I work late shifts. When I walk into the Brunswick Starbucks I feel at home, welcomed, I’m always greeted, and I’m always seeing familiar faces. I’m usually in around 9 PM if I’m in a hurry and forgot to make my own coffee. Not only do I get welcomed by the workers but also bu an older gentleman who is just there as a customer. I’ll be a few minutes late for work to have a good conversation with him. Always a pleasant atmosphere there. Thank you Brunswick Starbucks!

The workers are SO friendly, I love the atmosphere in here. The best Starbucks in town. When you walk in here it automatically boosts your mood.

Its a sad day when Starbucks is the best coffee in the town. However, staff are always friendly and customers usually smiling. One of the good ones, for certain!

Been coming here for a couple of months. Usually great service. Recently there is a new woman at the drive-through who is quite unfriendly. I ordered my usual order, iced shaken espresso with cinnamon powder/ extra shot, and warmed cinnamon cake, via mobile app. One car ahead of me, not busy. Had no idea who I was at the window after I gave my name for my mobile order. Handed me the cake, cold, flattened like someone sat on it, no comments, shut the window. Then she handed me a grande cup with ice and what looked like a 1/2 a cup of black coffee poured over it. Plenty of extra inches at the top. I said this is not my drink, may I please have my drink. I already wrote off the cinnamon cake because when they finally heat something they forgot to heat, they tend to overheat it. She argued and said that is what you ordered. I said it isnt, I ordered a grande iced shaken espresso, I get it all the time, and this looks nothing like it. She argued that everybody makes things differently. I said I didnt ask for a special order, this is a standard menu item and this looks nothing like it. She demanded to see my phone. She wanted to see the drink that I ordered and what it looked like because apparently they dont train staff how to make drinks that are on their menu. She continued arguing that everybody makes things differently. Then she got pretty nasty and said, Do you want me to just pour milk into it? I said that is not what I ordered. She took my drink away, poured milk up to the top, handed it back and said goodbye and closed the door. That is still not what I ordered. Whoever this new lady with glasses is at the window, she is rude and awful.

Went through the drive through at 9:00pm to get an iced caramel machiato made with breve (half/half) there was one car there in front of us when we got there. Not even a line. We still waited longer than it took the intersection light to change multiple times, and its usually a very long wait for that light to change alone. When we finally got to the window and was handed the drink I could immediately tell it was not made with the breve (it tasted just like almond milk) when I went to ask her if it was made with breve, and that it looked and tasted wrong, the older women with short gray hair dismissed me and wouldnt even take another look at it or ask whoever made it if there was a mistake. She just said to look at the ticket and that its made according to the ticket, and made a face at me. The customer service at this location is severely lacking, I understand that mistakes happen and would have had no problem if she would have actually been nice or tried to help in anyway.

If I could give it a zero I would. Staff was really rude. First of all I knew it closed in 5 min. People were in the store so I decided to go to the drive . 5 min till means your still open or it would close at 9:55 right? Tell me why the employee said next time remember we close at 10. I politely said I know and I made it before 10 but thank you. I ordered 3 drinks btw

I order the same drink almost every time and its never consistent. Coffee taste terrible most days too.

First of all, if I could give this zero stars I would. It’s a shame that this is something I treat myself to every now and then and when I come through there always seems to be an issue. I feel rushed going through the drive through and do not feel comfortable going inside most days. There is a girl, I believe her name is Kennedy?.. very rude. She is always snippy, rushes through orders and is very dismissive. I feel obligated to getting something simple every time I know she’s the one taking my order because I can not bare to hear the sigh and get hit quickly with “ANYTHING ELSE”. I wanted so badly for this store to become my home store since it’s close and convenient but I will continue making trips to the Strongsville store. :(

One of my favorite Starbucks. I have had great experiences at this location, even throughout covid time. The workers are friendly and have made my drinks right every time.

What a pretty Starbucks! Good service, beautiful room, clean bathrooms, and it has a drive thru. Ive only been to this location this one time but my experience was ideal. Id return for sure.

All of the Batistas are amazing and have a smile on there face. They are great at always making a suggestion at something that you have never tried. They always put me in a better mood when i leave our Brunswick location! They are always trying to get the correct orders out the doors, fast so you arent waiting to long.

Was Useing gift card and never been but once in Marion ohio. Medina rocks we had a young lady take our order whom gave us great suggestion and it was fast good job medina starbucks

Oh my goodness. Starbucks is such a good coffee place. Well I mean its one of my favorite coffees and their nitro brew is just amazing. Sometimes I ask my self, self did I just go to heaven? No just Starbucks. But its close! If you havent ever been to Starbucks then you should go here. Also if youve never heard of Starbucks then you must have never gone anywhere. Why are you still reading my review? Like seriously this is probably the silliest review youll ever read and youre still reading it? Okay I get it. Maybe its for the S&Gs but really... Starbucks is Starbucks. Just like it is everywhere else.

Came here when I was traveling to Brunswick from out of town. Fast service and even friendlier staff. My chai tea latte was perfect!

This location used to be awesome and I loved going here, but they brought in a whole new crew a few months ago and it has gone down hill so much. The line doesnt move, the employees have been rude on multiple occasions, and I have received quite a few incorrect drinks in my orders. I know a lot of people that have had the same issues and its really disappointing.

Their pretty quick to move the drive thru line. Inside, u take ur chances. My last visit using drive thru was fine.

While the new location offers higher ceilings, the amount of seating has basically not changed. Whats worse is the addition of the drive-thru has mini-vans speeding around the parking lot recklessly. At least they added bicycle parking.

