The service here is amazing! The barista was extremely courteous and professional. They have fresh pastries and breakfast sandwiches also. The cake pops are delicious. One issue I had when I went was that there was no hazelnut syrup, and that is pretty much my favorite thing to order. I feel like my drink was not quite full as well. But that is a minor discrepancy. I love this place.

As a former barista this is one of the slowest stores I’ve ever seen. They move very very slow during peak times and drive through is probably the worst part. I’ve been inside and out and watched them and they move with the speed of a turtle.

This location of Starbucks makes the drinks properly and they taste good. I never have any issues with taste or with getting an incorrect order/ingredient. The only complaint I have about this location is the drive through location. If there are more than 3 cars in the drive through line, then the line will be blocking part of the parking lot, therefore causing a traffic jam in the parking lot. Other than the drive through location, I recommend this location of Starbucks.

Drinks are on average for a Starbucks location. What this place excels at is customer service. Employees are always friendly and asking about your day. This location is busier than most and suffer speed issues because of that sometimes.

They have great coffee if you exactly ask for it ...also the line take forever ....and some people are on there way to work ...they need a better and fast eay to get coffee

Bit of advice, don’t yell at your customers. I would literally get coffee ANYWHERE other than here. Terrible service, extremely inappropriate rude staff, and they don’t tell you your drink or food item isn’t in stock until you’ve been waiting in lobby for 30 minutes (happened three different times to both myself and my mother). I’ll be driving across town to get my Starbucks for now on.

I went through the long line of the drive through today. I ordered my drink. When I got to the window, apparently they completely forgot to make my drink so I had to REorder it again at the window. Just wow. Also, I wrote a review about this location only a few weeks ago. They made me leave because I am black. They tried to say it had something to do with the way I was wearing my mask, but I was actually wearing it correctly. While they harassed me about it, they completely ignored a white female customer that had her nose and mouth exposed. They gave her her order and let wishes her well WHILE I was being mistreated. I wrote a review about this incident and now it’s magically gone. It was obviously deleted on behalf of Starbucks. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

This location is always fast when I order online. Lots of parking so I can easily run in to get my order. Sometimes I go in the drive thru if there’s not a line. Today I went in to get my order and for the first time had to wait for my drink. Turns out someone had accidentally picked up my drink so they took extra precautions to remake mine due to covid. This made me feel safe. They are also so friendly here!

I had a great experience at this location. I dont go to Starbucks very often but when I do I like this one specifically. During this whole virus thing, I went to get my wife and girls a treat and I went to the drive through to get frappes. I dont know much about the menu so the girl at the window was awesome. She knew what she was talking about. She helped me understand the difference between certain drinks and what was best for what I was looking for. And to top it off, they were awesome, we got the the caramel frappe and a cotton candy frappe. I got my wife a cookie frappe aswell. The girl at the window was very caring and passionate at the window. She had a rose tattoo on her arm, I didnt catch her name but that was great customer service. Also the line was super fast! Will definitely come back!

As someone who has worked fast food my whole life I can say this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I understand the stress of the drivethru and long lines are usually a give-in, but every time Ive gone to this location Ive waited 30+ minutes in line to get the wrong drink(s) and food and my drinks are usually melted. This time in particular I waited the usual 30 minutes even tho the line was much shorter than usual for Starbucks, only ordered 2 drinks and a cakepop, and still received melted drinks without the extras we asked for and were charged for and the cakepop was wrong. I understand mistakes happen but every experience Ive had here has been awful, if youre gonna sell overpriced coffee at least do it correctly.

Not a good idea to have the new video while you’re ordering. Had one girl roll her eyes and the most recent visit the crew was playing and joking around. It’s just unnecessary to see them. I don’t get it but you don’t want someone playing over something you are going to consume 🤷🏽‍♀️

I get a Hot Venti White Chocolate Mocha with 2 scoops Vanilla Bean Powder, 2 shots Espresso, 3 pumps Caramel, and 1 scoop Cinnamon and they are the ONLY Starbucks Ive been to that has made it perfectly. They are knowledgeable in their craft and i go there everyday because of it. They are all very friendly and super nice and always treats you like family. If i could give this place 10 stars i would!

The coffee here smells like anything but coffee! We have been here twice and ordered pike. No hint of coffee smell could be seen! I suspect something. You can order a pike in Starbucks at Texas Ave or University drive and then compare that with one ordered here. You will know the truth.

Awesome new cafe setting inside with long study table. Love the snowman cookies and popcorn for snacks. If you are going to sit with your PC and chill just make a plan B. I went the other night and there was one girl who had all the chairs in a big circle waiting alone. So, it has become even more popular since the update. Nice friendly professional staff at this location.

Slowest Starbucks ever, be prepared to wait ATLEAST 20 minutes in the drive thru. Most people who come to Starbucks are on their way to work or school so I wouldn’t come here if you are on a time crunch.

