Best barbacoa that I have had. Mouth watering. Cant stop eating it. It sold on Saturdays and Sundays. The green sauce served on the side is absolutely delicious. Definitely go and get some. Formerly Eds Butcher Block which was great, this is a step up. Best sausage in the region. You will love it.

Great selection to choose from, store is very organized and clean. Got the seasoned short ribs and fajitas for 4th of July, everyone loved them. Service was very quick and helpful. Highly recommend.

Good selection of meat, we got a sirloin, marinated chicken wings, bacon, the best bologna, big slices.

Texas Meat Market its my first choice when looking for meat.
