August 3rd, I called this place because I couldn’t locate my car that was being repaired for over a month and the hail repair place told me that it was at this particular place. I explained what was happening and the man on the phone told me there was nothing he could do. He couldn’t at least confirm my car was there. Then I asked him why not, he got annoyed and told me not to get an attitude with him and hung up. Didn’t offer me a solution to give me peace of mind. Didn’t offer to call the hail repair place to confirm. Just hung up.

Took my car in for hail damage. It looks great! They even detailed it inside and out!!! Very pleased with the customer service too! I highly recommend Court Automotive!🙂

No only was I dismissed and treated poorly but I was told that they charge $4000 and up for a paint job on my civic and then they hung up. Ridiculous. Also their website on google takes you to a page to buy viagra pills.... incredibly unprofessional.

I represent Hail Star Dent Repair and had tried out several other body shops in Bryan. Court was the only shop that didnt over charge and made sure that our work was done correctly in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a really great experience with court. Needed the headliner replaced on my car. They inspected it, gave an estimate, and found the appropriate replacement material within 15 minutes. I gave them my car the next morning and by the end of the day, the job was done. To my surprise, they had even replaced a brake light that had gone out. I had not asked them to do this, but of course was very grateful they did as it saved me a trip to another mechanic. They also cleaned the interior and exterior of the car, so it felt nearly brand new when I picked it up. 10/10 would recommend.

Great environment an friendly staff. They go above an beyond to earn trust and do a great job of it an the job you pay them for. I got and upholstery job done on my front seat an it looks awesome. Great job guys an young lady.

I’ve taken my last two Chevy Tahoe’s in for work at Courts. They’ve been quick with estimates and quick with getting the work done. In first case, they matched the leather upholstery perfectly. You couldn’t tell anything had been changed - and this was for a 9 year old vehicle. More recently had some minor body work corrected and again, had a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Court Automotive Paint & Body.

I called every paint shop in CS/Bryan area so you dont have to! Court by far had the best price and customer service. Extremely pleased with how my car came out. They were very friendly at both drop off and pickup, even mixed us up some touch up paint for us to keep. The lifetime warranty really sold us as well. If you need your car painted, use Court!

I can not recommend this place more! On our way through Bryan, TX our car started overheating and breaking down. They were so friendly, diagnosed the situation quickly, got the parts and fixed it within hours. The staff is incredible and their pricing is VERY reasonable! We are so thankful for their help. We live in Waco and wish they were in Waco so we could use them more often when needed!

Rarely do I feel strongly enough about the service of a company to write a review, but I will have to make an exception for Court Automotive. I have been to many of the big name auto body shops including Caliber Collision and Brazos Valley Collision Center. At Court Automotive the service was by far the best I had received in my life, let alone the B/CS area. I will be recommending this shop for years to come. I was treated as a person and not just a number. Each item on the quote was explained in detail to make sure I understood what would be happening to my car and why. Many auto body shops will give you a small overview but not explain why certain charges will be made to get the work done. The workers were kind and helpful and the service was outstanding.  My biggest concern was whether or not the paint would match. The paint not only matched perfectly but my car looked like it did the day I bought it from the dealership. My car was also cleaner (inside and out) than it was when I dropped it off. The price was by far the best I had received and the complimentary candy bar upon payment put a big smile on this chocolate lovers face.  Although I will no longer be living in this area, Court Automotive will be receiving my business for years to come.

I cant say enough about this company. I worked with Jacob on several issues on our 2004 Tahoe. They replaced the headliner, detailed the inside and outside, replaced the vent shades on the outside of the windows and replaced the master control switch for the windows and door locks. We can now use our remote keyless entry again!! The Tahoe looks so good our friends think we had it painted!!

Court Automotive detailed a 15 year old vehicle that we plan to sell. It looks almost as good as the day we bought it! They were very easy to work with and had the job done quickly. I would highly recommend their shop if you have a vehicle that you need to have detailed.

Owner Brannon Court and his staff went above and beyond to help me out after a wreck I had. Decided to go back with an aftermarket custom bumper and custom LED bar. They paint matched it perfectly and custom wired the lights into my factory fog light switch. They finished ahead of schedule and were very fairly priced on everything! Exceptional service and very professional. Jacob was so honest what I thought was going to be a new transmission ended up being a fuel filter an 1/8th of the cost. They polished my truck and yes I mean POLISHED RIMS AND ALL. Not only does it run great it looked awesome. Thats service....When you take your truck in and it looked as bad as mine and it came out looking that good. They really go the extra mile......customer for life

Great folks- very courteous, did a great job installing leather seats in my Toyota. Clear from the start about the cost, came in on the penny on the day they said it would be ready. They even diagnosed and fixed an unrelated problem at no charge when they spotted it. I definitely will be going back.

They were great. Gave me a quote over the phone for a headliner repair. Dropped the car off and it was done much faster than I had anticipated. Great service by the whole staff there.

