My car was especially grimy and Luke was amazing in helping. He took the extra time to power wash it even when other customers were complaining to just let me go. Alex then hand-cleaned the top while Luke still looked on to make sure the car was clean. Just an amazing customer service experience and both deserve recognition because that is the definition of going above and beyond.

I paid nearly 100.00 dollars for a very poor detail, my floor mats weren’t touched and I told the guy and he said “that’s how they look when they dry”. They barely vacuumed anything. Save your money and go else where. I also specifically asked to focus on windows and the amount of overspray that was left is absurd not to mention how much they missed! Stay far far away!

Always a disappointing interior cleaning. They don’t even move the kids seats...these are booster seats, not even fixated. And no one asks, would you like to remove your kids booster so that I may thoroughly clean the bench seats? There is hardly any effort to get in the cracks and crevices and under the seats. I will just need to go somewhere else for interior cleaning.

So I drove through a cloud of sand flies on River Road and after several days they were baked on. I went to the Delta Sonic on Niagara Falls Blvd. Amherst and after 2 trips through the bugs were laughing...Mike the manager to the rescue. He personally scrubbed them for 20 minutes and then personally power washed my vehicle in line for my 3rd wash. It came out 95% clean which at this point is pretty good. I still have 2 free washes coming so Im good. Thanks Mike!!!

Ive never been so impressed with service.. My car was FILTHY. Im talking tree sap and dirt. The cashier asked the manager to spray my car down very good and let me know I would probably have to go through a second time. I went the first time and there was still caked on sap/dirt. The second time through another employee sprayed my car for quite some time (off to the side) to get all of the grime off of it. I recently moved to this area and will ONLY be going here for car washes in the future. HIGHLY recommend.

I asked for interior detail, vacuuming the trunk and to shampoo the seats. The trunk wasn’t vacuumed and the hard areas to vacuum weren’t done. I also had to wipe down a lot of the interior. The shampooing of the seats was satisfactory. But all in all very disappointed.

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money here today. Its pricey, but I gave it a try anyway because I was in the neighborhood and my car needed a wash. After it was done, I realized that the back of my car was still dirty. I complained and they let me wash it again, but the dirt was still there after the second wash. I dont do off-road or anything like that. It was just a normal dirt they couldnt clean. Also, they dont have vacuums for you to use, and I was not paying their crazy price for an interior cleaning (which, according to the reviews, are poor). Never again!

I was riding my bike past and might have broke my wrist now because of it. I have slipped countless times walikg past the drying stations and they need to do something to fix this because it should not be as slippery as ice from water on concrete. Bottomed out and damaged my car on an enormous, unmarked pothole leaving their car wash. I filed a report but delta sonic said that it’s not their fault.They could have at least marked the pothole with a cone so something. Pure negligence on their part.For the damage to my brand new car, I was given a $25 gift card. Disgraceful.

The staff related to the car wash and detailing are professional and kind. Subscription prices have recently increased but it remains a fair price, a good deal for the consumer. Ive had them professionally clean and detail my vehicle and every time has been quite positive. Highly recommended.

Not sure what the disconnect is between the cashier and the person pushing buttons at the entrance of the car wash but several times Ive gone through the wash where I have an unlimited PLUS package and the person programming is pressing the wrong buttons not giving me the plus package. So I go through and the lights dont engage showing the plus features. I went through the unlimited line and then wrapped around again speaking to the line attendant who put a star on my windshield this time, then the cashier who said she wouldnt give me a receipt with Plus written on it. (The location on Niagara falls boulevard gives you that receipt so you can tape it to your windshield and the person pushing buttons can clearly see it.) This time she said no dont worry about it so I just went forward and once again they give me just the regular super kiss so Im not going through a third time. I asked to speak to a manager who then asked me if I want to go through a third time. No thank you. The line is long. I think its more that people arent getting what theyre paying for if this has happened to me multiple times I can only imagine the people that arent catching this Kind of disappointed. Ive kept the unlimited plus package for some time and didnt really use it too much in the summer so now when I use it in the winter I expect to get what I pay for. My suggestion is start using paper receipts people can tape to the windshield so theyre guaranteed the plus. Please and thank you.

As a customer of Delta Sonic, I am very disappointed in the way this location is set up and managed. There is a complete disregard for pedestrians who need to walk in the front of this establishment on the sidewalk of Delaware Ave. First, there is a constant flow of black, soapy, slippery water running down from the car wash over the sidewalk and into the street. This is a clear hazard for pedestrians. A drainage system should be installed before the sidewalk, so the water can go underneath into the sewer. Second, there are always cars in the hand drying lanes that are pulled up too far, blocking the sidewalk. Third, there are 3-4 cars trying to exit at the same time, driving on the sidewalk attempting to get around each other. There should only be 1 or 2 entrance/exits going to Delaware, instead of the 100 feet of free-for-all that is there now. The responsibility is on Delta Sonic to fix the system they have in place before someone gets hurt. I have reached out to them privately and was told it was not their responsibility. I walk by there every day, with my child or with my dogs and never feel safe.

