Big thanks to Jim and Samantha here at Goodyear. I brought my Audi in with a nail in the sidewall of my offbrand tire and they worked fast and smart to get me back on the road before the end of the day. Found me two matching brand tires and replaced them on the car in a few hours. Great and friendly service with people who know their stuff. 5 out of 5 stars.

You lied about there being a nail in my girlfriends tire. You told her that it could blow out at any moment. And then scoffed at her when she decided to leave and have someone else take a look. Well, there wasnt a nail in the tire. The tread was low as was the pressure. Why lie? Why pray on a womans fears? How often do you do this?She had sent her entire family to this shop. I will make certain they all abandon your business.You had the potential to make what, 100 bucks? Instead you lost so much more. Most of all your integrity. Assuming you ever had any. Hope it was worth it.

Highly recommend this place for professionalism and attention to detail. Both Tom K. and Tom J. are always a pleasure to deal with. I have been going here for the past three years for yearly inspection of two vehicles, mounting snow or summer tires every season, 4 wheel alignments, and recently a wheel bearing. After having an issue with re-mounting my summer tires, their remedy was so well handled I had to leave a public comment. Thanks guys!

The service here is excellent. I recently had my car inspected and find it a comfortable spot to wait for service. They go out of their way to accomodate those in need. I previously purchased tires from them and often call Tom when I have any car issue. Every employee is friendly, helpful and eager to please.

Ive been going to this shop for more than a decade. The staff is incredible. I rely on them because of the depth of their knowledge and the quality of their work. Everyone needs a good mechanic, and the staff at this location excel as mechanics that you can depend on.

Had to get a tire change quickly this morning, found out itd be longer than expected but they made time and were incredibly polite and attentive. No condescending garage-guy talk from Tom, the guy at the front desk--just great service. Ill definitely be back.

Put on parts I didnt need for the truck same problem exist. Steering shaft was not needed, repaired AC system and charged, its not cooling and keeps leaking out. Refused to replace rear coupler at drive shaft and repair the leak at rear drive shaft. What is this a full service repair station or not

Goodyear? More like Badyear. My girlfriend tried to get an inspection done here and was told to come back the next day, and that they could get her in quick at 7:30am when they open. We were there bright and early, so as to get us both to work at our different nearby jobs at 8:30. Apparently opening a business in the morning, to them, means walking in the door at 7:30. Thats a bad look. These men were rude and their customer service was substandard at best. They denied conversations from the day prior, and told us that inspections take several hours. In what world do inspections take several hours? Mechanics in the Southtowns that Ive gone to for for over 10 years take 15 minutes at most for an inspection. Inner city treatment of customers is abysmal and bordering on abusive. These men struck me as the type that get off thinking about all the potholes on Main St. Consider taking your business elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment online for 3:30 and got a call at 3:15 from a very apologetic lady who said they wouldnt be able to fit me in and offered to reschedule over the phone. I appreciate that she called, since another body shop was also very busy but didnt call me and was not apologetic when I showed up for my appointment.

The WORST place in all of Buffalo to go for a tire change! The team here is terrible, rude, and tries to take advantage of people who aren’t from Buffalo. They stole tires out of my trunk and then proceeded to tell me my fuse broke right after they “placed them in the trunk”?? I know that sentence makes no sense but it was legitimately their explanation as to why my trunk no longer works and why the one time it did work the tires suddenly weren’t there. Why are my tires gone? And why are you not explaining anything to me? And why do you think you can take advantage of customers? Are any of you qualified?If anyone needs a tire change or work done to their car take it to Drag In Auto, they’ll help you properly and won’t violate you as a paying customer like these people!

I have had many sets of new tires in my life and I would have to say Goodyear makes the best tires. Tires arent something to go cheap on. However use coupons whenever possible

Went in to get 4 tires put on. Ever since I left the shop my clutch has been making a weird clicking noise. Very upsetting that I can’t trust them

When I tried to discuss a failed inspection, and the labor rate to repair the vehicle, I was patronized by Tom. Instead of engaging in a civil conversation about the work, he compared my car issues to that of ordering a pizza ... ? No accountability here, just some corporate lemmings tasked to exploit a vulnerable neighborhood. SHAME !

I came in for an oil change, everything seem to be find till i left got to the mall the my oil light cam on. so i didnt thing of anything till i looked on the ground to see oil all over the place. so i called they told me to bring it in the next day. i did that and the i said u have a leak that need to be fixed but we cant help u... i came in with no leak why did i leave with one..... never will i go back here after paying over $250 that they should be paying....

They wouldnt tell me how much it was to fix a belt on my car and they didnt have time to do an oil change so they put a sticker on my car that had the same number on it that my odometer did and I didnt even know they didnt change the oil absolutely positively worst car experience Ive ever paid for and Im 42 years old

There are no customers. The place is empty. They wont inspect my vehicle for NY VEHICLE INSPECTION. IT IS NOW 7:36 AM. STILL NO CUSTOMERS AND THE INSPECTOR WONT INPECT. HE WANTS ME TO WAIT FOR 13 SCHEDULED CUSTOMERS WHO ARE NOT HERE

Paid $933.+ for a new a/c compressor/ it died about 3 weeks later, older mechanic came in as young kid was trying to blame the parts, guy said told the kid to put the oil in it, then it acted up about 3 weeks later brought it back, they didnt communicate, i was ignored at the register. I got no call both times i returned it for any update at end of business to plan for travel, they offered no rental. They simply stated after Sat, Mon and tues a.m., come get it, Im done. Filed complaint with company and BBB. I walked forever for 3rd time to get van, and kid at register ignored me when i asked him why he didnt tell me the mechanic was available saturday to talk to. TOTALLY IGNORED. Rude, arrogant impatient and stupid. Blaming the parts, please spare me. I want my 1,000 dollars back. Not even an apology.

Went to have safety inspection for my car. In and out under 30 mins.

I had brake pads put on. And they almost cost me to have an accident, because they were improperly installed.

Made an appointment a week ago for an inspection today, I get in and theres no appointment set.
