Friendly people, good business. Went to many, many places (Target, Ashley, FB Marketplace) and was unsuccessful. This place had people who were actually willing to help, so many thanks to them!

Unfortunately we had purchased a dual recliner/love seat here and I am very displeased with the product. Very poor quality along with extremely poor customer service coming directly from who claimed to be the owners son. When delivered, the product was incomplete. Even more dissatisfied was the son who delivered the incomplete product did nothing to offer to fix nor apologize for the issue. I also payed the company to remove the old couch as they not only did not complete that service, just left the old couch next to a dumpster. I assumed they took the old couch with them but as the son was too small to handle a simple task alone that was understandable. Called the next day and was told they had ordered the piece and it would be in a few days later. When arrived to the store I was again greeted by the owners son and asked if the pieces arrived. He said no and had no clue when or if they would be in. Disappointed I asked if they would offer a refund or take anything off. He said that wasnt an option, as I was pretty much S.O.L.ed at that point and at least I was able to put the armrest on the couch, which wasnt an option as without the brackets to hold both in place, the armrest would slip off. Intimidated by my displeasure he quickly grabbed for his phone to pretend to have a phone call and walked off to the back leaving me alone in the front of the store which was very childish. From his reaction it seems this type of poor professionalism and poor customer service he offers happens quite frequently. Luckily another employee was able to fix the issue which he just went to another store and got what was needed for my issue a few days later. Simple enough. Something the owners son could not accomplish or handle is just mind boggling. Definitely will not and can not recommend this business to anyone as of something is missing they will not take any ownership, responsibility, nor will they (the son) offer to fix the problem. Overpriced and fualty products is why its a discount store.

Great place to shop. I bought my first piece of furniture here when i first moved to CS and have bought many different items since then. Never had any issues and whats got good service. I am sad to see them close. Why go anywhere else!!