Horrible service and they refuse to answer their phone to offer feedback. Placed a simple mobile order but they “could not find it” in the system. Starbucks is overpriced for the quality of products and the convenience was the only thing that brought me back. With horrible service and no way to talk to a human, I won’t be back.

Unfortunately I have consistently poor service here when ordering from the app. Most times, my order isn’t ready when I arrive and I have to wait 10-20 additional minutes for my order.

After multiple rude run ins with employees and multiple times waiting extended periods of time for ONE latte, I just had to give a review. This is the slowest Starbucks in town, despite being half as busy as the other locations. Waited over 20 minutes on a mobile order for my one drink again today. And if they have to refund you for an item they don’t have on mobile order or give you something in exchange, plan to wait even longer. And plan on getting some attitude from the person helping you.I get it, y’all are working, it’s early, not everyone is cheerful at 8am. But if you hate your job so much and you’re going to work so slowly... find a new job maybe?

I come to this location since it’s the closet to home, order almost the same thing whenever I do go however, It always taste different. Either my drinks taste burnt, doesn’t have enough pumps of sugar or it’s watered down.

I have been going to this location for years. Today is not the first time Ive had horrible service but its the day I said no more. First of all, I repeated my drink order 6 times. They werent busy, it wasnt that they couldnt hear me. The girl taking my order didnt want to listen and had a horrible attitude. But I understand. So I get to the window and she takes my card, hands it back and I ask for a receipt. We dont have receipt paper. So rude about it. Then proceeds to hand me the wrong drink and get upset when I ask for the drink I actually ordered....5 times. Everything wouldve been fine without the rude service. Mistakes happen but not having receipt paper? Not good

Quite possibly the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. Every time I come through the drive through it’s at least a 10 minute wait and it doesn’t matter what time of the day. It’s just better to order online and walk in to pick it up in store

I get coffee here very often. A few months ago someone helped themselves to a 300% tip, but things were smoothed out. Yesterday they served me a cup that was 3/4 of the way full, at best. Gave the manager a chance to call us back, they did not. Permanently done with this particular location.

I am a regular here and Jacob is THE BEST! The man needs a raise he is always happy and so helpful. He makes amazing recommendations whenever I dont know what Im wanting. Starbucks needs more guys like Jacob! Kyle is another very kind and helpful barista always holds the door if hes around running orders.

Ordered a couple times on my app. App said it would be 5-8 mins until my drink was ready. I ended up waiting 45 mins in the store and had to leave because of work. Now they will not answer their phone...it seems to be off the hook. I am very unhappy and would like my money back from the drink that I never got.

I usually have no problem with this Starbucks. However, tonight I was extremely dissapointed. I ordered a Strawberry açaí refresher and what they gave me hardly had any flavor due to it being so watered down. On top of that there was way more ice than anything else in the cup and there was also no strawberry slices like usual.

First time Ive been disappointed with this Starbucks. I ordered an iced could macchiato and with my mobile app and since Im at work i asked someone to go pick it up and i didnt get a clid macchiato the cup was not full all the way and there was no cloud foam

Noisy!! Just noisy!!! If you wanna work, catch up with friends, grab a decent cup of coffee, or just sit and relax, do yourself a huge favore and GO TO ANOTHER STARBUCKS. Not sure why they keep slamming and banging things together while preparing drinks (not talking about the blender noise kinda stuff which is normal).

The worst Starbucks location Ive been to. I keep trying to give this location more chances but Ive had it. I mobile order from home giving PLENTY of time before I leave and get to the location (a little less than 10 minutes) and I still have to either wait for coffee that 4/5 times is a messed up order. Or I stand there for at least 5 minutes without anyone even making eye contact with me to see if I had a mobile order. The point of ordering on the app is so I can be in and out quick. Im done going here, unfortunately its the most convenient location I can go to before work but they have been crap for the past several months.

Its a pretty good Starbucks. This location can be a bit busy at times. The staff are very boisterous and kind of loud. This can be somewhat distracting.

This is the worst Starbucks in town! I get the same coffee everyday n they seem to mess up my order every time. Every time I got a coffee here it’s never made right! I get a different tasting coffee every time but always order the same one 🤦🏽‍♀️ if I order my coffee at one of the Kroger’s locations it’s always the same 🤷🏽‍♀️ N taste good! The people that make coffee here just don’t know how to make coffe n whoever is training them is obviously training them wrong bc they all seem to make coffee wrong.

This has to be the WORST location in the Bryan/ College Station area. I use the mobile app and my drive time is always a few minutes longer than when my drink is supposed to be ready. I have begun to allot myself 10 minutes of standing around waiting for my drink (after a 10 minute drive to the store, ordering on the app before I get in my car). I should have given myself 20 minutes to stand in the store today. I was late for work because they seemed to have lost my order, again. I will never go to this location ever again. Dont bother. If you have to wait 30 minutes for a drink, youre better off using that time driving to a better location.

My favorite Starbucks for years. No newspaper for several days. None, like they were never delivered. This place gets very very messy. Notice it more when I see new people. Please train better as I really like this location.
