The employees were extremely rude. I was waiting at the front to checkout but all registers were closed. A group of workers were standing by the photo center talking trash about other shoppers. They wouldnt help me check out even though I only have one item. After 5 minutes of standing in line they finally decided to help me. While checking out the workers continued to talk badly about other people. Then after done checking out I was waiting for a friend to check out. I accidentally dropped an item and immediately picked up. My friend then finished checking out and then told me the employees proceeded to badmouth me because I was annoying for dropping an item and and picking it up. It makes no sense. If I could I would have chosen 0 stars.
Terrible service! I had to wait over an HOUR just to get a flu shot. The family YES I SAID A FAMILY OF 10 KIDS behind us somehow managed to go before us. Ridiculous. I hate this place. Get better service now.
Waited in line for 15 mins and so did the poor old lady in front of me while rep at cash register was taking a call for 15 mins which caused my cab to be 10 bucks more. They were fully staffed. Pathetic service
This place sucks! It is incredibly slow whether checking out, picking up prescriptions at the counter or drive up. You can never get through via phone. The phone system is so annoying, so many repeat comments and redos. I was just disconnected twice after holding to change a COVID vaccine appt. Fed up! I am moving my business elsewhere!
Advertises 24 hour covid testing. I got mine back in 95 hours. Go somewhere else if you need faster results.

Expect at least a 45 minute wait anytime you need to pick up a prescription that has been ready for over a day. They do not give a rip.
I made 3 separate trips to pickup 1 prescription, over an hour of waiting in line cumulatively. After the second trip they told me it would be 25 min, Came back the next day and it is still not ready.
I’m so happy with the service here! I had to post about it lolThey are patient as far as picking up prescriptions (if you’re going to be a few days late, they will check in with you and continue to hold it) and they are super fast at filling orders for items from the store (mine was ready in 7 minutes!!)! if you have to take a Covid test, get it from a Walgreens. Buffalo doesn’t offer Covid tests as far as I know, but other locations in the metro do. Both rapid tests I had came back in less than two hours, shorter than the wait time at any other drive thru place I’ve heard of. Very impressed!!

The slowest pharmacy ever! Waited in the drive through for 15 min, to pick up a prescription that was called over 30 min prior. I was told it would be 20 more minutes.

Would get 5 stars, but lately they have taken at least a day to get prescriptions filled. I switched to this pharmacy because the one I used to use took a day or two to fill prescriptions, and now Im getting the same issue here :(. The service here is good otherwise.
Decent prices on meds, and the pharmacy staff is friendly. The rest of the staff, less so. i came through today to file and then pick up a scrip, and on the return trip the guy tending the front register insisted i drop my messenger bag; annoying, but okay. i ask why, he mutters something about store policy. i think fine, whatever, he just works here, doesnt have a choice. i went to finish up with the pharmacy and made a mental note to call and say that policy sucks. Later, i did so and talked to the GM, Rob; he made a point of talking about backpacks and security risks hes had with schoolchildren and stop loss and other corporate gibberish. i told him its disrespectful to treat grown adults like teenagers, and this supposed leader outright laughed at me.yeah, okay, decide on whatever policy you want or which corporate hands down, but at least pretend to care about respect. Cub might be inefficient, Wal-Mart might be evil, but at least they have basic respect enough for their customers to not default to insulting them; apparently i need to factor in basic respect more than a few bucks of price difference. Sad but true!
I went to the Walgreens in Buffalo, Mn looking for cough and sore throat products. I walked out with nothing. I couldnt believe the prices. Almost double from what other stores charge. I kept looking at all the medicines and my mouth just kept dropping and dropping. I will not go back to any Walgreens.

Waited 25 minutes for a prescription in the drive up. Waited 10 mins. dropped my passenger off, came back and the same car was still waiting. Then it took the girl 10 minutes to figure out how to ring up the prescription. Cannot believe how slow they are.

Buffalo Mn Need an item$50/monthly, non drug. RThey are frequently out, requiring multiple visits .a month, talked to worker bees about the issue. Recievedb a feeble excuse. Needs new management. The worker bees try to do thier job but need support. will go else where from now on.

Pharmacy is always out of stock, very slow the pharmacist looks at your medical records and will call to verify prescription which slows the process even more, I would avoid this pharmacy
