All of a sudden my computer would not start up. Fortunately I back up my critical files but would have lost one day of data entry.that I failed to back up. I needed my system up and running. I googled for Computer Fixers and was fortunate to have chosen Computer Connections. I was told to bring it to have the problem diagnosed. Tony was great!I had an ancient XP PC that we use for running a number of old applications. It died and he was able to get another disk drive and reload the OS and get it running again. He scavenged needed parts and was able to reload the needed version of the OS and find all of the needed drivers. After I got the PC back, he followed up several times and offered assistance in loading the apps.He really went above an beyond the call of duty - and all for a very reasonable price.Many thanks to Tony!

Tony is absolutely amazing! I had a broken laptop cover and hinge that he was able to fix promptly with great care. Cant even tell it was ever broken! Worked extra hours just so he could finish this and kept me updated the whole time. Great customer service - if you have any computer issues, Tony is the guy to go to! He was able to immediately fit me into the schedule and test my gaming desktop when it stopped working. I assumed it was a GPU problem, but rather than spend the money I wanted to get the other components tested. Fifteen minutes in the shop and he had tested every component in my computer - unfortunately it was the GPU.He gave me some suggestions on where to get some, which one would be the best value at market value, and even offered me one of his older GPUs that wasnt being used. I had an old one at home, so I didnt need it - but the offer was great because he just wanted me to be able to use the computer at home.Fantastic service, quick and responsive, and just an all around nice guy. I would definitely go back in the future if I need anything tested, built, or worked on!

Very nice person, highly recommended. I needed a special torx wrench to swap a threadripper CPU to a new motherboard. I called multiple stores but no luck. Then I came across this website and saw all positive reviews, so I gave it a try, and sure enough, no disappointment. He lent me the wrench and even gave me a tube of thermal paste for free!

The Owner, Mr. Anthony Fracasso greeted me with a smile and took the time to learn about my computer issues. He could have easily brushed me away and told me to come back another time. Im not embarrassed to say, computers can be very confusing to operate and he could tell that I was no novice in the field. With that in mind, Mr. Fracasso addressed my computer problems without a second thought and offered a few suggestions on maintaining my files and programs. This is one of the most enjoyable reviews that I have ever had the opportunity to write, and Tony has made me smile !I am writing this review on my all-in-one computer, that just yesterday, another computer repair shop told me to trash it and buy a new one, and he told me that without even opening it to check it !!!I found Computer Connections thru Google and read the reviews, and brought it into Tony around 3:30 PM, he told me that he wouldnt have time to look at it until tomorrow. BUT, perhaps an hour later, he called and told me that he had already found the problem and that it was running.He left it running overnight, just to be sure, and I went in today and picked it up. I had some bad experiences with a repair shop, so my friend recommended Tony. I live in Syracuse and he assured me it was worth the drive to Buffalo for this, and he was right. Tony was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly has a passion for the work he does. Other shops could learn a thing or two from him. I came in with an issue with my new PC not being able to post on Friday 30 minutes before they closed. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it after the store had closed and I was able to go pick it up that night. Any future repairs he’ll be the first place I go to, highly recommend.

Laptop was coming apart at the hinges every time it was opened. Came in and very quickly and free of charge I was shown that the screws had came loose and some were totally out. Tightened them up and couldnt be happier. I asked and he gave me advice on how to improve my PC. Has a clear wealth of knowledge about computers and will give you an honest answer. Will be back!

Worked with Tom at the shop and could not have had a better experience. I build my own computers at home and have some general experience because of that. Had an issue with a video card that I figured could be better handled by someone with all the tools. Tom asked the right questions from the start, allowed me to watch as he completed the repair, and completed it as quick as was possible. Highly recommended!!! My laptop suddenly broke down, like dead. I tried to recharge the battery or plug in, but that didn’t work. If it is the motherboard broken, then it will take much time and money to fix that. But after I brought it here, the guy quickly fix that problem, like magic.