They did a good Job on an Interior loaded with pine needles. They had to put it through again to get it cleaned out right.I wish there was more room to sit while waiting but with Social Distancing they cant. It would be nice to have a small coffee bar with a few snacks for while you wait. They used to its not convenient to hike over to the store and back.Maybe a better location but that would be very expensive, obviously. Theyre doing it with the one in Amherst, though. This one is cramped.

I used to think delta sonic was great but ever since moving to the north Buffalo area all the delta Sonics around here are ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE like how hard is it to wipe brake dust off my rims when I get a super kiss plus also the staff barely presoak the car so your car really isn’t getting cleaned I highly advise you people to stop giving your money to big corporations that don’t care about the consumer at all

Took my car thru the car wash, I purchased the regular super kiss. Car came out clean so I paid for the interior to get cleaned. The car is brand new (2020), the interior poorly cleaned. As a matter of fact, the interior somehow came put worse than when I went in. For $60 your five year old kid can do a better job. Good for quick outside wash but I definitely strongly advise against spending the money to get the interior done.

$17 + $3 tips for 10 minutes basic interior, actually made my carpet worse, they just put some foot print on it, i never had before. And i think the middle box is not included either. The girl help me cleaned a gum on the carpet with no extra cost, thx for that i add one more star. And i do think their wiping cloth are dirty too. Over all just some vacuum and wiping, not worth the $20. I am going to do some more detailed cleaning myself.

Ive received good service for Interior and Exterior cleanings but Ive tried three times in the past week to get an inspection done. Ive been told 3 different last call times between noon and pm. Sunday, I went well before noon and was told the inspector was sent home due to lack of business. I tried again today and was turned away. I called Main street and they said no inspector on till Friday. Looks like I need to go somewhere else, Whats the point of having benefits for members if they need service but cannot even get a car checked out to see whats needed? I think I will be cancelling my unlimited membership because I simply do not see the value. Disappointing.

This has to be the worlds smallest car wash in the whole wide world. Ok maybe not the whole world, but at least Buffalo. There is so much going on here, people trying to get gas, shop, and even trying to get into the carwash lanes. All this in a little cramp area. If you are trying to get into the store, or even get gas. You could be trap due to other cars trying to navigate through this small space. The unlimited members lane isnt any faster than the regular lanes. Coming to this location you hope its not busy, because you could find yourself frustrated by the congestion. But in all, the service is always good and consistent.

I live pretty close by this Delta Sonic location, so it is a location that I literally frequent every week, whether its to fill my gas tank, get a car wash, or to get my interiors cleaned.Ive purchased the unlimited interior cleaning, and previously purchased the unlimited wash in the past, but to have both got a little pricey so I canceled the unlimited wash about 6 months ago.I came in today to get my interior cleaned but thought to stop by the car wash as well. I went into the far right lane, and I was assisted by a VERY NICE girl name Christina. I informed her that I had the unlimited interior and asked her about wash specials.She looked up my account, told me how much I had paid previously for unlimited washes and told me about the SUPER interior special as well. Christina was highly informative and extremely helpful. With her help, not only did I sign up again for the unlimited wash, but she also up-sold me on my current unlimited interior cleaning. At the end of the transaction, she gave me a gift card to Salvatores and that was a nice surprise! Never have I been so happy and willing to just hand over my money!!!Overall, Christina did an AMAZING job, very friendly, informative, helpful and a strong (but not pushy) salesperson. She is a great asset for the company.

I really dont like to go on the internet and complain, however, I just went here for an oil change. As instructed by the sign, I waited in my vehicle for an attendant to assist me - the problem is that after sitting in my car for 15 minutes, NOT ONE associate acknowledged my presence. They just carried on doing what they were doing instead of approaching my car and at least telling me a wait time or asking what I exactly needed. So I left. Very poor customer service.

They always do a great job detailing my SUV. Car wash lines always move quickly here unlike some other locations I frequent. Staff is super friendly and courteous. Always willing to go the extra mile. I dealt with Maurice specifically on my last visit at the detail shop and he went over everything I had done and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. The clerk here was very disrespectful to me when I was trying to buy gas. Forceful social distancing does not work in such a confined space, the customer there has to walk by those standing in line when they leave.. which makes no sense whatsoever.I USED to spend over $500 here per month just on gasoline alone, now after this I will be taking my business elsewhere. Nobody talks to me like that.

