I am always a happy and satisfied customer when I go for service at Cappellino! Throughout the years and trying other dealerships periodically, no one else matches up to the service team at Cappellino. No matter how busy (which goes to show what great service they provide because they always are!) I am always greeted by a friendly team member! Their service is quick and satisfactory as I never feel like my waiting time is dragged on. Also a quick shoutout to Jay this past Saturday! Being a weekend day and therefore a smaller staff, he was quick and attentive with a great attitude! Great job as always team Cappellino!

I dropped my car off to have an inspection. I was greeted promptly by a kind woman. She was easy to work with as I had my young son with me who wanted to move around a lot. I let her know about a leak my car was having as well. The car was ready for me to pick up pretty quick. The inspection was up to date and they fixed my leak! High quality service for the lowest price I’ve ever paid!

Bought a Used Acadia being of October. first 2 weeks of owning it had nothing but problems. 4 cel codes that are permanent. so they cleared codes when bought an tryied pulling a fast one. cars been to shop once already an they did nothing to solve issue. said to come pick it up cuz they needed the loaner car back. Day after CEL LIGHT CAME BACK ON AN DRIVES HORRIBLE ya perfect SUV to drive my 5 month around in. !!!. USED CAR MANAGER CLAYTON WONT RETURN CALLS. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! My son brought a Encore and we were impressed with Buick. Our lease was coming up, but we still had 7 payments because the other dealer snuck in a 42 month lease. Cappellino brought out the lease and worked with us to get a deal we could afford. They were very up front with the lease details unlike the other dealer was. I would give zero stars if I could!! Truck was towed in with a crank..no start problem. was 5 days before it was looked at, and 3 more to fix (3 hrs labor). Communication with the service writer was terrible, no answers to messages, or answers at end of day with a snarkyhave a nice night at the end. I made the wrong choice of dealers, dont do the same....stay away

He has never pressured me into leasing a car with additional features I dont need. He has always been very helpful with questions that arise after picking up my vehicle. I was very surprised with the service that I received. I came to the dealership without an appointment as the problem was sudden and could have impacted travels plans that I had 2 days subsequent. I was delighted to learn that Mark shoe horned my vehicle in and we learned the fixed was easy and Cappellino had the needed part (battery). I brought my wifes 2016 Buick in for service on her tires, an oil change, and an emissions sensor repair. I would not recommend this facility. They overcharged us - nearly double - to replace tire stems and then somehow damaged the car battery. Before we brought the vehicle in the battery was fine. After, it would not hold a charge. We just had to pay someone else to replace the batter. This battery is less than 6 months old. I had a great experience at Cappellino Cadillac and thought the GMC dealer would be the same. I was mistaken. Two stars because everyone was friendly, the facility was clean, and the turn around was quick. But good customer service can only go so far when the repair is overpriced and damages the car.

The symptom of my problem clearly pointed to the starter which was replaced by Capellino back in Oct 2021 and we asked Capellino to address the starter multiple times from the beginning. So instead of doing good old fashioned mechanic work they relied on the diagnostics which made me replace the sensor module @ $700+ which did not fix my problem. And with all the back & forth of my truck starting & not starting and having it towed 2-3 times I had to spend $ for 1.5 weeks in a rental car & I ended up having to go out & purchase another car as a reliable transportation is a MUST for me to do my job. So ultimately I spent $700 on a fix that did not work, $475 on a rental car to work & ended up back in a car note for in order to ensure reliable transportation. Which could have been avoided had the starter been addressed right from the beginning. So...not a good experience.

I enjoy the Buick customer service everyone is usually nice my last visit was a repeat which upset me, because I had a new tire put on which I don’t believe was actually new, when I got home the tire was flat again I had to beg for an appointment and have another put on, so I wasn’t happy they should have offered me a free service maybe oil change or something to make up for me having to drive all the way back to dealership putting miles on my vehicle and using my gas to receive a service which should have been corrected the first time. Really think I got a used tire, not new.They owe me a complimentary service in my book. But normally they offer great customer service so if I had to go,off that service I couldn’t recommend to anyone but otherwise yes I would they are normally great.
