Amazing place. The staff has deep background on their equipment and history of skating.. very helpful and friendly. Bought a skateboard and custom built it from scratch. The guys assembled it together. Most likely gonna buy some skates for my girl soon. Awesome place. God bless

Guess I went on a off day? 3 people sat behind the counter. No help. Try to pay for $$ board, Female manager just sat there while I asked the cashier questions that he couldn’t answer so they relay multiple times in order to answer my question. Terrible experience. They didn’t seems to care if they sold anything. Just walked out. So much for supporting local businesses. Guess these guys are too big to fail.

Best skateboard shop in Orange County(as the owner, I may be a little biased) haha. We have a GREAT shoe, clothing and hard good selection in our 7000 square foot store, and were now celebrating our 20th year in business this year.

Extremely poor customer service!!! The manager and another Employee with a neck tattoo at the Buena Park location almost Fought because I tried to return something that was on sale(was never informed by employee it was a finale sale). Manager literally run up on my car while I was leaving and screamed Thats what I thought N-word, you scared?Unbelievable but Employees from neighboring subway can testify and more likely surveillance camera. Ive been going to this place since I was a kid but never again. Hopefully the owner reads this and does something about the overly aggressive, violent, manager at the Buena Park location before its too late.

Ok so ...we want to support skate shops ... but with those prices 🙄, my GF paid 82 bucks for a deck, same deck same size in other place that name is ZUM.... easy 63 bucks with tape and taxes included 🤦🏻‍♂️...

My family and I are beginners, and this shop was very honest, helpful, and supportive both times weve encountered staff here on different days and times. Plus the boards are A+ quality 👍🏼. Thank you for your help, and I recommend this shop to anyone looking to skateboard beginner or advanced. 😁 🛹

Poor costumer service, people have an attitude like they are doing you a favor by purchasing their merchandise. Very filthy store, looks like a rundown place that never gets cleaned up. Unlike other business around that serve for the same demographic.

Came to get a board for my kid for Christmas. I knew what I needed so they didnt have to work too hard. The clerks that helped me were nice and the store had a lot to choose from. I was in and out pretty quickly so they were pretty efficient. Only two complaints. First clerk that was helping me ditched me to help a different customer who just wanted to change out a blank deck for a different color. I guess he helped them the first time but he didnt get anyone else to help me after I was already talking to him about what I was looking for so I talked to a different clerk that helped me. Product knowledge could be better because I was asking the difference in some of the items and they really couldnt tell me. The other is the website. There is a lot that isnt on the site that they have in the store. Im not expecting every item to be on there but your core inventory should be there. Real potential for growth for them here. I was real close to giving a 5 in this review because those 2 complaints arent that big of a deal.

If i could give this skate shop 6 stars, i would. Yesterday night i came here to check out some knee & elbow padding to purchase to skate with and i was absolutely clueless as to how they were suppose to fit. Luckily i was assisted by both Sage & Watson who helped me find the perfect set. They even explained to me how my roller skates should fit so i don’t hurt myself. Overall my first experience here was phenomenal. The store was well organized and the prices were great! I was so happy with the customer service that i referred some friends that same night.

The selection is decent but the customer service is atrocious. Whenever I go into the store and need some help either finding an item or getting something from the back, there is not an employee in sight. It’s as if I broke into the store at the middle of the night. Other than the previous expressed issues, this place is good.

Staff super friendly but had problems using our card because of their machine but luckily I had cash. Cashier forgot to take security tag of shoes so have to go back. Overall very helpful ans friendly staff.

One of the best skate shops in OC. A lot of great products here from skateboards to clothes, everything you need to have a great skate sesh. Been going here since I was a teen and the shop still keeps up with trendy and old school skating supplies. It also has a small area for snowboarding.

Horrible service, I wouldn’t recommend this store to anybody. Sad this store is represented so poorly by terrible and rude customer service associates especially the girl working there. Never goin back there again.

Horrible service I asked 1 of the salesman if he could please remove the security device of a pair of flip flops so I could try both of them on and he refused to it. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. I work in retail and I would never be rude to my costomers. Especially in this hard times when we need all the sales we can get. 😞 sad that this store is represented so poorly by this salesperson.

Went to the store twice in one week and the young lady that helped me was amazing. There are a lot of other stores that could take a lesson or two from your employees. I am sorry I dont remember her name but both her and her younger sister work there. I would highly recommend the store to anyone,

Ice been here a few times. Their service has been awesome and friendly. They always greet me when I enter. Prices are good. Its a medium sized store with chill lighting. Check it out.Ive been using them for my snowboarding.

I love taking my son to Identity Boardshop the staff is so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. We enjoy shopping for the latest apperal and shoes.very good selection of vans and nikes and other cool brands teenagers love. I can always catch a good sale or deal here. If your child rides a skateboard or anything else you have ti check this spot out. Good selection of boards, wheels, grip tape, wax and much more. This location has 2 levels and is very close to the knotts berry farm area.

Went to the store in Buena Park. The girl working there acted like I was going to steal something. Maybe because Im a Mexican I dont know. Never going back there again.

Garbage service, super unfriendly will never go there again. One dude who looked dumpy af just stared a mean glare. The other workers had no greeting its like I was bothering them by saying hi and asking them about product. Id rather go to Fairfax or drive to SD and actually feel welcome. Identity takes the L for being a legit shop.
