece of equipment and because I didnt want to proceed with the repair because it was double than Home Depot, they didnt want to put back 8 screws unless they charge extra hour of labor...waste of time to use these guys to to touch your tool, equipment
Great to work with - had trouble with the equipment toward the end of the day and they credited me for a full second day.
