La Perla Tapatia is about as authentic as it gets in BCS. Trompo. Milanesa. Tripas. Menudo. Cabeza de Borrego. Cachete. Molleja. Carnitas. Tamales. Chicharron. Not to mention if they don’t make it they probably sell everything you need to make whatever you want yourself.

Authentic street fair food. Experience Mexico without leaving the country. The best Menudo is served here along w the best Barbacoa. The enchiladas are definitely not texmex but more interior Mexico style that are stuffed with campesino cheese! (Delicious) You can get an array of tacos; barbacoa, buche, tripas, machitos, carnitas to name a few. When ordering go straight to the counter.

The parking here is absolutely horrible, but head over to their taqueria and your mouth will start watering, especially if you order the carnitas. Unlike other places that sell them like pulled pork, this place will offer true carnitas will all the chewy, soft, tender pork parts youve known to love.Aqui el estacionamiento esta horrible, pero los tacos que venden aqui son irresistibles, especialmente las carnitas.
