Went in there today. No masks were being worn by most. The man was coughing in the check lane. Check Lane clerk was very disrespectful, which was unsettling. Overall a bad experience altogether. Masks have turned into something not worthy of debate anymore. There were meant to control the spread and protect the vulnerable from contracting the disease. They have the signage, but I dont think I would honor the signage either if more than half my customer base choose to disregard it. Thats the unfortunate reality here. ✌️ Wont return!!!

I wont give this store a bad review because of one bad employee, but some people should never work with the public. Ive shopped at this store for years and never had any issues. The prices are great and they always have what I need. Today I went into the store at ten minutes to 5pm. Two employees were at the cash registers near the front entrance of the store, one male and one female. The female employee was wonderful. The male employee was rude, nasty and pressed the security button as soon as I walked through the door with my two year old in her Minnie Mouse stroller. Maybe he thought I was going to commit highway robbery using Minnie as my get away vehicle? Dont know.....The said clerk looked real stupid when we not only paid for the items, we spent almost $150.00 in total. Rude people should never be in a position to greet or deal with the public.

Theyre currently making changes around the store which make it way more pleasing to the eye especially at check out.They just seem to always be running low or out of stock on things I need.Staff is minimal but are typically friendly when you can find them.

I stopped by just to pick up a nice present for my brother I was pleasantly surprised that it was so many people in the store and one cashier I was blown away by this but the variety and the store was good lots of everything I looked at whether it was sheets or towels or pillows or furniture or food the variety is there the only thing is they need to have more cashiers at hand especially when you know the store is very crowded dont know if I come back or not

Prices are fair and they carrie lots of personal care items staff very friendly and helpful.

This Big Lots location is very well organized and neat! No clutter, easy to find things. And friendly customer service representatives. The cashier, if I remember correctly her name is Delailah asked if I was able to find everything, and has a positive attitude, its rare to get to the register and to be greeted like that! Kudos to the team at this location!

Good place to shop for furniture. I found better and more comfortable furniture here than Living Spaces and other name brand furniture stores

Nice well organized store with almost everything stocked up, almost all you can find with affordable prices. The cashier was pretty friendly but Ive experienced with more friendlier service that doesnt look or feel annoyed doing their job.

This Big Lots Place was Amazing this Location on Valley View and Lincoln was the Best by far !!! I went because they had the Cutest Hard Red truck gift Box 🎁. I was running Late and I was stressing because I needed to still Make Another trip to Market for Milk, bread 🍞, etc and this Store has Milk, bread, TGI Fridays Chicken Wings Honey BBQ or Buffalo also Ice Cream I bought some #1 Brand Mexican ice-cream called Mexico see pics I mean I dont eat it but my adult sons do So ayyy its Christmas so Once a year I dont mind buying it for them. We gotta have Chile with our ice-cream. Taste it guys u will like it is Chamoy its bomb💦Anyhow Cashier who Helped me Hispanic Middle Age was Super Nice and Professional on top of that Honest !! I didnt see Gift Box a lil broke and she Marked it down for me also cereal Box was ripped and I didnt see it because it was only a lil on side and She Marked it down. All other Big Lots Ive gone to dont have groceries. They Kept me as a Regular Customer Now ❤ thanks

Who doesnt love Big Lots right? Theyve got indoor and outdoor furniture, beautiful artwork, rugs, bath needs, curtains, electronics, dishes, and other kitchen and dining needs, holiday decor too.

Love Big Lots. I mainly come here to pick up my Arts and crafts stuff. It mostly consists of imitation Plants and flowers, but I always end up going home with something else cute for my home. Prices you cant beat either 😆

They re letting people walk round with mask off or on under the nose. The male cashiers response was, thats Orange County for you. Wrong answere. As a business that wants to stay open by following current situation. They should their guest to keep mask on properly over nose and mouth, or deny them service. People are dying. I have had family members die from covid-19. This isnt a joke its real. I hope they are investigated and closed down for not caring to follow current government business rules.

Though prices are on the expensive side, the visit was the most pleasant since this CoVid 19 pandemic. The lines were short and had full stock of items. Definitely will be going back.

Good clean store

Not good did not have the closet cabinet that was on sale from $179.00 to $139.00. Also bought Kellogs cereals mix for $7.00,but all cereals on shelves were Kelloggs not all were priced the same. It should have them separated somehow, ended up buying anyway since we already had the cereals bagged and at the check stand. It was explained but did make sense to have them on the same shelves if priced higher!

Big Lots is nothing to write home about but they have good stuff for less than the other places (I wont name any of them). Right now all of the Christmas decorations are out, what happened to Thanksgiving?Its a cool little store so go and check it out!

This is a pretty good store, it has a nice selection, and the prices are fair. The atmosphere, however, is what one would expect from a dated store, with old lines, and a feeling of neglect in some areas. I will always take lower prices over a modern store experience, so this is a win in muly book!

Had some good deals, their furniture selection is actually pretty decent, some cute items. They have a decent selection of snack items. Just check the expiration dates. Some things are the same price as the regular grocery stores, so, not much savings, but they have some neat stuff to look at. If you feel like aimlessly walking around the store for something to do, this is the place. You never know what you might come across.

For anything associated with householdgoods. Big Lots should be considered as your first stop. They haveeat very good priceing on everything. The one negative I would mention would be a tendency to be short staffed at the checkout register. Yes it is possible to find some things costing less elsewhere, but for overall good pricing on things from toothpaste to bath towels to walkwaylighting, Big lots is hard to beat.
