I love Starbucks, but I have never gotten my drink the way I asked here. No idea why. If I ask for a hot, they ALWAYS hand me iced, even with the drink repeated. We waited 45~ minutes in the drive through that only had about 6 cars, just for them to hand me someone else’s drink, and then proceed to make mine wrong. (Nothing special about my drink other than a milk choice)…no idea why this happens. 5/5 times I’ve been here it’s happened. It’s just incredibly frustrating to KNOW it’s going to happen and it always does. Once they then go back to remake the drink correctly, it does taste fine. Just that huge part of never having it correct.

Always exceptional customer service, of the 2 years Ive been coming here Ive never had a bad experience. Alfredo is hands down my favorite employee to see who is always kind and greets me at the window, I look forward to seeing him each morning I get my coffee. When I come inside there is a kind woman who always knows my order and is so kind to my kids. Literally enjoy all the employees here and how they treat their customers! I am huge on customer service and they always meet my expectations, for how busy this location always is they always have your order ready in a timely manner!

Every coffee shop in Buckeye is constantly packed. This specific location has a line almost constantly. I think despite the pandemic and the insanely high traffic at this location, they do well and are always friendly. One day, I came through and there were googly eyes on most of the menu items. I dont know who it was or what but it really made my day 😂

I normally like Starbucks but this one is not so great. My latte was just steamed milk with no froth. I asked for a triple and there is definitely not an extra shot in there. The pumpkin cheesecake muffin was good, which is why I gave it 2 stars.

Really not the best experience. Pulled up to see they had parking spots for mobile ordering. I went to order on their app, and was shocked to see it said, This location doesnt offer Order ahead. So no big deal, I went and got in line. The line moved fairly quick. I got up to the speaker box, the woman spoke WAY TOO loud. When I started ordering, she had a very condescending attitude. Im not a coffee connoisseur, Im a regular person. So when I try to order something and am met with the attitude of, No thats not what that is. or No thats not how you order that. or We dont have that...or that. and We dont have that yet. Its really discouraging and makes me not even what to bother with it anymore. I took care of the first drink which was suppose to be an iced Vanilla coffee, which I thought would have some milk in it, but I was wrong. My second drink, I started to tell her, I have a secret menu item; Cinnamon Toast Crunch frap. Her response was, Um yeah, I dont know what that is. I was a little baffled and just told her, Ok, well I have the ingredients to give you. She sighed a little and said, Yeah ok go ahead. So I started listing, Venti White Mocha Frap, it says 2 pumps of Caramel Dulce syrup. She goes, We dont have Cinnamon Dolce Syrup. I said, Oh, do you have Hazelnut Syrup? (this was the next item) She says, No we dont have that either. I just gave up and just said, Ok then Ill just take a Grande Caramel frap.I can be understanding that hey you guys dont have the items in stock...but the fact that there was NO courtesy in her tone. It was like I was a nuisance to her and bothering her, for trying to get what I wanted. The experience would have been a little less harsh had she said, Im sorry maam, we dont have those items. My apologies. But instead I felt that I was a fool for not knowing what items were in stock and what werent. I would have said something at the window, but #1 I didnt want to hold up the line. and #2 I could see her right there next to the window. I didnt want the confrontation. Unfortunately, I didnt get a receipt (it wasnt offered) and I never got her name. But I was there just 30 minutes ago at 8:20-8:30. The guy at the window, named Jack, was very friendly and very courteous. He is the main reason I didnt make this a 1 star review.

Drive thru can be busy with long wait times. Service is much faster if you go inside. Staff members are friendly and proactive. I recently ordered a chai latte (never had it before). The girl recommended it with oat milk, which was a delicious touch.

I go here multiple times a week and there’s almost always an issue here, there’s a couple workers who are very rude and i mainly go through drive thru, ones a young lady with red hair she showed attitude taking the order as if annoyed that I was ordering and when they made my drink wrong she seemed even more annoyed and i’m totally fine with mess ups because I work at fast food based around drinks and I know things happen we’re all human, so I asked her for a manager to finally speak out about the staff and she said if it’s something I can do just tell me, and I said I would like to speak to a manager please and she asked me again rudely if it was something she could help me with and I once again said can I please speak to a manager . It’s the customer service and the attitude that makes a difference.I always order a grande cup of cold foam with my order and i’ve ordered multiple times and have only been charged a 1$ sometimes 2$. Today the lady told me they can’t do that and charged me the price of 3 vanilla cold foams as if added to a drink which made my trenta pink drink come out to 9$ I’m not sure which one is correct, but everyone needs to get on the same page so i’m not being charged differently every time.My mom comes here often as well and always has the same problem.

I ordered a grande green matcha tea and it was filled with mostly ice. I wanna say I only got about 6-8oz out of it. Same with my Fiances strawberry acai lemonade. What a tipoff, wont be coming back to this Starbucks again.

