Absolutely top shelf service. I got a set of tires and wheels from tire rack. One of the tires came in flat. The store manager Omar helped me out big time and sorted out the problem fast. I had new brakes installed a few weeks ago at this location and everything went great. Rick was friendly and very helpful. I decided to go back today because my car failed NYS inspection because of the emergency brake (completely unrelated to my work at this shop) to see if he could help me out. I showed up without an appointment and Rick took me right away and got the emergency brake working in no time. Ill be going back to him for all of my other services in the future. Great place that I highly recommend.

Very happy with the service I received. Omar was able to get me in at the very end of the day, last minute for an oil change. He also found a bad oil leak that I did not know about. Rick took care of me today. Got an oil change here a little while back and the filter that was used turned out to be faulty. He had absolutely no problem replacing it for me and even threw in a fresh oil change. Been coming here for 10+ years now and hes got this place running the best Ive seen.

Took my vehicle in to swap out my summer tires with my winter tires. Customer service was very friendly, but just to swap the tires took them over 2 hours. That would have been tolerable if it wasnt for the fact that there had been a screw lodged in one of my tires that had caused a puncture that they had failed to notice or mention before putting it on; instead they were too busy trying to push services I did not need.

I was just passing through back to California and noticed a pulling in my truck. I was able to get in here right away. Every part of the experience was spot on. As a female, sometimes car places can be condescending. Here I was listened to and treated like an adult! They checked on everything, explained everything, and fixed everything. If I lived in Buffalo I’d definitely be coming back!

Excellent experience. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good shape. They didn’t even charge to top off the coolant and add air to a low tire when I went in for a routine oil change.

Omar, the manager, is so amazing. I’ve been going to this location for almost 20 years. Since he’s been at this location I never feel that I have to second guess information he gives me. He’s always willing to explain and show me everything. He always goes above and beyond his call of duty to help, get your problem resolved and you, on your way. Omar has been helping us with all of our vehicles since we moved to Western New York with our children two years ago. The service is the best we’ve ever had. The prices are always fair. We are never oversold or underserved. They are fast, friendly and courteous. It’s nice to be recognized when we come in for service and not feel like we are being taken advantage of.

Omar, the manager, spoke so fast and no matter how often I asked him to slow down so I could understand him, he just went on and on. At one point I even set the phone down with the speaker on and said out loud to my husband, he just wont stop talking. I couldnt get a word in. What it came down to, was he wanted me to get work done for $600 or it would not pass inspection. Went to another location, passed inspection just fine! 😂 👏 Liar Liar Pants on 🔥! Ill never go here again.

Took my van in for an oil change and got news that I could no longer ignore the damage to my exhaust. I knew it was bad, but they let me know that a full repair would cost much more than I could afford today 😳 Thankfully they were able to offer me a much more affordable temporary fix! The van was so loud when it ran before it sounded like a monster truck now it’s completely silent 👍🏻 Awesome service, thanks guys!

First time customer review. I needed an inspection on my vehicle so I decided to stop in. They were able to get my vehicle right in. The staff was pleasant. The assistant manager Omar was very courteous and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have my vehicle serviced here so I came back the next day with another vehicle that required an oil change. Would recommend them to anyone.

Disappointed. traveling through the area. showed up at 7:50 am with a tire going flat. your open sign was lighted. Walked in the unlocked entrance. Told that they were closed. Mixed messages.

The store manager is very knowledgeable about cars and demonstrates high integrity. My exhaust system was rattling at random times. I was expecting an expensive diagnosis. The manager found it was the result of a loose spare tire, rattling against the back-end exhaust. He fixed it in 15 minutes without a charge. I try to use this location for my vehicle needs because I trust his judgement and knowledge. I don’t have to worry about unnecessary up-charges.

Amazing service. Found a nail Im my tire for the second time. Both times I was taken care of right away and super fast. I was able to drop my kids off at martial arts across the street for their 30m class and had my tire fixed and back to class with 15m to spare and enjoy watching my boys! Thanks again guys!

I had a great experience here last week with Andrew and Paco. Needed a lot of work on my car with the brakes, axle, and suspension, and they were able to check it out and get it all done in just a few hours. I appreciated the advice on what needed to get fixed to keep the car driving safely, and what repairs could wait for another day to keep the cost more manageable. As a women going in to have my vehicle serviced is always a frightened experience especially knowing most places rip you off on purpose because you are a women . Not so! Weve had our oil changed numerous times at this Monro location without any issues. Service has always been great. On 3/21/19 I brought a vehicle in for an oil change. The service was done, but then I was contacted by the manager and was told that I had 2 major issues. One, my rear breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. Second, my coolant line needed to be replaced because it was corroded. He informed me that he crunched some numbers and got the bill down to approximately $700 from over $1,000 saying he basically wasnt charging me for the labor, but I requested they do not do anything accept for the oil change. I took the vehicle to my mechanic and he showed me the things the Monro manager informed me about. It was false. Both parts were in good shape and the breaks are less than a year old. This may be just a one time occurrence, but it is enough for me to not visit this or any other Monro site in the future.