My car was severely damaged inside due to leaks. They fixed the leaks, replaced the pad and cleaned the existing carpet at my request to save money, and cleaned and detailed it beautifully! They did all (lots of work) at a fair price and I couldn’t be happier! I especially liked the candy bar when i came to pick it up and paid😋. Trustworthy & dependable! We left another car there to be fixed and also my mom’s car.

Court Automotive Paint and Body did a fantastic job on my Yukon. When I brought my vehicle in they took their time to explain to me what was wrong and did a thorough examination of they damaged area. I cannot recommend this body shop enough. Not only did they do wonderful work on my car, but they treated me with great kindness while the damage to my car was estimated and then repaired. They were honest and upfront about every step of the process. I got estimates from several body shops and can say that Court Auto has very reasonable prices and they explain in detail what will be done to be sure that you have a clear understanding of the damage and how it is going to be repaired. I would be comfortable recommending them to anyone.

I recently took my 2015 F-150 All aluminum body truck for repair to Court. I had extensive damage on the passenger side. I was concerned with the aluminum work, the rental place (Enterprise) I used said this was the best in town and they were right!Thank you Court for your GREAT work, GREAT service and fixing it in a timely manner. I take my 1932 Ford for waxing to be buffed and detailed. They did a 100% great job I would recommend anybody to go there for there automotive needs.

Has a wonderful experience here! Had the front of my car in for collision repairs. Went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Waived my deposit as a graduation gift, repainted my entire hood even though the damage was mostly on the front bumper, repaired damages the insurance company said was a previous dent, and even gave my and my mom candy bars for our drive back to Austin.Brannon and his team were spectacular and a joy to work with, you can tell they care about their work and the people they work with. Really great place! $150 got me an interior and exterior detail! It is a all day process so be ready to drop your car off, but it was so worth it! When I came Back to pick it up they even gave me a chocolate bar 😭!! I originally got it detailed because I spilled Fajita juice in the back seat and they got the smell out and cleaned the inside and outside for half of what other places were trying to charge !

Dont buy from these people. I bought from Court Automotive through an online auction. They sell through Online Pros. I bought a Nissan that said runs and drives but they never mentioned the transmission was going out. The overdrive was gone. Plus the transmission was overheating and had a huge leak. It needed rebuilt. In addition, front CV Joint was coming apart and making noise. Basically not safe to drive and not worth the money to repair. No way to post a review on Online Pros so I will post here. People need to know the type of seller they are dealing with. Avoid these guys. Online Pros needs to to kick these guys off their site.

Excellent service, issued the inside of my 1990 Chevy truck completed there a few weeks ago and they did a fantastic job making the interior redone. I even had a small issue with the seatbelts and brought it into them in a few days and they corrected the problem quickly making them look amazing. They did all this in 5 days. Highly recommend them for future repairs/modifications. I will definitely use them in the future.

Good place, nice friendly staff and fairly decent price

I have used Court Automotive multiple times and had great service and in a very timely manner. One was a paint and body job and the other was mechanical (something to do with my starter maybe?). After they did the paint job, you couldnt even tell that I had been in a wreck. And they replaced my starter in less than a day and for HALF the price a larger shop quoted me. I strongly recommend them.

Brought my 90 Bronco in to redo the seats. The staff is friemdly and they gave a very fair estimate and did a fantastic job. The seats look better than new.

I bought a new truck in 2015 and cracked the bumper in two areas. They are professional from start to finish. Once I received an estimate, I scheduled the time to drop off my vehicle and they gave me a ride back to my office.When it was time to pick up my truck, I was amazed of the results. They had done an excellent job in replacing the two pieces for the bumper. They had also done additional work that I did not expect such as vacuuming and cleaning my truck. The owner Brannon is a stand up guy and the staff is on top of their game.I strongly recommended Court AutoPlex to anyone and would definitely come back for any future needs.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST, TRUST METhis was absolutely the worst service I have ever been provided. I agree with the previous review, I was given a verbal agreement by the owner Brandon that I would get all four of my brake pads replaced and rotors rotated for $160 than got a call back telling me that it was only for the front after the job was done. He didnt offer to come to some sort of solution for both of us and instead told me that I have to pay that amount if I want car back. Brandon verbally baited me, and acted as if he was going to take care of me I brought the brakes in myself, only thing they performed was labor. $160 for a job that took them no more than an hour. I dropped my car off at 12:30 however, I got a call back at 1:22 saying my car was done? So why did I get charged so much? Stay away at all costs, their words are sweet but their actions dont meet them. Absolutely terrible, never been this deceived.STAY AWAY

These guys were nothing short of fantastic. I went in to get my drivers seat reupholstered, and was back out the same day. Something like Upholstry or Body work can be iffy at different shops because its not just about changing parts - its also about the craftsmanship that the workers have since its one half art, one half science. They did such a great job that it looks as good as the day it rolled off the factory assembly line, and they gave me a great price - they have my business for sure.

Shoutout to my buddy Brannon Court of Court AutoPlex L.L.C for making my 370Z look brand new after she got rear ended. He helped me big time dealing with insurance and got me well taken care of. Staff was very polite and kept me up to date regularly with the status of my repairs. Highly recommend them for all your auto needs!