Recently I had a small issue (slow oil leak) with my car after getting the oil changed at Delta Sonic. The same day I noticed the issue I had an appointment at the dealership for a recall issue so they took a look and fixed the issue. It turned out to be a simple error that occurred during the oil change. It was an easy fix, so really no harm done except I lost trust in Delta Sonic to change my oil in the future.Later that night I sent Delta Sonic an email to let them know the error occurred.First thing the next morning, Brad, a supervisor at that location, called me and asked me to drop by when it was convenient for me so he could take a look at it and get a copy of the repairs report/invoice. If you havent met Brad yet, what a gentleman, and super professional. I wish he supervised my business.Brad reassured me that they take these errors very seriously, and they strive to treat everyones cars as if its their own. He also showed me that they have cameras set up under and over the individual bays so that they can identify errors like this after the fact and use it for training to help reduce these issues in the future.Hands down one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had and a very professional trustworthy set up. I will be back guys, thank you for what you do.

It was not good honestly. Too comercial !! Didnt expected. Asked for trunk wash but they did not cleaned the edge of door and trunk. Its was really black with dust so noone could say that it was invisible. Also did not cleaned down the seat and air vent though the deal was complete interior & exterior wash.

I have had my car detailed at this locations several times now. I go for the 30 minute interior, and periodically add in the extra vinyl treatment and am usually very pleased. I just went today and Sean Daniel worked on my car and did an outstanding job with the detail. His job on my interior was extra detailed today and I really appreciate it!

I drive extra miles to come to this specific location on Delaware Ave. for their superb interior cleaning staff. Many times, and with anticipation, I am greeted by Sarah. Sarah knows the packages and products so well, a car enthusiast and people person indeed. I love to hear all the options for my vehicle, Sarah makes the experience better. I am sure the staff here and Sarah handle a grueling work load. 4 months ago i gave a poor review because of what i noticed over time as a lack of effort in detailing. However I will say that my opinion has changed for one gentleman that works at this location - Cameron. He took the time to ensure the job was done correctly; he wasnt rushing to get me out of there and was focused on the task at hand. I wish i had cash to tip him at the time but given this great experience i will be sure to return with a couple bucks for him next time. I appreciate the effort Cam!!

I go to Delta Sonic for all the basic needs for both our cars. Inside wash, outside wash, oil change and inspection. Service is fast, and more thorough than I expected. They check everything imaginable and dont pressure for extra service to be done on my cars. I used to go to different shops for each service but now I have the convenience of all basic services in one location.

Horrible detail. When asked if satisfied, told them the floor mats looked untouched. They re did the floor mats. Its on me that I didnt notice the sides of the seats or the rear seats. Nothing but over spray. Looks horrible. Asked for cherry scent, I can only smell cleaning products. Worst detail on any cat Ive ever recieved. Never going back.

I went there yesterday around 3 pm for a wash and detail. The wash went smoothly as to be expected. There was no line for the detail, so I was pleased about that. The attendant asked me if there was anything Id like them to focus on. I pointed out a muddy spot on the inside driver side door. After the detail was done, I noticed that the muddy spot was still there; it looked like someone had run a wet cloth across it. The guy asked me to inspect it, but I was in a hurry, so when I saw the muddy spot still there, I sighed and jumped in my car. As I drove back home, I noticed there was still dust on the dash board and fingerprints on the console (my fingerprints, but they usually wipe down the console... apparently not this time). I pay for unlimited washed and details... I really dont think I abuse this, because I average less than one detail a month, and maybe two washes a month. This is not the first time this has happened at this particular car wash. I brought it up to them last time and they corrected the problem by running it through again. Im sad that if I really want my car clean, Ill need to be prepared to complain about it and run it through twice just to get it clean.

I was a faithful Orchard Park customer for years, but a move to the Northtowns (thankfully!) introduced me to the Kenmore location. I am a FREAK about my vehicle, so leaving behind my regulars made me a little nervous, but I quickly learned that I was in great hands. Almost all of the people I work with are fantastic, but there’s one that stands out to me particularly...Sarah. I’ve never met someone with a more upbeat and positive personality. I imagine this job has to be frustrating and downright gross depending on who you end up with, but this girl exudes energy like she’s never had a bad day in her life. She is so friendly and not only cares about me as a person, but cares about my vehicle and always has a new suggestion for what I should do. Honestly, she could probably pitch anything to me and I would scoop it up because she not only explains the process, but gives me practical and realistic benefits of services offered. I trust her because you can tell she’s not rehearsed or just reading things off a list as some others in her role tend to do. Other associates are friendly and get the job done for the most part, but she goes above and beyond-rain or shine! You can tell she takes great pride in herself and her work. She deserves a raise, and so does whoever trained her! This girl is certainly going places with an attitude and work ethic like that. It probably sounds silly but I look forward to bringing my car in in hopes she’s there. Truly an exceptional employee and you’re lucky to have her.