I used to go to another monroe that I knew and trusted until it shut down unexpectedly, which led me going to another that I was not satisfied with at all, so I decided to try my luck going a bit further out of my way to this location, and ive been coming here ever since. Always a great experience with upfront and honest employees that seem to honestly feel how much car repairs actually cost. Sometimes it feels like they feel bad giving you your quote, but the fact is, if you know the cost of car parts, its completely out of their hands. I research prices before getting work done, and they are always comparable if not a few bucks cheaper when given my quote, and the guys do excellent work. They have people coming and going non stop and they bend over backwards to help you as much as possible. Seriously, good people, good service, and I appreciate it.

I stopped in to get air put in my tire and the man who greeted me was very polite and didn’t hesitate to help. I come here to get my oil changes and each time I come it’s always a great friendly atmosphere with great customer service!

The manager, Omar, made me feel like I was a member of his family. Instead of trying to soak me for every little thing, he cared that my car was unsafe, and he prioritized what was dangerously wrong. He identified for me the repairs that were less critical, and gave me an approximate time window to come back to handle them. I will NEVER bring my car anywhere else, for ANY service, than this specific Monro location. OUTSTANDING experience.

I always have the best experience at this location. The staff is so friendly and professional. Being a short person it is so aggravating having to move my seat up to the perfect spot after getting it serviced because the mechanic moves it back. The fact that they never move or touch my seat gives me so much happiness (and if they do move it they are very sneaky and put it back to the right spot). I went in to get an oil change. I was overdue and I was hoping to get it changed quick before I went into work. I spoke to Omar at the front desk who was very polite. I expressed that I was kind of in a hurry and that I could come back if they were backed up because I seen a few cars in the parking lot. He had his tech named Erick perform the job. I couldnt believe how fast they got it done. I had more than enough time to get to work.

I was so upset to find a screw in the tire of my brand new car. I took it to Monro Muffler and was extremely happy to find knowledgeable mechanics that were both sympathetic and friendly. I was able to drive my vehicle away within the hour, as good as new. I couldnt ask for better service!

My SUV was driving fine but needed oil change and tire rotation. Took it to Monro on McKinley. After a few days I noticed the steering was off. I thought the tires just needed to be balanced. I have two babies and its hard to find the time to get thing done. About a month later my husband (who works out of town) drove the car and checked it out. He noticed the swaybars on both sides are gone. When we called monro they said there was a memo that there was one broken swaybar. .What happened to the other one and why did they not mention it to me? That ignorance not only put me in danger but also my children. Would not recommend going here to anyone. If I could I would give 0 stars

I dropped off my summer rims in the morning and picked them up after work with new tires mounted and perfectly balanced. I will be going there again when I need maintenance done on my ST or Miata!

Had 2 rear shocks replaced @ a cost of $899.95 I think this an outrageous price, possibly 2 times the price that should have been charged. I will never have any work done there again. My car is a 2008 ToyotaYaris. I will never again let these thieves work on any of my vehicles.

Awesome experience at Monroe Muffler. The guys were very helpful and efficient. Got a great recommendation for new tires from the store manager and assistant manager.

Needed window motor replaced, they were the only nearby shop who could get the parts in on the same day, they didnt try saying anything else was wrong with the car unlike how pep boys will, and they were able to give a good deal on the labor rate. Would definitely trust over other local shops again.

This is the only place we use for our oil changes, inspections, etc. Theyre always extremely helpful. Been going here for many years and its always a great experience. Highly recommend

Came in this a.m w/o an apt. for a second opinion on need for rear brakes and surprised to find they were able to take a look then and there. I ended up needing them, and the quote I received was beyond fair. I paid significantly less than what my dealer quoted AND got the top of the line best ceramic pads and rotors with that price.

Went to monro on McKinley prkwy. There was a rattling noise coming from my car. It ended up being a loose heat shield. They screwed it in for me and did not charge me. I thought that was really nice of them. I did tip the mechanic though. If I would of took it anywhere else, they for sure would of charged me for a quick, simple fix. They were very nice and honest. I would recommend them to anyone. Great place!
