Im 55 years old and an ex mechanic. I went in for rear shock absorber replacement. In the time it took to walk across the street to the store and back my Chevy HHR was on a lift, rear shocks removed and new ones installed. 10 mins tops. Price was incredibly cheap too.West End auto - Thomas is the place to go. I live 36 miles away and still make the trip.Best kept secret in Buffalo. 10 stars.

Owner great guy but every car I brought in always ended up having another problem after or problem was never fixed. I brought in a car to get my brakes fixed and when i got it back my E brake was stuck too where i cudnt move or release brake

I was happy with the results

They put my car on the street with out telling me and my car got towed. Only reason I knew is cause I got letter from the city saying my car was abandoned they didnt even let me know that it was towed away.
