I was from out of town. service was more than excellent. Very easy to work with and went out of their way to get the service done. I would recommend them totally.

We drove to MN from TX and our A/C was not working well. I called Reliable in hopes to get it fixed before we went back to TX and they fit us in to their busy schedule and got our A/C repaired quickly! They are so professional and kind and their rates are so reasonable! I highly recommend Reliable Auto Care!

My oil dip stick broke off. I tried to pull it out by putting a screw into part still in dipstick holder. I had problems pulling the dipstick out. I took to Reliable Auto and mechanic got the broken off dipstick out and didn’t charge me. I returned to get an oil change and they did it in a short amount of time.

Best place in Wright County to get your truck repaired. They fit me in short notice several times. They do an excellent job at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone! Ive tried other shops in the area and these guys are the best.

I came in with a flat and they got me in right away. Fixed the flat and they took a good look and found my tie rods were broke and a low beam was out. Im bringing it back in next week to have them fix those too. These guys are great.

I had a repair done in july on my 15 cruze, water outlet on the back of the block which is a known issue with GM, It started to leak because of a broken bolt. Their prices are competitive and quite reasonable, cheap even for the level of service and peace of mind they provide.I drive 40 minutes out of my way just to come to their shop, because they are the first mechanic shop I have trusted in years! These guys are amazing. Have only lived out here for a little while but have an older truck that i didnt feel like messing with outside in the cold. The reviews dont lie. They dont do work that isnt needed and get to your vehicle as soon as they possibly can. A great trustworthy shop. Very nice people all around too.

Needed a rear brake job, Jeff was very easy to work with, he treated my questions and concerns with respect. The price was reasonable and the job was completed quickly. Theyre honest mechanics thatll let you know if your problem isnt necessary to address quite yet, or in extreme cases, if they feel your vehicle isnt even worth fixing. Ive gone to Reliable Auto Care a couple times in the past two years. First time was to get the 02 sensor replaced on my Honda. I was totally satisfied with the service and price. The owner, his name was Jeff, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. Price was reasonable, from what Ive read on some auto forums. Second time I went, I suspected that one of the bearings went out in my alternator, and told them to check it out. Now on this occasion, I do not think Jeff was the one checking it out, but instead it was a younger guy. He called and told me that the alternator needed to be replaced. I didnt think that was necessary, so I took it to another mechanic in town and they confirmed that a bearing had gone bad.So overall, this place can be reliable as the name claims, but make it depends on whos working on your car. Ive had nothing but reliability from Jeff, though I cant speak for anyone else who works in that shop.

Always have liked there service. Very honest and reliable. Also fair price on self projects you might do but dont have the right equipment to press out bushing or bearings.

Jeff at Reliable does a great job. He explains what needs to be fixed, what could be fixed, and what might be coming up and lets you make the decision without any hassle. Tried some other places, but I completely trust them and they are the only place that I go to now.

Brought car in because of some clunking noises going on underneath the vehicle. Techs spent few minutes and said nothing was wrong but I wasnt convinced because I drive the car daily and know something wasnt right.Still, I ended up doing an oil change and having them replace a burnt out blinker bulb. I was shocked when they charged $30 in labor for this under 5 minute job of replacing a bulb. Wow.Brought my car to another shop and in a few minutes they were easily able to identify the problem underneath the vehicle as the stabilizer bar link was bad and replaced it at a fair cost.I will never bring my car back to Reliable Auto Care.

They told me that something was wrong with my truck and gave me a price of $600 when it’s wasnt that and the actual part broken was $14 and I showed up and my rim was on the ground cause they didn’t see the nail in my tire which I told them about to fix

Took a car for a pre purchase check and they did not tell me that the oil had no dipstick or that the oil was almost empty in the car that i was thinking of buying. Had a tune up done on one of my cars and they put the spark plug wires in the wrong order and the spark plug wires fell off. I will never bring my cars back to this shop.

Brought my girl friends jeep in to get her tail light fixed as it was an electrical issue. They changed the bulb and said that was the issue. Few days later rail light still doesnt work.Not very reliable.
