Have used this business many times without an issue. Took my work shirts to have my name embroidered on them, and they take upon themselves to make the name larger then the rest of embroidery. It looked weird and the gentleman who took my concern tried to out the blame on me. Very disappointed in his demeanor and customer service....🙄🙄🙄

Horrible service! Left a tote to get monogrammed since Monday, was told it would be ready next day around 6 or by Wednesday & would get a text for font samples by the afternoon. I went ahead and said Wednesday was fine. Never received a text about fonts, nada. I called Wednesday,and they had not even started! Was assured it would be ready Thursday by 5:30- 6... went right now (Friday), lo and behold they did NOTHING. The guy gave the excuse they had a lot of work, and I said yes yall had it since Monday & was a told it would be ready by Tues/Wed, and nothing. He then states yes we give time frame estimate. So I responded yes but I CALLED AGIAN and was told Thursday and gave an extra day, came today (Friday) AND STILL NOTHING! Why didnt yall call me?! SO annoyed and lost 5 days to get this gift.

We started a non-profit for our local elementary football teams - I had been dealing with Fiesta for years for my business t-shirts, so decided to give them the business for our team jerseys.... BIG MISTAKE !! 1) jerseys didn’t arrive on time not to mention they ordered the wrong jerseys 2)vinyl letters were suppose to arrive before jerseys and be pre-cut ready to be put on - wrong - they arrived late too 3) we were on an extreme deadline and jerseys didn’t get done until the third game day 4) 1/4 of the jersey numbers were melted into the fabric causing a major discoloration - found out it was also the wrong material used 5) the other 1/4 of jerseys were falling off mid game, my son being one of them, they ended the game with nothing left on them. 6.) 13 jerseys didnt have #s even printed on them so they were left with Fiesta, and 2 of the jerseys had a different # on the front vs. the back so we took the other 2 a dropped them off... needless to say - they have 15 of our jerseys that they were charging $50/each for and have not given them back, thats $750 theyre still trying to charge me for.7) when I confronted fiesta graphics about the lack of professionalism they didn’t want to hear it, would not refund any of our money & didn’t offer to redo the mess they made, so we went to Harlingen and got a professional to fix all of the jerseys, paying even more out of my own pocket because there was nothing left in the football fund- I would never have treated any customer, let alone, a long standing customer with such disregard and lack of respect in all my life. -

Employee was rude, considering we were returning customers. Could have approached and responded to our questions and situation differently, but lacked tact.

This is the best place to buy school uniforms and their super cheap I got my uniforms for $10 dollars each I really really do recommend this place!!!

Waited a week for my order for them to end saying the order ended up lost. They told me I could go in to pick up my deposit. When I went for my deposit no apology was made at all.