So this morning I bought oatmeal and I’ve ordered from this place before but look at what I found in the syrup patch for the oatmeal. Those are maggots!! I was so disturbed. I can’t believe the lack of care. This whole thing could’ve been avoided if someone took a look at what they’re giving to their customers.

Smiling and friendly staff. Busy times the drive-thru gets backed up quite a bit Its much faster to just walk in and get your order. they do have in-store seating at this point as well as outside seating.

Took over 30 minutes to get one beverage ordered via mobile app. Lots of baristas, but not very efficient. The drive thru seemed to be moving along, but those of us who ordered inside our through the app were stuck waiting.

Each time I go inside this location i wait a long time for my order. I almost always come out out here aggravated cuz theyve taken more of my time than necessary & times a precious commodity. If ur not doing a mobile order get in drive-thru line even if its around the building. They clearly make drive thru & mobile orders a priority over a person standing in front of them.

Very good service and very good food! I got a Bacon and egg sandwich and it was very tasty! They also make good hot chocolates!

Two weeks ago? I visit this place almost daily. Starbucks = consistency. The Starbucks diet is probably more healthy than the Mickey Ds diet, however, the only math Ive done to prove that is subtracting pounds on my scale at home. I love Starbucks. And Starbucks loves me.

Always nice friendly people working there and generally great coffee, tea and drinks. Nice selection of pastries.

Love the coffee choices, the pastries are delicious, & the people are friendly. However the prices tend to be a bit on the high side. Although the have Happy hour Thursdays from 2-7pm.

I love every other Starbucks but the one on 303 in Brunswick the older lady kicks everyone out the minute it closes. No other place or restaurant Ive ever been has ever kicked people out; they just clean up while people finish talking. She physically holds the door open until everyone is out of the store. Very awkward and pretty rude

Friendly staff and a fairly quick order time, especially for how busy the cafe was (early Saturday afternoons are always hectic). As was the case with most pour overs in any Sbux though, it seemed to be forgotten in the back and then was left on the bar in the wrong cup (disposable instead of ceramic mug) so nobody knew who it belonged to or what it was until I asked a barista on the status of my drink. They fixed it with no hassle and it still tasted great :)

I’m not really a coffee drinker but my granddaughter wanted me to go in and try a skinny mocha latte. They were able to make me a decaf one so I was happy and it tasted good too.

Best ☆bucks in Medina county. They can tell the other ones what it means to be busy. Newer location is cavernous. Baristas are good and fast. The new place loses some character b/c patio is smaller than old place.

Consistently good, fresh brewed coffee. If a batch of coffee is not sold after a certain amount of time, it is discarded. Normally two different brews are available. Yes, you are paying a bit of a premium, but the quality is worth it.

Very disappointed that my coffee this morning is LUKE WARM at best Ticket #782820. Cold coffee. Yuck!!!!

Stopped by with my teenager after an orchestra concert. Wasn’t going to order anything b/c I am watching my carb intake. The SB employee, Denise, overheard me and quickly offered several low-carb suggestions for me. What a nice surprise!

This store is so slow 20 minutes STUCK in the drive thru for a mobile order! By the time I got my coffee it was cold. Customer service is not the same anymore 😕

Ive tried this Starbucks numerous times, never again. Im a gold member, so Ive had plenty of SB drinks in my day. I called to see if they had specific merchandise on hand and was told yes and they would hold it for me.. I drove 30 minutes there and the item was never there. I ordered my mom and I a drink, both were terrible and tried to drink them but couldnt. We went to another Starbucks and they made the drinks with no problem. Staff is snarky, and snappy.

Standard Starbucks. Usually very busy. Staff is a but brusque, but nice overall. We were there Christmas morning, and appreciated very much that they were open!2020 update: they still make decent coffee, but the lines are ridiculously long. It took over 20 minutes to get coffee on a Sunday morning via the drive through. The staff are nice, but they need to work out a better drive through setup.

I come around at least once a week, and the staff there are phenomenal. Always on the move, all smiles, friendly environment, quality service, coffee is always great, and always a place to sit when you need to get homework/business done.

Depending upon what you order, you may or may not get what you ordered. Is youre looking for a true macchiato, what Starbucks calls an Espresso Macchiato, try a different location.I ordered a quad Espresso Macchiato with one pump of caramel syrup. I knew I wasnt going to get what I ordered when they asked if I wanted it hot or cold. I said I wanted it hot and I restated my order as they may not have heard it fully the first time. They then asked what size. Again, not a good sign. I said it usually comes in a short cup.When I pull around, I get handed a grande cup that is mainly milk.I know this is just a coffee, but it is a coffee that I paid for and had to throw away. A waste of time, effort, and money.I cant wait for the place next door to open up.

I always get my coffee here. Usually order on the Starbucks app. 99% of the time its ready when I get there but the staff still greats you with a hello or good morning and always a thanks for your order.

Make sure that when your staff is making fun of your customers for saying a drink wrong that they arent sitting at the pick up window. Also they must have been to busy making jokes that they messed up my order and the sizes of my coffees. The staff showed very unprofessional service. I work with customers all day long and in no way do I treat my customers the way I was treated. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Customer service has greatly improved with the opening of this new location. I love having the option to go through the drive-thru now!

Every time I used this location it takes forever. There’s 4 cars on front of me and I’ve already been sitting here for 18 minutes. I’d leave if I could get out of line. Hands down worst location I have every used.

Before the plague they had something called PSL and it was good.