Friendly service. Too much ice used in Frappuccino and out of large straws again. Small straws fall into the drink and do not let you drink the bottom portion of the drink requiring you to remove the lid and drink out of the glass. Not safe while driving!!!

The drive thru had about 20 cars in it. So no problem Ill just go inside. Went inside ordered 2 drinks with a cup of ice. The only thing they got right is the cup of ice. So sad. 30min wait inside. I ask to remake the drinks and sure enough the remake was worst than the first ones. Wont be back to this location promise you that

Not impressed. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because their mobile orders are fast.The drive thru is incredibly slow, only a few cars and you are still waiting forever. I have yet to get a drink there that was made correctly and all I order is an iced coffee sweetened with half n half.

This location is always out of everything. You go to any other Starbucks up the street and they have what this location doesnt. Their manager sucks at knowing the demand of what their costumers want and keeping those items stocked. It would be nice if they could actually open a Starbucks at this location...

Always a log wait and always out of something, but today was the worst. I literally waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes until I was able to place my order. I had to repeat to them 4 times, 2 Grande blended iceed coffees with heavy cream and 2 splendas....30 second pause...Im sorry what kind of coffee do you want?!?!... Told them again, they got it. Another 5 minutes, got to the window We are sorry we are out of our Iceed Coffee but we can do it with our Cold Brew.. Sure, thats fine. ... another 8 minutes... nothing! So I just had to drive off.

The last several times Ive been, there are no indoor, or even outdoor, seating options. I hope thats changed. Also, the drive through traps you. If you begin to get in line, but realize its slow and you dont have time, too bad. The curb traps you in. Enter the drive through at your peril. Best just to get your drink inside.

Employees or manager at this location most of the time have the mobile order app disabled to order ahead this makes starbucks to loose sales so they can work less in orders. This is at least 4 days of 7 days week.

LOL! WHAT A JOKE!! I was in drive thru on monday(the 24th) and Kaitlyn took my order. She was incredibly polite to me and asked about my day. But when I get to the window Im greeted by a manger saying theyre out of the almond milk? UHH HELLO? NO NEED TO BE RUDE ABOUT IT! The manager working there was so rude I left with tears in my eyes. I could have ordered something else, but instead they only let me get a refund for my drink. Kaitlyn is always lovely to me and makes me feel like a valued customer. The mangers there can be cold hearted and rude. Im surprised star bucks allows such NASTY! mangers.

Busy location, nice staff but not trained on gold card member rewards. I ordered light ice. Got a cup full of ice which is not a big deal since I can stay and drink it then get a free refill. Went in to get my refill and the staff had never heard of the free refill policy. They were nice and gave me the refill anyway after asking a few staff. Definitely reflects on the training and not the barista personally. Thanks for honoring my refill! 😊

Im not sure if I will return to this Starbucks in the future.... Even though this location is minutes from my house. I think in the future I would rather drive out of my way to visit a more friendly location. I did a mobile order and the app said 4-7 minutes and my ETA was 10 minutes. Once I had arrived my coffee was not ready, so I waited about 10 minutes and all these orders were coming out but I still had no coffee.... When I first arrived there were about 10 people waiting for their coffee as well.... After 10 minutes of standing there waiting I had to go. I went up to the register where there was no one to wait another couple minutes for someone to even help where I was approached with Maam you need to wear a mask. I informed her that I could not due to medical issues and that I was standing here to get my money back because I had now waited a total of 20 minutes for my coffee and still had nothing. Also all the people that had been waiting before I arrived were still there..... it seemed that they cared more about the mask that I wasnt wearing than making the customer happy. I was hoping they would be kind enough to offer to go immediately make my super simple coffee or try to make me happy by giving me a coupon but no. Instead they were rude. I love Starbucks but not this location.

I go to this location due to the fact that its the closest to me but everytime Ive gone its a disappointment. 99% of the time the drink isnt as good as it is eveeywhere else. The wait is just ridiculous, like seriously why does it take 45mins in the drive thru. I will no longer be going to this location until they find a better way to serve and make their customers happy. I’m giving a bad review in hopes that the manger or someone in power will see this. This Starbucks is one of the busiest I’ve ever seen. The employees are overworked with the largest influx of customers! You need more people on duty or to build another Starbucks. We live in verrado and the Starbucks is convenient but people from all over are coming this is one and it’s just too much for the employees. My husband went inside to order and the couple in front were told it would be 30-45 min wait for coffee. The line outside and inside is insane. My husband left with no purchase. He said the employees looked frazzled. This is not right

This is absolutely the worst Starbucks Ive ever experienced! I gotta be honest here. I am not a fan of Starbucks for many reasons. One the coffee is like drinking battery acid. Verrado has 2 wonderful coffee shops already, one being across the street and the second down on Main Street. I personally do my best to support our local mom & pop stores as they deserve our business more.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks on the planet! Ordered on the app and had to wait 37 minutes beyond the time they said it would be ready. Their were people that came in well after us and left 12-14 minutes before ya with their order. There needs to be some organization in this store. It’s a joke!
