I went in there to have them use the pin thing to open my memory card slot and put a memory card in my phone cause I didnt know how to. They charged me for the memory card and then I later find out he never put the memory card in like he was supposed to and they wont give me the memory card I payed for. Light skinned tall skinny male ripped me off while the lady took my money.DONT GO HERE. I WAS RIPPED OFF!

I visited this location with a friend that was having problems with his cricket phone. When we entered the store, I was immediately impressed how the staff greeted us and worked hard to resolve my friends cell problems. Once they discovered I was not a cricket subscriber, they tried to get me connected as well!!!If i was in the market for a cricket phone, I would definitely purchase a product from this location. I observed the staff demonstrate nothing but professional and courteous behavior .I highly recommend this location for all of your cricket wireless products!.

Music was playing so loudly over a portable speaker I could not hear the clerk. It took about 5 whats before she told the person in the back to turn down the music. When I explained to the clerk I had earlier made double payments and now was being charged a late fee she looked in the computer saying she couldnt see past December.

The customer service was excellent! They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will always go to the Delaware Ave, (near hertel) from now on.

Ive been with Cricket for years. And have never once had a problem. Dont listen to bs from others. Those are just the people whos phones are shut off for not paying theyre bill. So they criticize cricket. Try for yourself.

Im always treated well when I go to this location. Offered a good deal on the spot...threw in a case as well. In and out in under a half hour.

Was a customer science 2010.Disconnected a phone about two years ago they kept charging me off a card (debit) that i dont check frequently noticed the mess up in august they declined my claim. The workers at this location are all rude and had no interest in helping me especially the assistant manager.
