We have bee purchasing from DSI for one of our divisions for over 20 years. Today, we placed a phone call to locate and purchase certain sewing machine parts. The woman answered the phone Bueno. After that, she gave the phone to another Spanish speaking woman who hang up the phone on us after we expressed our surprise over unprofessional conduct and after she had no clue how to assist us with our request. What a great disappointment ....Looks like we would never be able to purchase from DSI again.

I didnt go here for anything to do with DSI Sewing Machine Supplies. I went to this address to meet Mr. Hugo Villarreal as an FFL dealer. I had a gun barrel kit shipped to him he was very helpful and knowledgeable of ordering parts, guns, silencers. So if your if not sure how to order something or want to compare prices from msrp and dealer prices this is the man to help. I will be contacting Mr. Villarreal for more future orders.
