This store needs a complete overhaul. Every single time I brave the store, there is a very long line and only one cash register open. The rest of the employees mill around, seemingly oblivious that 10 customers in line is not a good situation. By the time you get to the register, the employee is always rude, seemingly annoyed to be working, and moving at a snails pace. Ive never seen a manager or anyone who appears to care about the customer experience.On top of the completely lacking service is the is the largely lacking inventory. There are more things out of stock than in stock.Plan ahead and order what you need from an online retailer - much less frustrating.

Just an alright Party City. Not terrible but not great either and the parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. Maybe the area is slightly to blame.

Went the day before Halloween and was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the place was. Not too much sold out, line was long but staff kept it moving quickly. Great selection of both costumes and party favors.

Scheduled a delivery that the delivery company did not TEXT us until we were a half hour into my moms funeral memorial 75 Helium Balloons and I PAID 96.00 for so I had to LEAVE and go them them myself! I could have done that from jump ... lots of profuse apologies yet take NO RESPONSIBILITY for the F-up .... Needless to say first and last time

Lots of items to decorate, but not a lot that doesn’t look cheap. Mostly went to purchase graduation items and found a hat decorating kit that my girlfriend liked. They give a student discount if you have an id as well.

Worst customer service EVER at this location. There were three people working and four customers waiting. I asked for someone to help me get an item that they had stocked on the top shelf for someone whos over 10 tall to reach, waited several minutes for the sales associate to come...nothing. Went back up to the front, the same person who said they would send someone asks me If I found everything I needed. Seriously?!? I was just standing there asking for someone to help me. She says Yeah, were extremely busy. Were trying. There were four people waiting and three people working. I needed one specific item. I shouldve just taken the ladder that was left out (unattended with no warning/caution sign in the aisle for any child to climb if theyd like) and grabbed the item myself. The other locations in the area have customer service that is much better.

Lacks merchandise!

Trying to save money I ordered mylar balloons from Dollar Tree across the way because of a latex allergy. When I went to Dollar Tree not only where the balloons not ready but they didnt have helium and it is my daughters first birthday. After a crazy debacle with them I went across the way to Party City and Kevin and Emmanuel saved my babys party. Not only did they make it a priority to blow the balloons up quickly because I had to be at the hall to set up they also helped me pick the colors to perfectly match my babys birthday party theme. A million thanks to you guys your team here rocks!

Party City has a nice variety of items for many different occasions. I found what I wanted for my celebration. The prices were reasonable.

Always check everything you buy from this place. I bought a costume set off the shelf and it only included one of the five accessories that was advertised on the packaging. Someone likely stole the rest of it and of course, no returns. So I spent 15 bucks on some fake chest hair. Great way to ruin the costume you had planned out.Giving one out of five stars much like the number of accessories to my costume I received.

Has literally every single thing youd need for any party theme.

Almost no selection of costumes and staff was not willing to help me find what I was looking for. I ended up having to go to another store and found what I needed in 5 minutes. Never going back here.

Great place for balloon accessories in Halloween fun

I looked online FIRST to make sure they sold what I was looking for...the location on Elmwood did NOT have it and the place is half empty...going out of business??? So I call the location on the Blvd they tell me they have it. Drive all the way there to find one tiny corner end of the isle with about 5 party supplies! No party favors to match...a lot of the candy was all gone. Idk whats going on but as of now party city is garbage! So Ill have to order online and spend more $ for shipping!

Is there a way to give a 0 star rating because this location deserves it. I went to a different location looking for a certain size on a costume but they didnt have it. I called this location and after waiting on hold for 15 min they hung up on me. I called back and they hung up on me again. I went into the store and it turns out they didnt have the size either . I ended up buying a different costume for my son. I asked if everything was in the bag and they told me yes. I get home and sure enough the mask portion of the mask wasnt there. I understand this time of year is insane with Halloween but what an absolute joke this store is. This is why online shopping is on the rise.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Only issue is the fact that without a receipt you cannot do exchanges. I had merch from my sons bday party we never used. Loot bags confetti and streamers all in original packaging. Just wanted to exchange for stuff towards my daughters bday party. And they wouldnt do it. Even looked up my email which I know was used during purchase and it wasnt coming up. So about 15 dollars wasted...
