Lots of reasonably priced tools, personnel is welcoming and they leave you alone to shop, but are helpful when needed. Well stocked, clean store. Definitely recommend it.

Needed to return floor jack. Staff were all helpful. One staffmember even helped unload and transport inside the store for my return.

Harbor Freight is good for throwaway stuff like brushes, tarps, blankets, and gloves. Their selection of casters isnt bad, and the prices are better than Big Orange & Big Blue. Furniture dollies, and hand trucks arent bad, either. For tools, I am very careful- Icon is fine, and Ive picked up a few Pittsburgh hand tools for work or to keep in the back of the car, but I wouldnt buy them to use as my regular tools. For power tools stay away from Central Pneumatic and Drill Master. Although I dont own any myself, Im hearing good things about Bauer & Hercules. If you only need to use it three times, just buy it at Harbor Freight.

Love this place, people are nice and a very large assortment of things to choose from, if you are skeptical of a product just get the warranty and they will replace it no questions asked, I had a saw that broke after 3 years came back and with the warranty they replaced it no questions ask,

So far so good! Most items I have purchased have held up well, considering the price for stronger brands. They are good about honoring returns or exchanges, which is a huge plus if something is defective or doesnt perform as intended. Overall, Harbor Freight is my go to before sourcing elsewhere.

I actually really like Harbor Freight just didnt like my particular experience of attitude with the manager when her cashier needed help because the card system reset and she needed help .Cashier did awesome job, just whoever the other girl was seemed angry to have to work .

Im a fairly new shopper at this Harbor Freight Tools location, so my review is based on about 10-12 visits. The store personnel Ive encountered has been friendly and the following are pros and cons. **PRO: When I arrive, I can usually get a cashier to # the items on my list so finding them doesnt cause me to endlessly walk up and down the aisles. A great savings of time when in a hurry.**CON: I did have 1 experience when I needed something from their storeroom and I asked an employee, who was pulling an item, if he could check if my request was in stock. Rather than take a quick look he said Ill be right back and took item to front of store & never came back. This was disappointing. Seems it would have been good cust. serv. to just quickly look. Anyway I went to front and the same person, a 2nd time, had to go back to the storeroom.**PRO: With regards to returns, Ive had 2 or 3, due to item either broken or no longer needed, and there was no problem.**CON: Having an option for online purchases with store pickup, like most retail stores, would be a great time saver. Its likely theyre losing a significant amount of business by not offering this service.Overall I will continue to shop at this location. I do wish they would consider online order with store pickup. I feel this would be of great benefit to their bottom line and as a result thats why I deducted 1 star.

Always love harbor freight. Purchased a large toolbox there and unfortunately they couldnt load it into my truck that day since their forklift drivers are only there till noon on weekdays so I had to come back the next day. But the forklift driver knew how to drive and how to make loading easy peasy!

So glad this location is here. They always have deals going on. The quality of their tools has improved and they now sell a brands that have warranties. HF is great for starting a tool collection on a budget. If you need a cordless drill but cant afford the big name brands, HF has an affordable cordless drill for your price range. I once had a nice Craftsman tool collection from Sears that took me years to acquire but then someone stole my collection. I needed tools bad and HF was there for me. I got all my basic hand tools from here (not this exact location) and have been using them for years. I really have no complaints. I work on my cars and do basic home repairs. If your a professional tradesman or mechanic you Probably need higher quality but for the home or office projects this place makes it happen.

Got great help from supervisor Jose when returning a faulty pressure washer to be exchanged. He was friendly and worked hard to resolve the issue. He even looked for a barcode in the store ads to get me a discount on the batteries I was buying as well. Superior customer service! A+++

Harbor Freight is great if you know the limitations of the products that it sells. To put it bluntly, they sell cheap goods, both in price and quality. If you just need a few tools for a home improvement project, then HF is probably good for you. If youre looking for tools that will last you for years, and which you can pass down to your son or daughter, go elsewhere. HF does have higher end power tools, but if youre going to spend over $100 on a cordless drill, get a dewalt or Milwaukee. Better tools, much better warranty.
