The worst service ever. Took our Certified van because the check engine light came on, keep in mind weve only had this van for one month. They said they would take a look at it.. Three hours later still no update. We asked for an update and they said they cant find the problem. Why does your customer have to wait three hours and still has to ask for an update? Waited two more hours and still nothing! We had kids and they were getting hungry. They said they would give us a rental only to be hit with a $50 charge. Mm very unprofessional and did not respect our time whatsoever. Regret buying from this location. Now I can not even find a contact information for whoever runs the service department. Just has a blank page under staff like they purposely do not want you to contact them.
Marlene again helped me by answering more of my questions I had on the car I purchased at AutoNation !!! I am very happy with the customer service I am getting at AutoNation !!!

Just not in love with this years 2020 Toyotas in general and this comes from someone who has a reliable daily driver Camry a couple of years of age as well as ger toy project sports car. Let alone when they drop sale on me because I am willing to buy and be sold on something. Come on guys up your game. Brandon/Brian really dropped the ball and sale. Guess I will just get a sports car or truck for my fleet. Lol.Also have brought my Camry in for oil changes. Place is so disorganized that I went to their competition in Westminster and Garden Grove also dealerships and got treated like a queen in both sales and service.

I received a 5K miles service and MPI there on 20-May-2019, and I highly recommend this dilership to careful Toyota owners! The location is convenient and reachable, just be attentive not to take I-5 ramp when you drive from the South via Beach Blvd. The time is reasonable. The lounge area is ok, with TV, tea and coffee. The personnel is professional, and will treat you friendly, taking care about all your needs while leading you thru the process. Youll never feel yourself abandoned and forgotten there. The scheduling is easy via both, phone call and online, and youll be able to select desired time for a visit and a Service Advisor to serve you during the scheduling. Ive been treated by Christopher Lee, Assistant Service Advisor, and all of my Truly Exceptional feedback points are in thanking for his service, responses to my concerns, advices, and following up with further recommendations. When u call to ask a question and are told someone will get back to you shortly and u end up calling them back at the end of the day, I call that poor customer service

Very annoying after many calls I went to tire my GAP insurance but they returned me because I did not take my car that day so I had to go one more drive more than 60 miles to take the car to cancel my insurance gap because according to them I could not send photo and they had to see the miles of the car and when I arrived they sent me to take a picture of the miles and showed them on the phone they never went out to look at the car.When I bought the car, they were left giving me some rugs that have not yet arrived after 2 years.And without counting the number of voice messages in your mailbox without any response and if they answer they were all different answers. They have no word
