I am generally pleased with Autozone over other auto parts store. They are generally more organized and have a more knowledgeable staff. I got the part I needed the other day here, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We did have to do some research as the directory of parts didn’t list the part I needed clearly. That caused a bit of running around and extremely research, but to no fault of the staff of hand. I have been pleased with this franchise over other ones of similar type.

Overall I had a pleasant Visit, Employees where very helpful in helping me select the right car cover for my Honda Accord

Place was understaffed for the amount of business it does. Need to hire at least 2 more people to address long lines of customers and answer the phones in less than 5 minutes of ringing! Overall I would recommend going to a different location if you are going to AutoZone for your parts!

I went by autozone and there was only 2 people working the counter and the store was busy. This lady came out from the far right side and started to help. She was very vocal and loud directing the customers in the store and thanking them for our patience. As soon as she started helping, I could hear some customers say Finally help is here. There was about 6 people in line before me. After about 5 min I was next. She helped me with the engine light, after reading the code I explained that its always the same code. She recommended that I buy the Ac Delco part. She also stated that alot of aftermarket sensors dont work on some GM vehicles. So after listening to her theory, I took her advice and bought the part. As soon as I installed the part the light turned off which I normally have to drive it around or disconnect my battery to turn the light off. I have never seen such professionalism and honesty come from someone that works in retail. For her, the customers were more important. I will be shopping at this autozone from now on.

Good place for your auto repair needs

The parts manager, Greg, is always super helpful. He is incredibly knowledgeable about cars. Its obviously not just his job, but his passion. Despite being busy, they really take the time to get you what you need and to help you find a solution. They helped my senior friend to test his battery and install a new one. He was very pleased.

Great place unlike O Riellys where they treat thier employees and thier customers with equally bad attitudes. Felt like I wasnt judged for not knowing what a terminal is. They found what I needed and offered to help me if they needed.

Horrible on communication and employees are not properly trained.Hold time is ridiculously long and very unhelpful.Ordered a part,but never even got a call to let me know it was there.Worst location Ive ever went to.Will definitely avoid this location.

Lee S. was Amazing! He must have been a the store manager because you could tell how the employees respect him and if he asked them to do something they just did it no hesitation. He helped me buy everything to change my oil and when I described some other problems I was having with my car he gave me suggestions and tips to help and solve the issues. Please .make a copy of any parts that You buy from them, If not You will not have any warranty in what you buy. For some weird reason they never find the info in their data base. Buy somewhere else, worst place, never come back again AUTOZONE HGW 21 AND TEXAS AVENUE

The employees at this location are ALWAYS willing and able to help each and every time I go in. If they dont have what Im looking for, they order it and I usually get it the next day. The store is always clean as well.

Professional Customer Service and caring employees. Try And help best they can with car issues.

Asked them to see if they could replace a bulb. Instead of looking at it and telling me yes or no he tore the cover off the top, then told me he couldnt change the bulb. So now the cover to my fan is flopping around and my blinker still doesnt work.Ps: As an added bonus to my miserable experience, after attempting to replace the bulb my self. He had sold me the wrong bulb. So I had to go to Oreillys to get the right one and they put it in for me. Thanks for wasting my money and time.

I went here to get a new tow hitch for my RV the staff was really friendly eager-to-please and greeted me at the door help me out with my trailer hitch issues and set me on my way thanks guys.

My favorite auto parts shop good prices and knowledgeable staff and if they dont have what you need they will order it or tell you where to go to get it.This should be your first stop for any car or truck parts.

Poor service. Went by and had to leave and go down the street to get what I needed, I walk out just like another customer because the employees were just sitting around doing nothing instead of attending to the customers in line. They just keep adding to their poor service.
