Eh...not sure here. had to be in the parts dept. no clue where to go. lucked out tho and parked Infront of the right door. walked in.... could hear a pin drop. 2 dudes behind their counters. one, staring off into space. other in the phone. I stood there..... wearing a shirt with the company logo, for 5... 10min... b4 the one on the phone says, you looking for the parts dept?? 🙄🙄🙄 um?????? what gave ya that, idea???wake up guys!! wake up!!

They no longer take appointments. We went in for a inspection and oil change. Had to have breaks back ones done on 2015 vehicle . That has 8000 miles on it. That being said... We were there for 4 hours... People came and went we still sat there... Apparently the tech broke a pin off and had to get a special tool to get the pin out. No one said anything to us... This took way too long... Too damn expensive 500... Will not ever go back....

Parts department was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very attentive, and the lounge area had a large screen t.v. & good selection of snacks.