Ive been an unlimited car wash member for about 3 years. I just signed up my fiances vehicle for the unlimited plan and received a Delta Sonic card that gives members access to gas discounts, etc with the unlimited plan. This came as a surprise to me because I never received this card when I signed up my old vehicle, or when I transferred that account to my new vehicle. This is extremely aggravating because I pump my gas at Delta Sonic the majority of the time and was never aware that unlimited members receive a gas discount with this card. I cant imagine how much money I wouldve saved had I been getting the gas discount over the last 3 years!! When I called 1-800-THE-KISS, the representative I spoke to was very rude and quite blunt, making an already aggravating situation worse and essentially telling me there is nothing they can do. This is the kind of service you get when their employee makes a mistake that ends up costing a customer.

Brought my car in to have the interior cleaned. I have two large fluffy dogs who go to the park and training often so you can imagine the disaster my car can be, especially since I only vacuum and wipe down my car once a year. After a 40 minute wait my car looked fantastic and smelled great. Windshield was clean and no longer had streaks from wiping condensation away. The seats which were covered in dog fur were cleaned off and the vinyl was shiny. Rugs got cleaned too. I felt the price was reasonable as well considering the work that went into it (just the vacuuming can be exhausting since the fur likes to literally weave itself in the fabric so you have to do several passes).

Maurice took the extra time to ensure I was pleased without me asking him to and I also felt he had a sense of urgency. I have been here well over 100 times im sure and out of all the times I have been here he has been the only one to treat my car as if it were his. He went as far as deep cleaning with a rag and spray by hand each one of my rims. He also has a positive attitude. He seems to lead by example. I went to this location to get an inspection for my vehicle. Their inspection times are from 8 AM to 5 PM. I was waiting for an inspection at 4:10 PM and with 1 car in front of mine. It was then 4:39 PM when I was next in line. The attendant came up to my vehicle and told me they were done for the day. In my past experience with this location, they have repeatedly told me it is by a first come first serve basis, no appointments.I used to come here for cleaning services and oil changes but after many unhappy experiences (wet interiors from cleaning, oil completely leaking out). With those service experiences, Ive gone to further location that Ive had exceptional service at.With this latest experience, Id not recommend going to this location for anything other than gas. Try the locations in Amherst or Cheektowaga if you want a proper vehicle cleaning, oil change, or better customer experience.

I called them at 2:30 pm and they said it was ok for me to come and have my inspection done for my RAV4. After I came they said they stop taking in cars from 2 . Then why would the representative over the phone waste my time and have me come at 2:30 pm. The NYS inspection employee at delta sonic was extremely rude. Never coming to this location

I am an Unlimited wash and Unlimited Super Interior customer. Stopped in today for a light clean up and Sean finished cleaning the interior of my Honda Pilot. What a meticulous job Sean did. Thoroughly wiped down the entire interior. Completely satisfied with my experience.Update8/10/19...........Tonight I met Alex. Alex the Detail Manager at the Delaware Ave Store. I noticed that the mechanism that locks down my WeatherTech floor mats was missing. The two guys outside tried helping, but couldn’t find the missing piece so they went inside to get Alex. This is where a mundane, possibly $15 part turns into a monumental dumpster fire thanks to Alex.To start, Alex stood lurking behind me unannounced while I surveyed the interior of my car. He was smug and dismissive from the moment he began talking. Alex couldn’t find the part and said it wasn’t in their vacuums so he could search the rest of my car or get a claims form. I picked the 2nd. He returned with a clipboard full of claim forms, handed it to me with the instructions that I was to complete the form in its entirety. Then he stood there to watch over me as I filled it out.When I was done, writing down all of the different monthly club subscriptions that I have with Delta Sonic I asked for the Mangers name. This is when Alex told me he was the manager. I asked for the General Manager and he said he was the Manger of the Detail shop and he wasnt able to give me the General Manager’s name. I’m not sure why this is a secret. Are the General Mangers part of an elite group that needs to remain anonymous? I just needed to speak with someone from Delta Sonic who had the maturity or the training necessary to handle a long time, loyal customer.This happened at 9:01 Saturday night. I am not happy and I will be waiting for a reply.

Just had an interior detail and Maurice Wilson was very kind and explained everyone done to the car and asked if I wanted anything re done, he also explained that if the salt stains show once everything is dry to come back and have it recleaned. Very good service!

Have an unlimited super kiss pass at delta sonic. I usually go to the one in Amherst at the corner of Maple and Niagara Falls Blvd., which has much better service than this place.Went in for one pass, and there was a bunch of bird poop on my rear window (was quite visible, hence the reason for the visit) Went through once and it was barely removed. Went through a second time, thinking employees would see and catch it, nope left there once again. Will not be coming here again.
