It sucked. The ppl was not helpful nor friendly they were very rude very disrespectful actually quite ghetto. I had to ask the young lady several times how much was my purchase cuz I couldnt hear her probably because she was too busy laughing and talking on her phone all while working and texting at the same time. Need better management definitely.

The store manager is trash, and so are the cashier. The argue with customers, are dealing in the parking lot, the store manager just sits on the computer and yells at customers and employees. She kept customers in store while the gates were closed and had a puppy walking around. Theres never much there, the store looks like trash, theres two good employees and they both talk about walking. Trash management. Whole store needs a change.

I was very upset when i came here. unfortunately, all of my deepest fears came true. i met my tinder date here. his name was Frederlick. tried to steal my purse. that was the end of that relationship

Store parking lot is always filty, they need a garbage can in front of store, I asked one of the workers do they ever clean it she said it gets clean once a day I find that hard to believe I have visited the store twice this week and the same trash is all over the lot. SMH

The cashier rang up a couple items twice. Then the manager was rude and acted like I was trying to scam. After she rang it up correctly she didnt apologize. The shelves were a mess. Hard to find anything.

Convenient location, prices are relatively high (but some are decent) staff are funny and cool however slightly unprofessional (but not an issue in my eyes). Overall decent👍

It was nice, busy store. Didnt really get a chance to have a look around to much.

Local store offers pretty much everything from groceries, personal care and pet care to housewares, electronics and clothing. Little store with a big, inexpensive inventory. Checkout is quick too. When I need something I usually find it here. Large parking area too.

Customer service today was excellent thank you to the gentleman that was at the register today. He greeted me as I walked in and said thank you come back again as I was leaving. The store was clean an organized. I will definitely be shopping from there soon

Its not a terrible store. Its the workers there who are constantly talking on their phone and arent providing good customer service

Just went to buy some cleaning supplies and they are keeping them for there self. Workers are rude. Need a whole new staff

They greet you Everytime you come in.. its clean, and they have most items you can get at any other store but cheaper

The staff was socializing the entire time instead of paying attention to scanning my items and the lady kept putting items BACK onto the counter instead of inside bags which resulted in doubled scanned items. She also had an attitude when she put random items that i did not want to purchase that were on the counter into my bags. I had to cancel the entire purchase because the cashier acted like she didnt know how to remove an item from the computer. Will never ever be going to a family dollar again and will share my experience. Worst customer service EVER.

Store was very clean BUT... the cashier was on her phone the entire time having a personal conversation, swearing. Gave me the wrong change, didnt offer me a receipt. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
