Personality is KEY in customer service. There is a guy in there that says his name is Happy but he reminds me a lot more of Grumpy from Snow White.He has no idea how to connect with the customer nor does he even smile when YOU THE CUSTOMER engage in conversation with him.I have heard so many great things about this place and unfortunately it was nowhere near the standards I was lead to believe when I encountered this grump.May attempt going again if he isn’t there, but will not be going when he is. Hope the boss can get him an attitude adjustment quickly!!

Very nice and clean. I liked the set up. Everything was easy to find. The cashier was really helpful. The entrance has a bit of a ramp so be careful walking in and out.

I do my running in the mornings and this place Doesn’t ever open on time.
