Back to back orders through Grubhub and DoorDash (I thought the service was at fault) this store just put random items not related to my order in the bag.
My second main 7-Eleven that I come to... The staff are usually cool and everything is usually there for you if you need it. The food is always great so no complaints there. They have an ATM and lottery ticket machine. You can also get money orders here so thats always a plus. I would recommend this location because of its location and easy access if you are downtown and need to grab and go!!!
I walked up to the counter ready to cash out my items. The young lady said it would be awhile because it was 7am shift change. While waiting I had to listen to her talk about her personal life instead of actually counting the cash from the register. All the while the other young lady could have easily helped me pay since I was using my card that I placed on the counter to pay with along with my items at the beginning.
Not in great shape (doors were all boarded up, almost thought the place was shut down), no bags, generally clueless cashier, I would try another 7-Eleven location for a more authentic experience. Didnt have Coke Slurpees, only Pepsi (which just dont translate as well to Slurpees)

The ATM machine needs to be repaired or replaced! Everytime I go to this store the ATM is always out of order.
7-Eleven is a o.k store. This one is not. They dont want to cook food after a 5pm. And this twice this year, that the money order machine is broken. It almost sound the person to fix the machine is seasonal. They need to get better employees.
Horrible customer service, the cashiers seems to have an attitude problem, and they reheat food from previous days and sell them as if they were made that day, not good place to shop
This place charged my card TWICE because of their error, and the manager really had no interest of refunding the extra charge other than saying “get a copy of your bank statement, and it has to go through accounting”, she said it in a way like she had better things to do. They can keep the extra $13.27, and I will no longer patronize this store. Mind you, I showed her the double charged transaction from my debit card app on my phone, but she still insisted that i bring in a paper statement.
To be honest it’s a very convenient store to get some handy snacks.

Went to buy a slurpee today about 9:20pm. Man in front of me was struggling to put the top on his cup, I joked about how the tops never work and was greeted with a smile. We both entered the line at the register and he kindly let a lady cut in front. The mans clothes were quite dirty and he had bills balled up in his fist. I offered to buy his slurpee, and the lady he had let cut turned around and gave him her change. As this happened the manager Vannessa snapped and told him he had to leave immediately and never come back. He left quietly. She said he was not allowed in her store, then proceeded to assume to the cashier that he had been begging for money. He had not and the cashier assured her he had not. Her response was that he must have done something wrong in the past. This man had come to 711 with a few crumpled bills to buy himself a slurpee. Absolutely disgusting behavior by Vannessa on behalf of 711.
Its a 7-11: not much is expected of it other than what it is, and that is what is delivered. I dont understand why some people think their shopping experience here should be akin to Niemann Marcus.
